The AVSIM Screen Shots Forum

Have a favorite screen shot of your simulator that you would like to share? You can by posting it here.  Please follow image posting rules (below).  Images must be hosted on an image hosting website. Please use prefixes to identify the simulator you are using (see pinned topic for guidance). Please include information about the screenshot(s) such as location (flight plan?), the aircraft, weather engine, scenery (i.e., Orbx/FTX, GEX, FSDT, FlightBeam, FlyTampa, etc.).

Screenshot Image Posting Rules

  • Images must be hosted on your own image server site, such as Drop Box, Google Drive, Photobucket.com, OZx Image Hosting, or a website that you own.  See guidance at following link - http://www.avsim.com/topic/479802-how-do-i-post-a-screenshot/
  • Images can be of any size; however, be considerate of your fellow AVSIM members as large photos will take longer to load for some members who do not have fast Internet connections.
  • Images will automatically be resized to fit the viewer's screen width. This process is done automatically by the AVSIM website program.
  • No more than 20 images per thread (topic). Moderators will remove any image that exceed this requirement.
  • AVSIM members are reminded of the AVSIM Terms of Service in respect to images, and copyrighted and intellectual property. Images that violate our policies regarding copyrights and family safe environment will be removed and, depending on the severity of violation, user suspended or banned from AVSIM.
  • Images copyrighted on other websites such as Airliners.net are not allowed and will be removed immediately.

  3. OK...just a few words...but jaw-dropping is certainly in the mix. Even though Asobo updated this area, it is nothing compared to the work that Jeppeson2001 is doing with the area. Along with the awesome Savage Carbon mod by GotGravel... @cavaricooper and I had yet another stunning sunrise flight over what can be described as the most breath-taking scenery I've ever flown over. (no links to the mods....want to encourage all of you to go to flightsim.to and use the search bar, type in monument and gotgravel...you'll see them. And if this is your 1st time visiting there, be prepared to have the same reaction as the preverbal kid in the candy store) 😉 Climbing out i…

Incoming to flightsim.to Did about 10 hours of real flight training in PR along with a checkout in this airport. If you love a challenge, add this one when it's available. This mod creator is good. He deserves our support. Jose

  7. Thanksgiving (long) weekend is a good time for a bit of extra Simming fun and adventure, for some of us, around this part of the world,...especially under these travel restricted times...BTW, I caught (news) pictures of my old Airport, O'Hare, quite crowded with (long) lines of waiting travelers...(bit of an un-nerving sight in terms of social-distancing). Anyway, I was set on purchasing the DC Designs Concorde, from Just Flight, but, there, accidentally, I ran into the Sky Simulations DC9, though, neither A/C on any kind of Black Friday SALE. In our SIM world, DC9 happens to be a permanent classic of an unforgettable plane, (personally, I vaguely recall, I'd (last) flown…

After weeks of pouncing on notifications from nowinstock.net without any success, I finally got lucky and managed to nab an RTX 3090 at list price from Best Buy. It's a massive upgrade from my old 980Ti and I've been enjoying being able to run the sim with literally every setting maxed out for a change -- and still get good framerates doing it. I took an early morning flight around the Netherlands today, and I don't think I've ever seen anything so lovely from a flight sim before.

  19. Airlifting 90 tons away from Dan Andrews UPS apparently serve four big airports in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and have 747-400Fs flying out of Sydney. https://www.pressroom.ups.com/pressroom/ContentDetailsViewer.page?ConceptType=FactSheets&id=1426321549949-957 However, I don't have a payware 747, but I do have (of course! ) a payware MD-11 which has certainly got the reach to get across the continent for my purposes: YMML to YPPH. An early start. +VE Rate.. Climbing away. We'll be cutting the corner across the southern coast of Australia. ...and feet dry again. …
