I've been on vacation for a couple of weeks, have any huge releases happened while I've been gone? I noticed a few more PA A320 liveries, but has any other large, awaited release happed while I've been gone? Thanks!

I'm sure this has been brought up in the forum before since the release of 2002, however, didn't find any in the archives.Anytime the default 747 touches down, smoke and skidmarks are left from the outer landing bogies and not the inner two. Is there a method to make it possible to see four sets of marks and the respective smoke effect? Do think the Opensky 747s even show accurately either... Are there 747s out there that do?....Thanks (-:

Is there any special secret to combining the PSS panel with the Project Airbus A-320? I always think of the great thing Lee Hetherington did for us with his PIC/Posky merge files. Does the airbus/Pss merge need this kind of attention?Lee

Can anyone please advise a safe CPU temperature to aim for if one suspects overheating is causing FS2002 to lockup or sometime to make the system spontaneously reboot.At present temps are, At idle 57c / 134f, FS2002 running, 63c / 145f.That's with side covers removed from the case.The Ge Force is running at a temp of around 65c with FS running.Thanks fellas,Clive(Ausie) Marriott.AMD 2000+512 ramGeForce 3 ti500 Sound Blaster 5.1Win 98se

Sweet, finally, one of my favorite mini turbo props. The MU-2 sure are very very loud planes when just idleing. I hope somoe will create a GMAX MU-2. I know Simubuild GA was creating one, but do not know if they are going to release it still. I hope so.Regards,Bill

I've been using the earlier version of Ohio scenery for FS2000, and it worked fine. Downloaded this one and now I get the message at startup saying that Area.121 is not found. There is no area.121 listed in the scenery file.FS2002 does not seem to "see" this newer scenery version.Any suggestions? Thanks, dek

Hi y'all,I really start to hate this. Time and time again I get the endless loop. Sometimes it does not happen for a week, than again I will have three in one day. The greatest problem is that you relly cannot put a finger on it as it comes from time to time, making it almost impossible to find out what BIOS setting or what driver would cure it.Usually it hits me after I planned a long flight, got my wether set up, hit the flightplan in the FMC loaded it in flightmax and Lord knows what else.... arrrrrrrrrrgh!Just wanted to get this from my chest.AlexP.S.: For those of you who do not know what the endless loop is...be happy, don't ask. HiUnfortunately noone seemed to be able to answer this before.There was a file on the Avsim library which enabled you to reinstall fs2002 info to the registry...it has seemingly gone.Can anyone help with this , it worked great, and was a lot less hassle than reinstalling.thx in anticipation :waveSun

Regardless of what I manually set visibility to within FS2002 and when I use FS METEO, regardless of what FS METEO reports (verified through the log files), ATIS reports visibility as 60 miles. I am flying in the US and have tried FS METEO at several east (KIAD, KPHL) and west coast (KSAN, KLAX, KSFO) locatations.In all cases, the screen visibility reflects what I set or FS METEO reports (verified by slewing off a DME fix).Any ideas on what the problem might be? Any fix other than a reinstall?Thanks.-michael

Good morning guys,I have installed the latest FFG DC10-10 in the Continental Livery, the aircrat looks GREAT!!, however, the panel seems to be incomplete. I have many gauges missing. after all that moaning by those people saying u shouldn't have the game making them sound like professional pilots that are concerned over passenger safety what losers!! i have now improved my landing and the liverys look amazing the MCDU thing is very goos and all i do is get the waypoints off the flight planner and write them down then put them in the MCDU when i am in aircraft. Who wants to sit at their computer for hours on end progrmaing in some waypoints for a 1-2 hour flight whats the point i know its ment to be realistic but thats to hard dfor people who just wanna fly the lovely looking AB'shappy flying and st pauls airlines rule!!!!:-newbie

I downloaded the California Terrain Mesh (whole state) and it seems to have messed my California scenery up terribly. It looks like FS95 textures, and the airport is all black!!!!!!!! I've tried going through and re-installing other meshes over it, but I can't override that blackness???

Flight1 has a deal which is difficult to pass - they now offer German Airports 1 & 3 boxes for $15 per box (additional -20% if you get both). That comes out to about $1.50 per airport. I don't know about you but the highest rated add-on airports for this price - I couldn't resist.Michael J.

Im thinking of getting the V-tailed Bonanza model from Carenado and was wondering how the Carenado models are in general?VC cockpit? Custom Sounds? are they GMAX? etc.....Is it worth the 15 bucks?Thanks to all who reply!Shane
