Hi pilots!I seem to be having a recent problem with FS2002 whereby the ATC causes the scenery to stutter, which in turn causes the ATC to stutter, and it sometimes elevates to the point where the whole computer freezes!I have a GeForce2 MX 200, and the sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster PCI128 (OEM).I think it may be the drivers, and the IRQs are being shared, but apparently that's perfectly normal for a Win 2000 box and the stutters shouldn't be happening.Any help would be appreciated!James

This is probabbly a stupid question, but i just want to know exactly what is every light in the airplane used for. For example, when do you use the beacon lights. When do you turn em off. What about the strobes lights, do they have to be shut off after takeoff? etc etc.. Thanks

A few days ago I went to see the new Austin Powers movie. It was pretty good, but not as good as the second one. ;) Well, there is one scene where Powers' personalized 747 is landing in Tokyo, & it looks alot like the FS Default 747. It has that "strong alpha channel" look, if you know what I mean. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Well... I just bought the new Morcheeba album and was trying to decide whether to spend what little freetime I have on listening to the new album or taking the next flight in my RTW trip.So I decided to try something different and play the CD in the background while I fly! Nice compromise, I thought!! :)...what I didn't realise, is that the Morcheeba CD really enhances the 'atmosphere' you get while flying... a bit like adding a soundtrack to your flight! Not very realistic, I know, but very nice nonetheless.So here's my current vote for number one 'flight soundtrack' album..."Charango" by Morcheeba.What's yours?Simon.

I am finishing the re-instilation of the sim, and lost the above mentioned downloads. Several of the cloud D/L seem to appear that you need multiple files for them to work. Is there one program for weather and clouds. All I want is for reak world waether to look as real as possible. I dont want an addition program to manufacure weather just the best cliuds, lightins and thumder we can have.The trees by Gerrish, which one?, there are several.Thanks in advance for any help.I

Does anyone know why when I plan a flightplan within FS2002 and go to print the navlog it prints, but then I get error messages saying that fs2002 is looking for the specific scenery i'm at from my Hewlett packard folder. Obviously it's getting pointed there for some reason. Any help on this please..? I have to wind up restarting FS every time.ThanksROBBYG

I really like to fly the Mooney but there are a couple of things I would like to see in the next sim. I wish the mooney had a virtual cockpit and the wheels should touch the ground(main landing gear) and the wheels should turn. Otherwise it is a great plane. Anybody else have any wishes to put here? Hey guys,I'm having problems w/ my FS2002. My computer is not a "super-one", but always ran FS smoothly. I have windows ME and, since some 2 weeks ago, it's impossible to fly. The aircraft will begin bumping to the left and crash and textures will change all the time, from day to night or vice-versa, doesn't matter the time. I didn't install any new hardware nor software. I've been running Fs2002 for the last 7 months w/o problems. The worst of all is that the little box that says "FS2002 had a problem, please send us the report, etc.." doesn't appear either. My system is Compaq Presario @ 700Mhz, no 3D hardware, only the original one from Intel. Windows ME and 64Mb.Any s…

Hey everyone.I just upgraded to a new computer - XP 2000+, GeForce Ti 4400, 512 DDR PC2700 RAM, Audigy Sound Card... the problem is...
