Hi Hope I am in the right forum. I have the saitek X52, All of a sudden with in FS9 I have crazy rudder and plane actions. I cant seem to calibrate it while in FS9. The planes jerk all over and veer every which way. When I attempt to calibrate from within the little cross hair is jumping all over the box so wont center. Any ideas as to how I might correct this? I thought upgrading the driver would help. But did not help. I tried contacting Saitek and when they decided to get back to me gave me an answer that I could not begin to comprehend. Thank you in advance for any help.

Seem like there's some default scenery overlapping the add on scenery The numbers in the scenery CFG is in sequence order and this was the las scenery i installed today Its France VFR-Quiberon as you can see its just hat one small section hmmmm everything elses seems to be fine

Hello, and thanks for the forum! I recently installed Hawker Heroes for my FS2004. Installation went well, but now I can't find the aircraft. Every other plane I have added shows up on the aircraft list, but I cannot find the Hawkers. Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

Should all the Ultimate Terrain package be lower priority then other ad-dons for example should ultimate terrain be under all other scenery ad-dons? Example 1.)vancouver 2.)Misty 3)Tongass 4.) Freight dogs 5.)France VFR 6.)Ult Terrain Euroupe 7.)Ultimate Terrain USA 8.)Ultimate terrain Canada Alaska Heres how i have it setup

I have this http://www.thaifligh...ewtopic&t=49048 freeware scenery for the old Banglol airport and it is very good, but my sim crashes when I try to fly out of the airport or when I try to switch to another airport. I know this is a problem with this scenery because I de activated the scenery and I don't hav any problems with the default scenery. Does anyone else have this problem with this scenery? I don't know what I need to fix it. I don't think the thaiflight forums can help me because I don't speak or read Thai.

Was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to correct an image problem with Dash 8 AI (World of AI). Seems the props are not being displayed correctly. Only changes were to remove landing lights from the AI, would this have something to do with it? Hi I have a number of the FSD International FS9 Aircraft and all but one have no problems. The problem I have is with the Piper Cheyenne LS 400. I cannot get the engines to start. I should mention I have had this aircraft, I think nearly 4 years now and never had this trouble before. I have been in touch with FSD 3 or 4 times and they tell me to just follow the directions in the manual which I am doing but when I get to the point where I am ready to push the start button the generators do not come on so I go nowhere. the three gauges on the overhead panel register nothing they do not move. FSD said I would have to re install XP and FS9 and I did that…

I have purchased a PS3 eye camera and have the FSPUIC dll in the modules folder. I installed version 1.6 and faceapi. The camera is working in the CL-eye test. When I open the Headtracking program an error comes up. See photo attached..Any help to get this going would be appreciated. My processor is an AMD dual core running at 3.013 Mhz. Thanks

Hi A product I recently got, an FSX add on has RAAS feature. Reading a review about it here on AVSIM makes me wondering if it is compatible with my fs9 aircraft such as Airsimmer, Qots and Leonardo Maddog (although I doubt MD 80 uses it). I aflso remember a thread/post that discusses about free RAAS add on. I tried 2 links so far from a comment of AVSIM review but both links are inop. It'd be great to have it for free but if the FS2Crew one offers a lot better and complete features I might consider it. A bit off topic but is the Honeywell device applied to almost all airlines and types of airplanes? Thanks

I decided to run a flight today with FS2004. Unfortunately I had to redo all of my FSUIPC assignments for some reason (I think I had reinstalled the dll recently). Anyways, now my view mode is stuck looking at the ceiling, no matter what I do. In the external view, it moves to a top-down view and won't budge no matter my inputs. The hat is assigned correctly in the FSUIPC, there are no other buttons, levers, or switches assigned to the view pan, and the controller is disabled in FS (everything through FSUIPC). I am running a Saitek yoke with 2 throttle quadrants, and CH pedals. Anyone have thoughts on this?

I just got an email with the topic heading Mesh Recall Lawsuit. I didn't open it but didn't delete it either as it seemed to be sim related. if it's a scam or malware, then it seems to be targeted against users of flight sim products. Does anyone know anything about this? Ian

Anyone who knows the consistent high quality of FlyTampa products will not be surprised by this but just in case there's anyone on here who doesn't know. FlyTampa just released CYUL Montreal and it is FANTASTIC! Smooth ground traffic animations, high FPS - a perfect scenery in every way. Don't miss it Cheers Ian

Is there any way to skip the tower view while cycling views in FS9? Are there any gauges that allow this, or programs that can do this? I have dsd_view_skip gauge set up to skip all of the 2D panel or VC views (as the case may be) on all of my aircraft - and I love it. It doesn't allow skipping the tower or spot views though! I don't really ever use the tower view - in fact, with my useage patterns, it is rather more of a nusience than anything. Is there any way to skip past it?

Hello, I see that PMDG 737 is listed as the "best of the best", I personally didn't try it, but I was watching a lot of youtube videos.... But on the other side, I have found Ifly 737, it looks that VC is on level of PMDG, also TERR (EGPWS), is really good on iFLY: Cheers

I just discovered this http://fswidgets.com...gmap_fs9_20.zip and I can't recommend it highly enough. I experienced no FPS hit, and the software seems to work flawlessly, in map mode at any rate (I tend to do VFR sight seeing, so I probably won't be using the chart capability; who knows though, this package may change my preferences). I did have an initial problem which turned out to be a corrupted register following a previous re-install of FS9, but the solution was e-mailed to me less than 12 hours after I e-mailed the FSWidgets help desk. Brilliant!

Now the American will merge with US Airways we will officially have only 4 major US airlines flying. We should be done with mergers now which is why it's such a bad time for WOAI to go under. For the models used it would be nice to get updated paints for the models used by these carriers in FS. It would save allot of time for those of use needing to get our sim looking like era 2013 versus 2008.

Hi again! I hope I'm not too annoying by being persistent about my FS2004 texture problems. And I don't know if this should go here or in the hardware/graphics card section, so I'll enter both. My FS2004 runs generally well with my new Gigabyte Geforce GTX 650Ti card, but I can't seem to get rid of some sort of floating horizontal "watery" effect of the scenery; especially airports. Does this have to do with DXT settings, settings in the FS9.cfg file or to do with the video card? It is an ever so small detail effect sideways which creates the idea that the scenery is ever so slightly moving sideways. I thought I'd enclose a short video file ab…

Hi guys,hope your all well and good. I downloaded the PA A380 along with an Air France livery so I could fly it between LAX and CDG but when I loaded up the Aircraft at LAX it stalled (even though it's not in the air) does anyone know how to fix this?

Does anyone know where I can find freeware mesh and landclass for Abbotsford Canada? I have a nice freeware scenery of the airport (CYXX) and mesh plus landclass would make it even nicer.

Looking for a small plane to use around some of the excellent Czech regional airport sceneries available in FS9, I came upon this one at http://www.flightsim...an=0&sor=3&od=6 I always look for something out of the ordinary in a model, and found a delightful detail: You have to tilt the elevator to see this! Lots of modelling time and care went into this one: and it makes a perfect alternative to the "mainstream" GA to pootle around eastern Europe...

After seeing the great work these developers do with other areas in FS9 I decided to purchase the Key West scenery they offer. I was surprised at how little effort was done outside of the airport. I know the scenery can't look like the FSX version but wonders can still be done in FS9 like what we've seen with FlightZones Portland area and Rhode Island. Key West looks like crap in FS9 using this scenery. I was surprised by the lackluster effort that went into the surrounding scenery in the FS9 version...
