Hello, I have FSX Gold under Win 10 Half a year ago I installed the iFly 747-400 V2. Everything went well. Now I have installed Service Pack 3 for the iFly 747. It also contains a 747-8. Since then, my Virtualles cockpit in the 747 is only blurred, totally washed out. Maybe someone has a similar problem. Peter

Hi I'm in a corner! My flight sim' is FSX and although a bit of a novice,I have for many years ran this satisfactorily using the Horizon Photo' Scenery when flying in the UK, installed as a scenery addon. I am now getting the scenery distorted and over written by something else. This happens also outside the UK. As an example, at Seattle I get the following topdown view showing the distortion of the default scenery around the airfield. I get similar distortion when using the photo' scenery in the UK. I have recently installed ORBX scenery for the UK and I don't know if this could have caused the problem. Can someone help please? Ray

Hello, I am having problems with installing Ray Smith's Airports in FSX SE where the JFK Jetway Extender is required. The jetway extender does not show up where there is a gap between the terminal and the actual jetway. I have followed all the installation instructions with no luck. What do I need to do to get the JFK Jetway Extenders to show up? Thank you in advance.

I will be publishing all of my code for FSX which could be interesting maybe for someone. Here is the code to read the active camera position at any time (XYZ in meters) for FSXA-SP2-SE. Look time AVSIM, since 08.15.04, first post. It is possible to replace the Beechcraft Aircraft Files, or any other aircraft, in FSX with FS2204 Aircraft files, has anyone tried? I bought UTLive last year believing that it would have the most up to date traffic in all the major airports, Mainly Doha, Bangkok but this is not the case and their suppose to be a power pack coming, but that's been coming now for 2 years. UTlive does the job if your using airports that have been around since the first release of FSX, But its not. Can anyone tell me if there are any other traffic programs that gives up to date airports. I have emailed Traffic Global, But still waiting for a reply. Any help would be great

Hi, I recently got a file called mobile_home.zip from the AVSIM Library for use in some scenery design. It has 2 folders, Scenery and Texture. A bgl file in scenery and some DDS files in the texture folder. I copied the bgl to Addon Scenery -> Scenery and the dds files to the texture sub folder. I started FSX and the updating scenery database dialog box appeared and then FSX started. I then selected Tools -> Object placement Tool and looked for mobile home in the scenery and mobile scenery but it is not showing up in the list of objects to use. I also moved the addon scenery to the top in the library but it would still not show. Can anybody pleas…

Everytime when i want to fly the 787 the Cockpit looks like on the picture, the steering wheel doesent move and the thrust levers not either, the autopilot cannot be switched on and the engine display is frozen. The green bar, which should come and tell you how long it still takes to load the panel state, isnt there. So i tried to reinstall the qw787 nothing changed, i tried to redownload and install it...nothing changed, i reinstalled the whole fsx, nothing. PLEASE Help

I heard Airport Design Editor X won't compile with FSX-SE. If this is true, how can I edit parking in FSX-SE?

Hi All, I'm looking for a fix to some odd behavior I've noticed lately from the default jetways in FSX. Note in the image below how the wheels and supports are rotated 90 degrees. I don't believe this is an exit coordinate issue because it only seems to happen at the destination airport (at all gates)... but the jetways look fine at the departure airport. I have a Dell Precision M6800, Quadro K3100M 4gb, RAM 16gb, i7, 17 inch FHD display. Apparently I can connect 2 external monitors via DP and HDMI ports. I have 2 Samsung P2250 22" FHD that I plan to connect. How would you use such a setup? What would you display on the laptop built-in display and what would you display on 2 external monitors? I was initially hoping to connect 3 ext. displays and create a 210 Degree view like here. Now I'm thinking to place laptop on the side for displaying flight software and maps and use external keyboard. That way I could use 2 external monitors for FSX but still not sure whether to display one wideview or place them in a V-sh…

Sorry for posting on this forum, But i have tried with the UT forum with no luck, even though, they sell the product. As anyone got around the traffic issues with Doha transferring the old airport to the new, Plus the lack of traffic at Bangkok (Both airports) This is a issue after i have bought all the scenery for these airports.

Hey guys, i purchased the KLEX Blue Grass airport addon from FSXcenery today and have had nothing but trouble with it. First of all, all the jetways are missing. Just the Gate numbers are like floating in the air. And secondly, when i load my PMDG 737ngx at any of those gates it crashes immediatly. I mean the sim thinks i crashed the plane. I dont have this problem with any other addon airport i have. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Luis

As a very happy user of ENVTEX (combined with ASCA and AS16), I note that ENVTEX have now released an SP2 update. However, I see that this download is around 9GB in size which is three times the size of the original version and I wondered therefore whether anyone has tried using ENVTEX SP2 in FSX and whether there are any performance issues? Feedback from anyone who has installed this update would be appreciated. Bill
