Hello, i have often an error LiveKernelEvent with FSX Under DX10, FSX display a black screen so i have to shut it! I use nvidia 331.65 with a 580 GTX 3G°, i7 2600K stock, Bufferpools=0, Affinitymask=84 HT On, Loadradius 6.5, textmaxload 1024, textbandwith 80, HighFixME= 1, Uiautomationcore the right version in FSX and that's all! What do you think? is it a driver problem? Should i return to 314.22? Thanks for your help!

I usually CTD under moderate load after about 45 - 1 hour in FSX. Usually larger planes like NGX and Q400 with larger airports whilst using the fmc and such. Hi I have recently installed Windows 8.1 as the OS for my new PC and I am having a problem with FSX . During a flight, occasionally the flight 'freezes' and I get a message, 'A Fatal Error has Occured. Windows is searching for a Solution.' Does anyone have the same problem or what might be the cause of this error? Someone did suggest inserting 'UlAutomationCore.dll' in the root directory of FSX, since this seemed to cure a similar problem with FSX in Windows 7. I have done this but it has not cured this problem. Ray

I have a new windows reinstall. I took today off so that I could install FSX and all of my add-ons. 6 hours later I've still no add-ons installed and a super sensitive FSX installation. After finding no answers (myself) I un-installed everything and started again. Installed FSX the second time and same thing is happening. It can barely last 1 minute after me pressing "fly now." I thought it might be the uiautomationcore.dll, so I got the Vista one off the web and when I went to replace the current one, to my surprize there was none there in the first place :blink: I have FSX installed in the default location. Hello all I have just migrated to FSX from FS9 after many years. I have to say the transition has been painful. I'd read lots about FSX being slow and hungry for power and it's not a lie! However controlling the aircraft with my homemade control column is exceptionally good. I'm using Prosim and their Jetstream 737-800 aircraft and it's an excellent combination. I'm going to persevere but first I am experiencing this CTD which occurs usually when I click on one of the options on the menu at the top of the screen. Hello, I've been testing a whole different set of configurations for a long time, trying to eliminate the only thing that causes problems on my FSX installation: Temporary (5 - 10 minute) graphic driver freezes. I have given up because after more than 300 hours airborne i still didn't find what the problem is. The configuration: FSX runs full screen on a 2560x1440 monitor, Core i7 2600K 4.5GHz, 16GB 2133MHz RAM and a GTX780 with the latest driver (although it happened with previous drivers/graphic cards). Hi, OK, I have had FSX for some time now and it worked fine. Haven't had time though, so hadn't played it in a few months. Few days ago, I purchased a couple of the JustFlight F-Lite add-ons in a sale, and installed them. Both the first F-Lite planes I have bought, either. So I installed them, and went to start up the game, (This was the first startup since I last played few months back), and I got the initial FSX loading screen, but thats it it crashes everytime, with the message "A Fatal error has occurred" Have gone into the events log, and it has this: Any ideas what could be the issue/how to fix it? Ever since I loaded EZCA last week I have gotten tons of these errors showing up in the WER logs. The program never quits, just records the errors. I might get 20 in a single 5 minute flight. I wouldn't have even known it except I checked the logs to see if I could find out why my Saitek quad, the one that comes with the yoke, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Driving me nuts! I had reinstalled EZCA a few times during the span because I was stupid an didn't realize the difference between the wrapper and the exe file. Any ideas on the stackhash errors? Thanks Rick S.

I'm facing a strange but very annoying problem after reinstalling FSX end of December on an almost fresh (end of November) Win7 64bit installation. Never had that before with old hardware and same OS & FSX addons. Quick description: everything runs fine if I do not use 2 specific addons that both hangs FSX at specific time with the AppHangB1 Event Type. Hi all, Flying either the NGX or Majestic Q400, I am getting occasional freeze ups. Usually happens only after an hour or more and not on every flight. Sound can still be heard but screen stays as if paused. I can hit Cntl+Alt +Delete to enter the Task Manager and the sim immediately unfreezes and I can continue flying. The problem seems to occur when I go into spot view and / or when I re-enter the cockpit after spot view. My FSX settings are quite high but I have played with the cfg settings for texture resolution 4096/1024 and the loading distance 4.5 vs 6.5. Also tried adding and deleting BufferPools / UsePools=0 in the cfg. Any ideas on where to look to elimi…

Hello everyone, I used to be a regular DX10 preview user until the FTX Global release. In order to use the FTX Global night lighting, I temporarily switched to DX9 for a few months. (I then had a non-FSX-related hardware issue that put my pc out of commission for a few months.) I received my pc last week with a new motherboard and fresh Windows 7 install. Hi, my FSX has just crashed to the desktop whilst I had just landed at Manchester Airport taxing to a final full stop.I was recording an hours worth of a full flight using Fs Recorder.My question is there any chance of retrieving or getting back my recorded flight,or there in no default folder for saving recorded flight.Please help .I'm also having a problem with throttle for all the planes in FSX.When I launch FSX,click fly now the moment it finishes loading up,the PMDG 737 NGX's there is a continuous beeping sound.My throttle levers or quadrant for which ever aircraft are always engaged to full thrust and planes will start spooling straight away.I have to move my jo…

Hello my first post to this forum. I am new to FSX, having ran FS9 for 10 years. So I invested in the equipment and some software and gave it a go. So far not happy. The sim often updates itself with terrain, aircraft, boats etc and often hangs during this operation. This can happen on the ground before departure or in flight. Sometimes it happens after checking the menu, or like today, not, just approaching cruise altitude. I then do a restart to try again. Hello, I've just recently worked on setting up FSX as a capable home flight simulator and this is my first forum post. I'm establishing a home flight simulator to help me get ready for flying the Lancair Legacy my wife and I have been building for years. I was surprised how smoothly the installation and all the upgrades went -- amazed actually. I just purchased the retail of Steve's Scenery Fixer and switched over to DX10 and starting from a fresh config file I tweaked it as per the instructions however now for the first time ever sometimes when I start up FSX and switch from the Free Flight button to another area and then hit the Free Flight button again I get an immediate Fatal Error as soon as I hit the button. The Event Viewer is pointing towards a "Kernelbase.dll" error. Any thoughts on this?

Hi! My FSX didnt work anymore and so i uninstalled the SP2. Whyever its working again now. But if i reinstall the SP2, fsx always crashes... How can i fix this Problem?

Have anyone had FSX crash when certain traffic bgl files are loaded. I checked and rechecked the aircraft textures for corruption but could not find any issues. Especially the latest American Airlines 4.2 package from WOAI, the textures are good.

hi just trying out a flight today when I started to descend I got a overspeed message then fsx stopped then re-oaded the flight from the beginning I ran the flight again and same thing, it looks as though when the red text fsx message appears it seems to reatart the flight anyone got any info on this problem. thanks,jim

I am in desperate need of a solution. My Flight sim keeps crashing at random times. Recently I some how added FSUIPC,( I don't remember when I added it. But its there) and so far its crashed my sim 3 times. and just recently It crashed because of uiautomationcore.dll Which i cant even find in my FSX main directory. I also have crashed many times on a Stack hash problem, which after the research ive done is a memory problem?
