hey guys this sort of a dumb question but i was wondering if yall know where i could find an oil rig to land on, i think it would be fun. so any ideas are ok.

After eagerly awaiting 2 of the 3 recent releases (Project Airbus' A320, Simubuild's A340, Mike Stone's 727) I find myself drawn to the one a looked forward to the least, the one that doesn't have all the bells and whistles on it!, the 727. Funny that?Anyone else in the same boat or plane as the case may be?Regards, Boone - Please don't get me wrong I absolutely love the other two and am in debt to the creators, but that little 727 is something special... - - And it's not a Boeing thing, nor a frame rate thing, maybe it's just a charming sort of sentimental thing? hi thier all and MIKE Stone! Love the V2 Update!! It looks Awesome now!! Keep it up!! but I have a slight climb problem when climbing to cruz Altitude! i went on a test filght andput about 40%fuel in the outer tank's only with the Center tank Empty!! Now I was climbing pretty good at a climb rate of about 1800-2000ft per min! Now upon reaching about 25,000ft the airspeed started to degrade quickly and i had switched to MAch setting with the climb spped set to about 300kts, but upon getting up to the cruz level of about 32,000ft, the plane had a very hard time keeping this speed!? It dropped down to about 180kts indicated! and i dropped my climb rate to about 800-900fpm!! …

I was just over at the screenshots forum and I saw some great picts of KLAX using "Simflyers" scenery addon's. Who uses this and how bad does it affect frame rates? It looks great, but I can image that you would get a large frame rate hit. Also do the trucks and the ramps and other things move? I managed with editvoicepack and AFCAD to put voice in some Unicom Aiports as Emma Field or Half Moon Bay (No more KHAF, the pilot say "Half Moon Bay").I have a project to make the same Unicoms that appeared in FU2:Borges, Byron,Davis Woodland,Gnoss,Half Moon Bay,NutTree, Parret,Petaluma,Rio Vista,Sonoma Skypark,Sonoma Valley,South Co and University.I suposse that some as changed the name or are out of order.For the bush pilots I made some test with LAGO FSSoundScape into the Naji

AllWhat a refreshing change. Although he has only completed the africa set, I renamed them so the building swould show up in the U.S. The texture colors are mostly brown and white (Africa version) and I must say it is such a refreshing change from the drab grey we have been looking at for so long. I tried both the 512 and 1024 versions. The 1024 versions at least on my machine showed no fps hit. Gerrish did mention that a little flickering could occur with the higer res version but on my g4 with Quincunx, I saw no flickering. I can hardly wait to see the other versions! HiI have a V7700 Geforce 2 32DDR AGP. Can anyone tell me is there will be a significant improvement if i upgrade to a GF4 MX420 64DDR? I know there it will be better becasue it's GF4 and because it has 64Mb but it's MX420. My current one is MX440. What does the MX*** mean? Will the fact that the GF4 has a lower MX make it slower then my GF2? Any advice is appreciated.Take careMike

My new MS FFB2 stick works fine except that it fails to center (I posted here the other day and got some response but no info about how to fix this).The stick has a "Return-To-Center tension" setting that I set to HIGH, and it then tests fine in the Windows 98 window. But in FS2002, the return to center tension slacks off and generally there is no return to center in flight or on the ground. The FFB is also set to HIGH in the MS software and FFB is enabled in the sim too.Everything else on the stick works fine. Can anybody help me figure out a fix for this annoying problem? Once again, things were starting to get strange and funky with FS2002, not to mention downright frustrating!I had reached a juncture where things were messing up when they had worked just fine the day before. FS was crashing back to desktop when I would try to change views. I couldn't start a "saved flight" that had worked fine the day before. Etc. Etc.Then, just when I was beginning to have the anxious thought that I may have to reinstall everything. I remembered . . .After making a backup, I deleted the FS2002.cfg file and got a fresh start. Everything working beautifully now.The only drawback to doing that is having to put in all of your settings again, but what have y…

hey folks!i reinstalled FS2002 because i lost many gauges and stuff (*:-*) but now i can't play it!!!!! if i doubleclick "fs2002.exe" i get a pop-up "C:GamesFS2002fs2002.exe is no authorized Win32-application" !!! if i try to start it with autostart, i get "FS2002 can't be started"!! Hi all,as you can see in the screenshot I got some trouble with my newly installed graphic card, MSI G4 Ti4200 some triangles look kinda odd.
