FS2CREW: LEVEL-D 767 (FS9 Button Control)

Autoland, i am lines up with RW09R at heathrow but i engage app and that box just stays black i only got this today and i would of asked this on there forum but it won't let me logon.

Hello,First thanks for all your effort of creating a "life" in Flight Simulator.I have a question:When I come in to land (as per tutorial, line by line), I hit the main button for flap 1...Something weird happens, the captain say flap 1 and such but also another wav is played in the background saying something about 1000agl...This happens at the same time...on all the flights I did.... maybe I'm missing something?Hope you can help,Vincent

Hi, i have purchased this product about 5 hours ago and i cant get it working, the service pack 3 wont install it says there is a file missing, if i install the package it wont work, i cant find help anywhere, plus into the bargin after paying with my card, i try to register my certifcate on leveld's website for support it says its invaild, please some1 help me

Hello. When I select the auto pilot and it says center in command all *$@) breaks loose. The planes take an uncontrollable nose dive and the only way to recover is turn the auto pilot off. This does not happen if I am not using FS Crew. Any thoughts, help, suggestion or otherwise? Thanks for your time.Aaron.

It says I need this update before I use FS2Crew. Where can I find it?

Hello Bryan,I love FS2Crew as it adds so much realism to my flghts. I know that this may sound like an odd request but is there a way that I can over-ride the F/O? I enjoy starting up my own engines and setting up the overhead. I mostly want the PA announcements and the checklists but want to fly the plane myself. Is there any way to give the F/O less responsibilities?I'm odd, I know. I'm just an old dog who doesn't like all the new tricks.It's a great program and if there is no way around this I will learn to live with it.Cheers,Michael

Hi Bryan,I've been working on this for the past few days, I found Markus flowchart really helpful but it contained a couple of small errors and in some cases only applied to the tutorial situtation. I decided to start a new one from scratch that applied universally though I kept its structure similar to Markus' so it wouldn't be too hard to understand. Hi Bryan,Again, thanks for all the great work.I have a question though.Is there any way to reduce the number of searches for the .lic file while FS is running? I mean even once a minute would be better than the manner it is searching now. I am using FileMon while running FS and FS2C to determine why I am using so much more memory now than before and it appears to be that FS9.EXE is searching sometimes 15 times per second for the license file. That is a staggering amount of memory usage and consumption just to search for a license file and would help explain some abnormalities I have seen around high density airports with FS2C.This could easily equate to ~ 900 file read…

HiJust installed Level D FSCrew along with the update and the British Crew voices and as soon as I click on the 'Clock' I get a crash to the desktop. Instalation went very smooth and I ran the confiuration Utility straight afterwards. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and have had no luck getting LevelD FScrew to work.Any ideas how I can resolve this very frustring problem.ThanksRegardsPaul.

I have been reading this forum and everyone seems so pleased with the FS2Crew 767 edition. I have to say I am not. Ever since downloading the file and installing as per the instructions I have had nothing but headaches. I have even unistalled the LevelD 767 and FS2Crew and reinstalled several times but still no good luck. Prior to getting FS2Crew my Flight sim was running like a top never had any crashes to desktop or strange happenings. Hi guys and FS2Crew Team.I bought the program this morning and should say that I was an idiot living without it all these times.However, one thing killed the show - I cannot resume saved flight that never happened before with LDS767. While loading the flight, I have a message "!fcrew38.gau" fatal error. So my question is whether FS2Crew designed for save flight option or not (i.e. I should complete the whole flight without saving it"? Hi Bryan,I've been doing a few circling approaches in preparation for doing the next lot of flow charts but have run into a just couple of small issues.Basically I'm assuming that for whatever reason the pilot whom is following an IAP has decided due to winds or some other factor that he'd like to complete a circle to land and come in from the opposite direction.I've set circling approach in the brief, the airport that I'm practicng at (YBBN) has a CAT 4 Circling MDA of 850 feet. Good-Day, I am experiencing one or two problems with the 767 edition. When the FO does his cockpit set-up scan he does not set the IRU selectors to Nav.When the Servisair Load Control is active the ZFW is given as zero,the pax is also given as zero. I have set up the 767 correctly and saved it. Any ideas about this please? Thanks Alan

Is there an option to use as much or as little of the program as you choose?Perhaps I only wanted to use the checklist section or the program.Or since I fly on VATSIM I don't want to deal with bridstrikes :)

Hi,Have just purchased FS2Crew for the Level D 767, have ran through the tutorial and I recall some things working, however, now, when I try to do my own flights, the FO does not actually interact with the Overhead switches etc. For example, when hes supposed to be changing IRS to Nav and setting the Emergency Lights, none of these things are happening...even if I continue on through the process. I have checked to make sure I have LVLDSDK.dll in FS9/Modules and it is there, and Ive also updated to version 1.2. Im also running SP3 for the Level D...Any suggestions welcomeCheersDave

Hi Bryan,There seems to be something strange with my trim readouts.I know you said that the trim value is rounded up or down to the nearest 0.5 but it seems my readouts are always about 0.5 off.For example, I just did a flight with a trim setting of 2.6 as per the FMC. However during the checklist it reads out that the trim is Zero Zero and 3.5 units which of course is incorrect. I did another flight earlier and I noticed the same thing with the trim being somewhat off what it is suppose to be.I'm using FSPassengers to load the aircraft so if the readout comes from the loadsheet then that explains my problem. Good morning,I have a question about the approach phase: during the approach checklist, when the captain reads the approach course, he always reads the one selected on the ILS panel on the pedestal. If I am making a non precision approach (selected in the approach briefing window), without ILS, I don't select any ILS frequency and course on the pedestal, so the captain reading is not correct. Is there a way to make the captain understand that with a non ILS approach he doesn't have to read the course there?The answer can't be "just select the same course of your non-precision approach on the ILS panel", because in real life if there is no ILS, the pilot doesn't select an …

Hi all,during final approach I can switch the button for the marker sounds to on on the audio control panel and it remains in that position without beeing reset, but I can not hear any marker sound, when overflying. Is that a normal behaviour? (I know, that the Marker Beacon Ident Button is used for the "Secondary Button".)I thought, it would be possible, to hear again the marker sounds with the last update.Regards,Tero

Hi all,first let me say that playing with FS2Crew for LDS767 makes a lot of fun. I just got it several days ago.My question is: 1. Could someone explain to me, what a "manual event" as described in the tutorial does mean. Is it done by the cockpit crew in real or is it something specific for FS2Crew?And can I do manual events with knobs other than the A/T Arm switch?Sorry, I did not find the Manual Event section for more information.2. Help, whenever i run FS2crew, I get to the part with 15 minutes to go where the fo hands me his sheet, and Fs crashes. I am a new user to FS2Crew, any help would be greatly appreciated.CheersMark
