To all PIC v2 team members, just want to know if we will be able to import FSp flight plans into the FMC directly or will there be some sort of feature to convert them in to FS9 format? for some of us it is a pain in the butt to have to type in pages and pages of jetways, waypoints, etc....

If anyone could please give me some help on these questions, I would appreciate it.[br,br,br] Question # 1.[br,br,br]I read somewhere that, for runway alignment, in a commercial jet that pilots will use rudder only?If this is accurate, my question is this:[br]At what height would ailerons cease to be used?[br][br]Is this based solely on wing proximity to the ground or are there standard procedures which cover this?Question 2.[br][br]Is there a minimum distance out from the runway that the 767 would be permitted to make 90 degree turn in order to be lined up with it? Thank youNorm

Hi all,I recently proposed the idea of a 'Fly-out' from Everett field once the LDS767 is released, it seems to have found some favour with people so lets start planning!ANYONE who wishes to be part of organising feel free to raise your hand, I've not been involved in one of these before! ------------------DATE: Obviously we have no idea when release is going to be, albeit a general idea of it being pretty close. Bearing this in mind we will need to look at getting planned nice and early, the airplane could be out tomorrow after all. :) The best compromise is to schedule it in for the weekend following release. If we put it on a Saturday evening GMT that allows most people…

I currently have an 'analog-type' CH Yoke product and was wandering if it is worth upgrading to the 'USB-type' CH Yoke. Would it be worth it to upgrade even further if there is not that much difference in the (analog vs.USB) type and get another brand? If it is worth it to upgrade to a different brand, does anybody know of a good yoke that would really fit in nicely with the upcoming release of the LDS 767 ?? There hasn't been any new releases on Yoke products in quite some time....Maybe there is no need to concentrate on this aspect of the simulation, but I would like to have one that is a little more realistic than the CH analog type that I currently have without putting…

Hi there,I've created a flightplan for all of you who are interested in flying a simulated delivery flight for British Airways from Everett, Payne Field (where the 767 is produced) to EGLL, London Heathrow (where the BA 767 fleet is based). Obviously we don't have weight data for accurate fuel burn as yet but the actual route is acceptable. The route itself is North-east over Washington state and into Canada, continuing over Canada, Greenland and Iceland to Stornoway in Northern Scotland. From Stornoway we route on UN615 to HON (Honiley) VOR near Manchester, where we will commence the BNN3A arrival into London Heathrow. No need to worry about NAT tracks as the route is …

Hello everyone,I am eagerly anticipating the release of the LDS 767 but I was wondering if anyone was planning to make a tutorial video to help people get fully acquainted with the systems and instruments of the 767-300ER. I know there is a pdf manual already release, but I think a visual presentation would be more interesting and informative to watch, also it would give a clearer outline of procedures throughout a flight.Cheers ;-)Denis Allen
