As6.5 servers either are not working or demand for bandwidth is too great....in any case, AS6.5 is not connecting to HiFi Datanet. This is becoming a recurring issue especially on weekends. However, I have been wondering whether or not FS9 will run at near maximum settings under my current system specifications which are: Core i5 540M (2-cores) running at 2.53GHz (TurboBoost @ 3.06GHz) NVIDIA GT 330M GPU with 256mb GDDR3 VRAM Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 4GB DDR3 RAM Currently, I have a copy of FS9 laying in the attic but I need to break open a few boxes in order to find it. Hey everyone, I asked this question before but got no replies so i figured id put in a bit more details I did a Duplicate file search in FS9 and found the following results, In the picture you can clearly see there are duplicates found in this area seems like Freight Dogs is adding Misty Landclass and Tongass lanclass and also Misty and tongass are adding landclass of there own. SO Is it ncesary to Disable Freight Dogs Mist Landclass along with Freight Dogd Tongass landclass if i already have Misty and tongassinstalled

Hi Folks,pls find below a very simple solution to get wingviews with most (except B767 and Md11) VC Overland models!as we all know, we can either choose between the Overland VC model (pls no discussion about the VC quality and/or functionality..i know, there are much more better VC models out there...:-) ) or the Overland wingview model..there is/was up to now no option to use the VC model AND the wingview together (which i prefer). So, i was looking for something to merge VC and wingview, but no chance so far unless hexing the mdl-file (which i doubt makes sense). It seems that several years ago I downloaded the Rutan Voyager aircraft from AVSIM. I remember trying to recreate the Around-the-World flight on my "old" computer (It would crash before the flight was completed). As years have passed and I have a newer computer, I'd like to recreate that flight again. I've done an internet search and can only find FS2004 flight plans, but no aircraft. Does anyone know where I might obtain the Rutan Global Voyager? gwillmot

Hey guys I have a problem with the MCDU of the Wilco/Feelthere MCDU and im looking for your healp if possible please. Well, it turns out that in the LSK of the MCDU and in the TCAS display (ND) instead of arrows I see weird symols like : "à" or "ß". Does anyone know what can be causing this issue? Hi Has anyone dared to try the new Boeing 787 for FS9 produced by AFS? I am reluctant to buy it after my experience some years ago with the AFS A380 which I bought to replace my old Abacus/First Class Sim A380, only to find that the AFS product was even worse, being almost unflyable, to the extent that it was consigned to my FS9 scrap heap! Unfortunately it looks as if the Quality Wings 787, which looks good in their previews, is only going to be for FSX, so there is no point in waiting for that. Bill

For some very odd reason my heading indicator (HSI, ND etc) and mag compass jumps 7-10 degrees on its own with no change in ground track. It happens with all aircraft (addon/default). I've checked failures/assignments etc, and have calibrated yoke and rudder. Still no change. I reinstalled FS9.cfg with no change either. I have the registered version of FSUIPC. Any thoughts? Hi again! I recently upgraded my PC with a new video card (Gigabyte Geforce GTX 650Ti), which is very good. But, I get stutters in my FS2004; just instantaneous, a little jerky stutters when I use AI traffic and follow the AI planes around airports. It feels that something is putting a brake on the sim now and then. I checked all settings; in the sim and used the Nvidia Inspector for settings. So, does anyone know what could cause the stutters; like antivirus, etc.? I also use the FS Autostart to uncheck unnecessary service functions. I use Windows XP Home Edition with a good hardware setup; Intel 3.4 gHz, 3 gig RAM. I would appreciate ti…

Never had this before. My rig is running FS9 with sliders full-on at 60fps, but the default airports have no control towers! I don't know much about scenery files so I hope someone will have a clue about this and can help.

Hello, I cannot see the Fiumicino airport. I have reinstalled but nothing. I have recently installed the ISD-Project from Volovirtuale and ran good. I have in addition bgl from my world airport included in Skai Traffic. Everything was right until yesterday when I have tried to make a flight between LIRF to LEPA. The scenery is without Fiumicino airport. Show the photo I was remember if I have made anything wrong but trying to fix the problem I have used AFCAD2. When appear LIRF and show me the list of AFCADs (AF2 files) first shows me "unknown" file and then Mod and Stock airports. Wondering if hteres a utility that w ill automatically scan for duplicate object files in fs9, i have the utillity to scan for duplicated airports but would like one that focuses on library objects. I have tons of library objects and would like to start cleaning up a bit, i know there has to be similar objects in other directories wich can cause issues ive manage to fix most but really like to make this task easier as sometimes i run into an object with no texture and not sure the name of the object or where the duplicate can be found or located.

I've been browsing my entire scenery/world/scenery folder but could not retrieve it ! I used ttool to compile it..... Any clues where it could be ? I looked for the ICAO, IATA codes etc.... Hi guys. My names Ross and I'm happy to tell you all I've just got a webpage up and running to showcase my GA repaints for FS2004. Ross' repaints covers the smaller side of our hobby from biz-jets downwards. Each aircraft has a picture that you can click on which will take you to the download. Hi everyone, id like to thank those whos been helpng me fix one Problem after another lol so far im succeding in fixing the problems one by one as i fly south from PAKT TO KORS airport to airort. Heres another issue im facing, i did put the original hp193130 bg' and original hl193130 bgl and still no change i even pulled tem from a different macjine running FS9 and still no change all dated 5-21-03 so i have come to the conclusion that the BGL'S themselves arent the problem. 100% of the default lands are all in good shape weird thing is the peace of rectangular land is not even suppose to be there on the FS9 MAP.FS NAVIGATOR,And LMW Viewer is all water Any ideas?

Tried moving an airport from my old computer to my new one. I have done this many times with no problems. When I tried to go to the airport, I found the problem shown in the photo below. I uninstalled the airport from FS and deleted the airport from Addon Scenery, expecting the default to show up. It still shows the same problem which extends for hundreds of miles in all directions. I have a heavy FS installation which took me months to set up so I don't really want to reinstall FS. I would be very grateful for any ideas as to what the problem is and how I can return to the default situation. Many thanks

Hi guys! I have installed again the mighty 777 from PSS until PMDG releases the T7 for FSX! I have a problem with the VC, the clock is flickering. Do you know a fix for this, i can't fly my 773 because my eyes are jumping at this clock every time, it's annoying!

Hello Everyone, I've recently returned to flight simming after a 12 month sabbatical and like most people, I have had oom's and god knows what with fsx. I never knock it, though I get frustrated flying the big iron without weather and other high end add-ons.
