FS2CREW: LEVEL-D 767 (FS9 Button Control)

Hi all,I've flown many times with fs2crew at this time and I'm really satisfied of this product. Congrats Bryan for the good work!I'm just asking if a second tutorial is planned which explains more in depth all the ETOPS involved in a transoceanic flight. I'm really missing this part, and it would be good to have a more detailed tutorial than the first one, maybe with a monitored approach ;) (even the ATR has 2 tutorials)ByeStefano

Hi,I recently installed FS2Crew again after a re-format and found that when i load the aircraft i get about 50 "microsoft cannot load FS2Crew/gaugeXX" aswell, during the instalation it said it could not install KSFO.wav as it was corrupt.Can anyone help?Thanks,Brandon

Guys,I have been using FS2crew since it came out, on my desktop with no problems. Apart form Lvl d 767 it's the best bit of programming I've ever bought.I recently loaded FS2crew, lvl D 767 and FS Traffic onto my laptop. I wanred to try this as it has a wide screen and is increadably good in the vc.The problem I've encountere dis I use FS2L4 flight plan and raise an IFR flight which I load. Set up the aircraft with fs2crew and everything works until I request taxi clearance from ATC in FS2K4. I can only request taxi for a vfr departure!Once at the chosen runway I cannot change freq to tower to request takeoff. The ATC screen only displays "no further messages for ground".…

Do I understand this correctly? Download 767 version and install and then run the 767 configurator. Next...download the update and install and then run the configurator again?RegardsRick

Hi allCan anyone help, just installed FSCrew with update 1, and go through checks ok, i get about 4 mins from departure and the PFD screen shows TCAS fail page, cannot get the map mode back after that?However am just thinking i was on line at time and SB3 transponder was on standby? After reformatting my hard drive, I installed FS9 from scratch, with all my addons. I have the PMDG 600/700 installed. I have yet to install the 800/900 series and FS2crew. I remember reading somewhere about a proper installation sequence; first FS2Crew, then the 700/800, or is it the other way round?Or maybe it doesn't matter?Eytan Ornstein

I HAVE INSTALLED AND UNISTALLED THEN REINSTALLED,FS2CREW I HAVE THE UPDATES FOR THE 767.FS2CREW SEEMS TO WORK BUT THE FO IS NOT SETTING THE IRS.FMC,OR ANYTHING.I DID NOT CHANGE THE FMC FILE FOR PAYLOAD OR ZFW IT ALWAYS SAYS 0 FOR PAYLOAD-ZFW.IF I CAN GET SOME HELPIT WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS.

Marcus, any chance you will update your flowchart to account for some of the changes after the patch ? This flowchart is a fantastic aid to FS2Crew and the update would be greatly appreciated.regards,Mark.

Every time I start fscrew, the aft cargo door automatically opens and I can't figure out how to close the friggen thing! I tried the Shift+E+1234 and to no avail. Any suggestions?

HiI was wondering if anyone was making a voice set for an american airline. I know that the first version of the FS2crew was an american pilot but it would be nice if a voice set was made airline specific. If someone please let me know and if not thats fine. I have been one avsim.com looking for cabin announcements that are .wav files and the only ones i have found are for a delta airlines 757, and they are totally different from the FS2crew cabin announcements. I bought a while ago 767 version of FS2Crew thinking it would help me fly this beauty, but I was very very wrong.It took me much more deeper hole than I thought in my worst nightmare in virtual aviation.Then again I thought I am just too stupid to learn to fly this. I am having a problem since Installing the Update. When I set the FMC and take off I can't ingage the FMC or Auto pilot when I try the Auto pilot doesn't ingage any suggestions?Robert

I just down loaded the New Update for FSCrew and did the config first but when I enter the cockpit and press the clock I only see a blank box coming up. What did I do wrong?I would paste a picture but not sure how to do it.Thank Robert

I just bought this and so far it is pretty interesting, just one question I read you can use it with FS passengers which is cool since I own that can it also be used with Radar 4? I am sure it can but just want to make sure.

My fs crashes after I installed update one for fs2crew level d 767 edition when I try to load the tutorial. Also, I have not been able to figure out where to press to see that "clock" as mentioned in the manual. I don't even see changes to the level d cockpit after I installed fs2 crew. Nothing happens when I press on the captain's airspeed gauge. Please help me!ps. I also saved the aircraft.cfg file after installing the update.edit:actually fs crashes every time I try to load the level d 767 whether it is the tutorial or not.

Hi,FS9 is crashing to the desktop when I try to load the LDS-767. I have the latest patched version of the LDS-767 and FS2Crew. I want to reinstall both, but was wondering how to go about it. Are there published steps for removing both FS2Crew and LDS (with patches) and step by step reinstall of both products to a working configuration?Thanks.-Danny

Hi Bryan, I was going trough the tutorial flight and everything was going well until take-off, when I tried to engage vnav by pressing the secondary button nothing happened and all other FO commands didn't work, not eben the automatic call to raise the gear worked and I didn't even hear V1, rotate calls. I checked to see in which mode I was in and noticed that it didn't say take-off but approach and after a few min. the secondary button was working but it was commanding to extend flaps instead of retracting them, I guess that makes sense if I was in the approach mode but what could of gotten me out of the take-off mode in the first place? No problems so far! And you even fixed my problem with the "door secure" card which was crashing FS9 (and you didn't even put that one in the list!).I do have one question though: before takeoff the card says "door secure" but at some point during the climb or initial cruise (I haven't checked to see where exactly) the card is turned back over to "door not secure"...then sometime during the descent it is turned back over again to "door secure". Is this correct? Shouldn't the card say "door secure" during the entire flight? Maybe I just don't understand the procedure for how they use the card?Anyway, thanks again for your hard work.
