Hi there,Are there any beta-testers around using the LDS767 in a multimonitor setup? E.g. the fmc and the overhead on different monitors. I'm very interested in your experiences because FS2004 is in my opinion in such an environment more difficult to use compared to fs2002 !! A lot of problems are reported with other add on packages! Please surprise us pleasently! Thanks for answering,Jeroen op den Akker

Hello Folks,Now that the wonderful LevelD 767 is released (kicks ####), I was wondering if anyone will take some time to put together a document detailing a sample flight. Something that details a flight from engine startup to FMC config to engine shutdown. Anyone ??ThanksTony P

Here's where you can raise your hand for a place in the fly-out. If you want a stand allocation for the big day, post here with your proposed destination once leaving Everett. Closer to the day We'll set a cut-off time for registering and create an AFCAD file. Allocation of a stand (and thus your position in the queue for departure) will be random. I'd expect the number of airplanes involved would mean your departure time would fall within in a one hour window so you won't be waiting around for hours to leave! If you post here but later decide to withdraw, let us know here also.Go for it!Mark

No there isn't, but the speeds, etc. are provided by the FMC. While not true to life the FMC will set the speed bugs for you. If you prefer to do that yourself a search of the Internet will provide what you're looking for.Wade

Hello to all, I know the procedure for take-off is in the PIC manual. What it does not say is why we have to apply power to 70% N1, wait until it stabilizes, then hit N1 on the MCP. Every time I do it this way I loose at least 1000 ft of runway just waiting for that N1 gauge to reach 70% N1...Is this the way its done on the real aircraft, is that what a rolling take-off is? If you were at LGA you would end up in the water! I never noticed the real 767 waiting that long until thrust was applied as it felt continuous. Are the brakes held in until the engine stabilizes at 70% then take-off thrust applied? Remember that saying, One of the most worthless things in aviation is …
