I see many real nice aircraft which I have tried to use but most seem to be made for the Pro Version as the panels have many gauges for the KingAir which are not available in the Standard Version. I am sorry, now, that I did not purchase the Pro version but short of that is there anything that can be done to accommodate these a/c to standard version. I have tried replacing some gauges with those available but I don't think that will really be within my limited powers. Thanks for any advice.

Hi Everyone,At night, virtual cockpit gauges go black. But adding this line...light.9=4, 2.5, 0.00, .5, fx_vclight...to your aircraft.cfg in the "lights" section will illuminate all the gauges for you using a faint red luminance. Positioning it right will allow you to light up the panel without lighting up a lot of the cockpit behind the instrument panel, which is good for night operations so it won't contrast with the darkness outside too much.Of course, change the light.9 to whatever number (other than 9) that the light is for your aircraft.Rotorhead.

Hallo together,I followed the last Threads about the Borland C++ 5.5 Freeware compiled gauge. All gauges work at Windows 98 and Windows 2000, but not at XP! IF you include the gauge into the panel of the standard aircraft, the FS crashes immediatly. So I added the following lines you mentioned: -DWINVER=0x0400 -D_WIN32_WINNT=0x0400 to the makefile and to the bcc32.cfg, as I found out after a few researches in the internet. Neiter a Fs2000 nor a Fs2002 gauge works on the XP system. But the Problem remains! It didn't change anything. Here is the complete code. Please give me a tipp what could be wrong. Thank you very very much!Marcel Burr---------bcc32.cfg---------------------…

I placed the standard Bendix King radios on a panel I'm working on and when I run it in the sim I can't change the frequencies on com1/2 or nav1/2. The adf, xpndr, etc all work fine. So then I tried several other radio gauges with the same result. When I select an ATC option to switch radio frequencies the radios change, but I can't change them manually. Never had this happen on a panel before. Any ideas?Mike Stone

If you want to build historic (1932-1946) planes for IL2 go to www.il2center.com . Maddox games is accepting graphics for WWII aircraft and their cockpits they will then make the flight model ect. These models have to be accurate and of high quality or they will be sent back for a remake. Also the new vietnam/coldwar/korea sim from targetware is using a similar policy try the targetware web sit (www.targetware.com?) or the simhq.com forum. Also check out www.luft46.comThank YouAvimimus

Hi,I would like to add a fuel calculator gauge into a side view (not main) panel. I tried the normal way (using Cfgedit for example) but the gauge does not show up in FS2002. Inserting it on the main panel is OK though! Therefore it seems that the procedure should be different. Has anyone already tried this? Does someone has a hint or suggestion?ThanksEdmundo

Hi y'all :), I tried installing windshield wipers to a panel I am "customizing", but am not sure where the wiper goes in relation to the panel. I assume it's supposed to be "animated", but it doesn't to do anything when I switch on the wiper-switch gauge that came with it. Both these gauges were from FPDA. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Yoram

Hi All,I've some problems with a "simple" Gauge which didn't work. There are two separate speedselector windows (one for IAS and one for Mach) and also two Buttons for each hold function. The Mach Button works without any problem and the Aircraft tries to hold the selected Machspeed when the Autothrottle switch (a separate Gauge) is on. Unfortunately the second Button for IAS Hold didn't work (it really didn't work because the Toptext shows everytime "off"). I've tried a lot of things like K:AP_Airspeed_Hold, K:AP_Panel_Speed_Hold and K:AP_Panel_Speed_Hold_Toggle but nothing works. Hope anybody could help.MatthiasEdited: I forgot to write, that it is a XML Gauge!

For my own private pleasure I've been playing around a bit with the panel for Michael Shulgin's A-90 ekranoplane and would like to add an autopilot panel as well as a few other features to it. However, I haven't found any which would enable me to set the cruise altitude in increments of 10 feet rather than the common 100 in my "Gauges" folder. The reason why I would like to be able to do that is because an ekranoplane usually stays within a few ten feet above the water surface, and if I found one such altitude selector I could have the ekranoplane hold an altitude of ten, twenty or thirty feet above the water much more easily than using manual trim and the attitude hold f…

Is there any way to speed up the IAS setting in FS2002 panels. The altitude setting will increase fast but all of the IAS setting are slow. Is there a way to tweak these gauges? Thanks, Bob.
