Did anyone receive an email from SimMarket sales indicating that there was a FSUIPC issue? Just wondering if it was a scam/spam.

I've added AI aircraft before so I am a bit disppointed that I don't seem to be doing this right this time round. Can someone say what I am missing out? I am trying to add 787s to my AI traffic and downloaded the aircraft and flightplans from Unitedtrafficteam.com. For each airline I have the usual three txt files, Aircraft, Airport and Flightplans, and I compiled these with TTools, so I have the bgl files for each airline in the FS9/scenery/world/scenery folder. I installed the aircraft - done that a thousand times, so I am sure I did that OK (checked with ACA2005 and the a/c all show fine).... But no aircraft at airports. For instance: VECC,1/11:30:00,@1/13:…

Anyone ever had any issues with their heading indicators (pri and stby) as well as the gps showing about 180 degrees off on the ground, and constantly fluctuating in air? Taking off on KMIA Rwy 9 shows a heading of 276 centerline and in the air IFR to Cleveland the GPS and heading indicator fluctuate between 150 and 360, causing autopilot at cruising altitude to go nuts. I've used the keyboard for calibrating the compass but nothing changed. Ive even tried uninstalling and reinstalling FS9. Same issue. The only things I've changed is I've recently installed ImagineSim's KDEN (I doubt this is the issue), as well as, playing around with the ProjectOpensky 737-900 mod…

I don't know if anyone else has noticed but considering that World Of AI was about to pull the plug they have suddenly released a whole new load of packages on a frequent basis. In fact they have released 15 new and updated packages this year so far which is fantastic. So once again, a big thank you to WOAI for continuing to release packages for us all to enjoy, may it continue!

Over the past 2 weeks my FS9 has been crashing and I have no idea why. So far I have had crashes in Canada (CYAY), Russia (USSS and UHPP), Doha (OTBD), Chile (SCTE), and the US (KCTL, KTIW, and KNTU) When I start at the airports everything is fine, but when I change times (usually to a late afternoon or early morning time) is when the crash will happen. And here is the weird thing, after the sim crashes I will go back to the airport at the exact day and time the crash happened and everything will be fine. I thought it might be a bad AI texture (I guess it still could be), but I can't get the sim to crash at the same time of the last crash. Any idea what could be w…

GeForce GTX 660 .1] Mode=1920x1200x32 There are conflicting statements on the forum as to why there are two entries - some say for different drivers - but most say that this is for two displays. But it seems that everyone has two entries here, even when they use only one monitor in FS. Is the second entry created there by FS 'just in case' (another monitor is added)? Hello all, I recently began using UK2000's excellent London City (EGLC) scenery. While the area around the airport itself is pretty well-covered, the rest of London looks pretty dire in the FS9 standard scenery. Since approaches are flown directly overhead the city, I'd like to enhance the entire experience through a VFR rendition... any recommendations? Thanks.

I'm thinking about buying this in the near future but still not sure. I'm able to find before/after shots and videos for it on FSX but not on FS9. Does it provide a big improvement for FS9? I also have FSX and I notice that the default mesh on FSX is better than FS9. Will this bring mesh resolution for FS9 to that of default FSX? Also, will the improvements be visible on mountains, hills, etc far off in the distance or do you only notice it when you're up close? I fly airliners 99% of the time, that's why I'm still unsure. Anybody using this with FS9?

Hi, I have the latest Nvidia Inspector but am not sure what settings I should do. I have a EVGA GTX 460 card. I get some shimmering textures now. I have Mip Map set to 4. I have done a search for settings but they seem to be older. Thanks for any help.

Hello: I just got around to installing an older FS9 scenery for CYYZ (CYYZ_2007_V1). The scenery looks real nice except that the jetways appear as if they are cutoff or "sunken" into the tarmac! Please see the link below. Has anyone used this scenery? How can I fix it? Thanks for any help! Airbus

Does anyone know how to get the aircraft to follow the GPS to a way point? I don't mean how to program it in, I mean how to get the autopilot to follow it? Do I use the GNS530? Or the trimble? Thanks

Hi everybody Finally bit the bullet and built a flash new PC, SSDs and all. New Win7 x64 Prof install, new FS9.1 install on a separate SSD and am currently in the process of reinstalling a mountain of sceneries. I had a few issues reinstalling some sceneries, and when you go into the scenery library via FS9, the location is defaulting to my Win7 documents folder, and some auto installers aren't finding the FS9 directory. I had a look for the FS9 registry entry but couldn't find it. Tried the F1 repairer, but still no good, although some posts do indicate that the repair tool doesn't work in x64 systems. Could some kind soul please let me know where their registry …

Hi All :smile:, I was wondering if anyone knows of a possible (successful) merge of the Dreamwings Dash 8 Q200 with the PSS Dash 8 Panel. The default FDE of the Q200 has some flaws (over-sensitive pitch trim etc.) and I wonder if anyone has any fixes. Help Is appreciated! Kriss

Has anyone purchased the Thai Creation Namaste Mumbai airport for FS 2004? How are the frames? Are they same to other Thai Creation airports. I have a couple of their sceneries and their fps are great.

I nearly decided to purchase just about last year. I read something in the net about ATR and boy is the model still awesome for a 9 year add on? I am more than happy with maddog and I heard ATR has similar complexity. is this somewhat true? Is 50 bucks still worth it? I am not worried about how it will perform in fs9 with my current spec, but how's the fps in fsx? Although I know I'm gonna spend most of flights with fs9, just curious. It's 50 bucks, and it has the same price with the latest A2A's release which I am also interested in. Thanks for your inputs

Hi Guys I use Traffic View Board. In tower view - is there any utility that will allow me to zoom into the selected ai aircraft using the mouse scroll wheel, rather than using the ' plus ' and ' minus ' keys on the keyboard? Flight 1's free F1 view module allows me use the mouse wheel in spot view, but not in tower view. Active camera does not sort it either. Any ideas please? Cheers Jont

I have a quad core Intel system with 4GB ram and two Invidea G FORCE 8800 GT cards running Windows 7 64 bit. Recently purchased IMagisim KSJC scenery and initially when I would start FS9 I would get an error message stating that there was not enough memory and FS9 would shut down suggesting to run disk cleanup. I checked and I still have over half of the hard drive unused. I created a new Addon Scenery Folder and installed just a few sceneries. FS9 will open up but there are textures missing now from the sceneries including freeware sceneries and Fly Tampa Seattle. ARGH what is causing this. How can I fix this.
