Hello,I don't usually post in this forum but I wanted to ask this.In the last issue of "Flying" Magazine I saw an article on the Mitsubishi MU2 and I really like that plane from what I read and what I saw. I was wondering if anyone has ever considered doing it or has plans for making it in gmax? Or panel? Also, anyone have any plans on designing a Saab2000? Only 59 or so planes flying but it has by far one of the best cockpits and designs of it's kind.Thank you,http://turnhead.com/dot/alex/banner-stroke.gif

I've finally gotten GMAX up and running on my computer...I was wondering if there is a comprehensive tutorial on JUST building FS planes somewhere, or is the Help file and the packaged tutorial all there is. I don't really have a problem with the packaged tutorial, it's just that I'm looking for a more "FS specific" tutorial...such as "here's where you start,... to make a wing..., etc.,"Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.K Bailey

Can anyone give me the gauge identifier for the Logo/Wing switch in the default Boeing777-300 gauge (boeing777-300!xxxxxxxx??), or is it even functional? No Logo or wing lighting on aircraft.Thanks.

HiAs it is possible to control how fast a needle is moving by using degreesperseconds and so on, is it possible to control how fast a textual display is changing.I.e. a very slow moving analog OAT needle, displayed as text. While the needle may take some time to 'catch up', the text is always instant. Any way to limit this?

I'm designing the flight dynamics for my aircraft with a combo of notepad and fsedit. It's a 3-piston engine craft and as you'll know they tend to have some drag to the left side. Is there a way to get rid of this or at least make it smaller ?One thing i found is the size of the vertical stabilizer. Now i understand why the baron is defined with an absurd 88 ft vstab. But perhaps there is a way to tell FS that an engine is turning other way round ?Or is there a way to get rid of this with AirEd ?Another problem is my gear. It doesn't seem to have any drag when extending it in the air. Usually extending gear should lower speed and perhaps drop nose a tad. Not so in MS Fant…

The Starship Project is going well, however, I've reached a pseudo-impasse. I don't ahve the time to learn how to texture aircraft, so here's the deal:I'm holding auditions for a texturer. Please post a screenshot or two of your work, and I'll select someone to be part of the team (currently of one ;) ). If no one will do it, the Project will be put on hold indefinitely. Thanks, let's see them! Earlhttp://www.bcenterprises.com/images/starship_sig.jpg

I want to be able to place a gauge so that it is visible and useable in all windows views (spot, tower, top down, and panel) so I can use it without having to go back to the panel view each time. How can I do this in the panel.cfg file? Thanks, Bob.

Thought I might find a programmer in here.. I was wondering how hard it would be to "add" a new key command inside fs2k2 that doesn't yet exist. After looking myself and asking in the forums, there doesn't seem to be a key command for selecting the vertical speed (as there is for altitude select, etc.) Is there anyone out there who could "fix" this oversight by MS? Any one?? I'm trying to finish my keyboard emulator wiring... Thanks to anyone who can help,Randy Davis

Hi all. This is a simple question I hope: In my "Aircraft" fold I have three folders with an A320-200 in them. Each folder also contains two or three paint schemes. I would like to amalgamate them all into one folder. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.Per Ardua Ad Astra

Is there any way in FS2002 to have my gyro instruments run off electrical power rather than vacuum? The reason I ask is the plane I am currently flying (Zlin 242L) has no vacuum system and I would like to simulate that through FS. I would also like a separate switch for the engine instruments. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!Adam Kolariwww.saultc.on.ca/aviation

HiJust a preview to all of those who has provided me with some excellent help I could never have been without. Thanks.I'm working on a panel that might see a freeware release (complete with aircraft and sounds, and no restrictions apart from commercial) if I/we succeed with the rest of it. It's a Cessna 421B panel, with some rather expensive upgrades (Sandel SN3308 EHSI wannabe) :) It's not photoreal by a longshot, as my opinion of those is that most get so packed they are unusable/unreadable. I prefer big readable instruments and some handy features. The panel is 'divided' into two panels, mainpanel (most frequently used) and a subpanel (with those extra functions you'd …

Okay, here it goes...I'm trying to design a ******** ********* **** for FS2002 in Gmax, BUT, Gmax is seemingly being uncoporative in cutting out the windows. I've tried using the edges cutting tool, but I can't create anything accurate that way, then, I tried shaping the window, and using the Booleax or whatever tool to blend it into the fuselage, but that didn't work, I tried doing it the "old" FSDS way by pain stakingly taking each vertex and quessing it to the right spot, hoping it'll look okay, and then shaping the window as a tube, and using the slicing tool to create a slice through it, which still didn't work. Now, please don't tell me that with all the power there …
