Folks,To complete the set, I have uploaded a zip of 2 FLED models to the library for scenery builders and those who just want to add a new model to their packages. I need to uninstal then reinstall FU3 but it says somethign is corrupted (I manually installed it just copyied and pasted after auto install failed to work) it installed part of it though and now it wont uninstall. I remember reading in this forum someone who had to use somethign other than FU3's own uninstaller can they tell me what is was and if it is free. I would prefer free software. Thansk if you could help. Oh yeah I am reinstalling after I uninstall. I just need this problem fixed.

I remember having such a blast with this great sim. The add-ons were amazing in animation, etc...I'm going to install it right after I post this message and see if my Pent 4 3.4GHz can run the thing. I left off with it only because my 1.4 GHz Celeron could not ever really handle it.Wish me luck...and I'll probably have questions as to where to find things again. Cheers,Mitch

Hi all... I am new in this forum and joined seeking for some orientation with my copy of FU3. I used to run this one with an old Pentium III with frame issues. Nevertheless I did enjoy it a lot . Some years have gone by and I decided to install it in a PIV 3.06 under Win XP with a 512 nvidia GeForce 7600 GS. It works but....with no video acceleration at all. It actually hangs when I try to use the video driver in FU3 options page! The driver option only will read :Primary video driver. The Nvidia video card driver will not even appear listed in that window. Is there anything that can be done to enjoy the full video accleration in this particular setting? I would appreciat…

Hi all my fs9 recently got corrupted and I dont want too buy a new one so I remembered that FU3 was away collecting dust on a shelf and I am amazed too say it is the best 'downgrade' I have ever made. INfact it is more of an upgrade than a down grade. It rekindled my love for the beechjet that was my fav aircraft (in flight sim world).Anyway too the point I have some add-ons and I would like too have them installed but dont know how I follow the help files and they dont help. I put the plane into the plnpile bit. So please help me.Another thing, off topic for a few secs. I am thinking of starting a FU3 virtual Airline but would love peoples help in ideas for what too use …

Anyone around here with Saitek X.52 and CH Propedals USB, running VDMSound (or a similar software) to allow for proper identification of the hardware by FU95?I am able to run fu95 on WinXP, but the joystick and pedals are not recognized, so, I used VDMSound, which used to be bullet proof, but something is lacking on it's configuration.Help appreciated!!!

Hi to all,I found the following site by chance the other day.There are three challenges for download. I have had no problem with installing two of them, but cannot get the 'On Ice' challenge to run.I have installed as per 'readme' file, putting .adv and .txt file in regions/sanfran/adv and .res file into regions/sanfran/ engpile. However, clicking on 'accept' on the challenge's opening screen causes my PC to crash. As I said a few posts ago, here is some tinkering I did at Salt Lake City airport.My FU2/3 has migrated without any new installation over quite a number of computer upgrades and it's still running strong. However the only problem I could detect was no runway numbers and I can't seem to get the ILS frequencies picked up. I've heard before of cars and cows in FU3. And I'm not spending too much time flying with it, but now it happened to me.While on final vor runway 19 at Bremerton, everthing seemed to be fine. A smooth approach in the Renegade, vis greater than 5 miles.I was about to touchdown, when all of a sudden an airport vehicle came into scene from the left crossing number 19.The only solution would have been to put in power and pull back immed., and only then plus a double portion of luck could have prevented the loss of my left wing.The margin of taking the decision was maybe around a second.
