Hi, I´m running the Digital Aviation Fokker under Windows 7. Everything works fine, after several minutes the displays stop working. Already unistall and install again, but having same problem. Don´t know where to contact in flight 1. Any Ideas? Thanks

Hi Guys, In my many years of FS9 experience I've never seen this strange problem before. One of my many addon airports (ESMS) has it's own related (normal) Afcad file, like ALL my other airports have and without any of them showing any problems. However, this airport's specific Afcad file seems to remain inactive, which results in the default version prevailing,,AI aircraft parking inside addon buildings, following default taxiways, etc. I've disassembled the Afcad file concerned into XML but can find nothing wrong with it and that includes the "delete airport" section, which I've (test) copied/pasted from other problem free Afcad files a number of times. …

I’m trying out the SD Yak-40 and have a couple questions and issues. Hoping someone may be able to add some help or guidance. 1. Every time I open the FS9 default Nav Log after loading up the Yak-40 plane, FS9 crashes. I can work around that but wonder if anyone else has experienced the same or know of a fix. 2. There is supposedly and English sound pack that was made for the Yak-40, but I have been unable to find it. Does anyone know where to get it. Not necessary but would be nice to have. 3. I’m struggling to figure out how the navigation instruments work on this plane. I’ve read the manual and watched a tutorial video on it’s still not all clicking.…

I have this weird problem in FS2004 it happens randomly but when it happens a weird black line appears at the bottom and i can't right click nor access the menu bar the sim is fully functional but the right click completely dies i will try to provide a video/picture later but if anyone can find a fix it would be very helpful i use Windows 7 32bit

is there any fix for my problem? in all the default aircraft my VC guages are working fine and I get 30-60 FPS no problem but when i load any addon aircraft (iFly 737, Qualitywings 757) i have the Same FPS but the VC gauges are Very laggy i think it might be a refresh rate problem but i'm not sure so if anyone could help it would be amazing

Hi I have absolutely no experience of coding XML panel gauges. For those with the knowledge, would it be possible to create a small glass gauge that simply gave the appropriate NAV1 / NAV2 and ADF id's? I choose only to fly with 'steam gauges' and without a GPS. As you know, with steam gauges, the only way to verify the correct nav aid is to listen to the morse code audio. A new dedicated, small glass gauge which gave the ' written ' nav aid id when tuned would also be most useful. (it doesn't even need to show DME as I already have a gauge for that ). I am not sure if this glitch was always present, but it seems that on certain aircraft the autopilot and flaps are "turned off" after some time flying - the autopilot is switched off and cannot be switched on again, and the flaps are reset to their original position (in the cockpit), and will not work (at least in the cockpit). The flaps exceeding warning can still be viewed if you press the buttons that "lower" the flaps, however.

Hi All, I've been doing some clearing out from my many FS9 versions and seem to have 'lost' the little utility?? or program I had embedded in one of my FS9 Versions, This little 'program' followed your current aircraft around. Basically it flashed up the nearest tower area you were in and 'Tower view' was always the one nearest to your current position enroute. I'm not even sure now where I got it from but, try as I might, I just cannot locate it among my many downloaded FS9 items. Nor unfortunately can I remember what it was called. Everyone, I recently had to reinstall FS9 due to it becoming corrupted. All is going pretty well except for road textures. I have noticed that I now appear to have default(?) road textures along side of the UT road textures. This is best seen at night (see attachment). I have returned UT USA to the default FS9 textures, deleted UT USA, re-installed UT USA, and of course selected UT major roads with lighting. I still get the same problem of what appears to be default roads/textures still showing up. Can anyone give me any insight as to what may be happening and what I can do to eliminate the offending roads? Thanks in advance, gwillmot

I am still on fs9 and I have just acquired a throttle (flightsimpm) that I like. but I can not affect the keys of the masters eng 1 and 2 or especially the ign/start button. Would you have any suggestions for me if you had the same research, please. Best regards. georges

Hello FS2004 Enthusiast. Hope everyone is staying safe! Does anyone know of any existing or planned scenery for Argyle Intl Airport in St. Vincent? The only one available allows the airport to exist, but is not the most visually appealing. I've pasted pictures of the actual airport below. There are several options available for FSX, but unfortunately I don't know of any software that could convert it to FS2004. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Regards, Stewie

Hello friends, simple question: is it possible to merge/tweak/convert a FSX scenery to FS2004? As we all know there are some newer or better scenerys available for FSX. For me it's Saarbrücken, Frankfurt-Hahn, Maledives, Madeira all from Aerosoft. Is there a change to use them in FS2004 too? Of course not with all the FSX exclusive stuff like HD textures or the autogen and area around. But it would be great to have a real layout, the buildings and textures. Especially the airports above are interesting as they are very old in FS2004 :( Thank you

Hi all, I've been working on re-doing Mach-1's KRNO and decided to take a break and do some flying in the sim. I flew from KBOI (Boise) to KBIL (Billings). Both airports are very well done by freeware authors. However, KBIL, which is part of the freeware scenery release "Montana Unleashed", has me baffled. Upon landing, there were trees everywhere. Next to the runways, along every taxiway, etc. etc. So many that I could not see the terminals. Afterwhich, I chose each airport in the "Montana Unleased" and found the same thing. TREES EVERYWHERE. And mind you, these are very well done airports by the author. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? I've resear…

Some years ago, I added the 3rd party update to FSDreamteam's KLAS which updated the airport to include Terminal 3. It worked for quite a long time. But last night I flew into KLAS and taxi'd to Terminal 3 to find double jetways. Yes I have AES for this airport and yes the jetway responded accordingly. I should mention the original Terminals did not have doubles as I witnessed taxiing past them. I also noticed flying into 01L I had no localizer or glideslope. Any help appreciated. Mitch

Hello, I'm curious if there's any information as to how to create aircraft interior (seats, benches, tables etc)? I'm assuming this requires editing the .cfg file, and perhaps the air file or what ever else specified the area of the bitmap to use for textures; and then of course creating the textures themselves... If someone is willing to assist me with gaining this knowledge I would appreciative it, but if you point me to where the information is I can muddle through on my own. Thank you.
