How do you in ATC when you announce airline say its TWL and the plane id say its GTDC and you want to change the TWL to Alaska or what ever where do you go to do that is that in the aircraft cfg

Is there a way to increase the detail and sharpness of an AC viewed from the outside?I have downloaded an F4 phantom model but it looks as if it were a FS98 craft, all squared edges, etc. But it is great on frame rates!Anyway, since I have a PC with enough processing power, I was wondering if there was a way to increase the "polygon number"? (Im not shure about the terminolgy or the method, please excuse me if I am wrong).What I would like to achieve is along the lines of The LOCKHEED MARTIN F-16 by Kirk Olsson. I'm trying to attatch sound to an gauge file. I have Daniel Steiner's FSsound.dll and readme files.However, the sample of that file is for gauge of FS98.There are several changes since FS98 and FS2002 gauge structure.So, would someone kindly enough to tell or show me how to attatch sound to FS2002 gauge with FSsound.dll.Thanks in advance and thanks for previous kindness who gave me correct answers to my past questions.

Yeah, I installed Airport 2000 vol.3 with the patch...and now I do not have the characters in my autopilot setup (ie.. alt, hdg, etc.) I also do not have the characters on PFD you know the ones that are in pink denoting Alt and Airspeed. What pos. happened? and what can I do to fix it?

Hi allDoes anyone know if there is a way to limit the bank angle of the 737's (and larger), when banking using the Autopilot.Currently, the planes seem to bank far to much when you change the heading bug with the AP engaged.All comments are welcome.regardsdaryl

Hello,I recently downloaded the PSS A330/A340 addon for FS2004 and it came with the Airbus House colors. I wanted to add some different liveries and thought that adding the texture file and updating the aircraft.cfg file would activate the texture. This has not worked and the aircraft come up blank. Hello:I have never painted anything for FS2002 but I am willing to learn. I would like to re-paint the interior textures for the "Ready For Pushback 747" but I am having some problems. Can anyone point me in the direction of a gauge that plays a sound when crossing outer marker, middle marker, inner marker? Searched with no joy.

Found the event id's for these using FSUIPC. The GPS functions look intriguing. Add_Fuel_Quantity looked nice, but it is limited adding only, in increments of 25% of total fuel capacity.Doug

I have been playing around with this panel for a while now. Would anyone want to test it on your computer? I have been using it with Project Opensky CRJ. The config is for the crj only for now, has the vc included. Could easily be changed to be used with any twin engine jet by deleting vc entries and adding fixed views. Still need to figure a way to give the vc textures a more blue hue so they match the 2d bmp better. I have no painting skills so this is beyond me, anyone willing to help? Here it is with the physical model pretty much done, except for some minor things that I might think of later. I am ready to start painting it.The first shot from the VC is the normal view out the front. The second shot, zoomed out, shows some of the pieces down below. In the middle is a hydraulic pump lever and flap handle. The tube to the right of the post is where oil can be added to the engine while flying (maybe I will put a case of oil in the back). Down by the left door is the water rudder retraction handle. It gets pulled up and fits into a clip. The trim wheels are up above but not shown.John Woodward

Hi all. How do you change spot view distance on a per A/C permanently? I know you can do it from the menus and then save as a flight but is there some other way? I don't see it in either the Panel or A/C cfg.Thanks

I was wondering when or if there is going to be highly detailed MD-80s out there for fs2004. FFX just doesn't seem that realistic as far as MD-80s go. There 737s are very nice. I know Kim Simileck or something like that and Esa both made a very nice MD-80 but it was made for fs98/2000. It doesn't have the moving flaps or slats at that time but the tail was very realistic. Vans Aircraft Co. has a nice MD-80 but I am not sure if it would be compatable with fs2004. If any one knows that would be appreciated. The MD-80 is one of the better selling airliners and American has over 200 of these for there domestic service in the US.Thank YOu,

Hello All, I installed the Legacy for FS9 today, but I can't see through the glass canopy and side windows. My virtual cockpit and other textures show up OK, and I've never had this problem with other aircraft. So, maybe you guys can help. I haven't heard any other reports yet of problems, so I'm assuming it's the my card that doesn't like this special band of texture or something. Well, I've already written a little about this with the example about how to determine if you are in slew mode or not.
