I need fsedit.exe and the help file. I have the 2000 pro version of it, and I need the 2002 version to convert planes.If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

Hey, well I just have a quick question about Step Climbing that has been on my mind for a while.when pilots do that 'step climb' as we see alot when FS'ers do there long hauls. do pilots say the the ATC "umm, we're going to step climb now, it'll take about 500nm to do" or something in that area.- when step climbing, and you have your OPT @ fl250 and it then changes to lets say - OPT-FL251. would you increase your alt 100 feet? whats the deal? *:-*.-I do know what Step climbing is, I am just trying to get some of the confusion cleared up for me.thank you for your help. sorry for any sentences that are not clear, I wasn't sure on how to word them. :-mad1 thanks!UA ROCKS!"co…

Hi y'all,I heard so many good things about this tool frm e-dimensional that I am on the brink of buying this thingy.However I am afraid of one thing:I am running a 2nd monitor with FSflightmax and the realityXP GPS.I also have all of the GoFlight units grouped all around the monitor. So I will take my eyes off the screen quite often. I read a review once saying that this can lead to problems with calibration or something.Can anyone shed some light on this?Help is very much appreciated as always.Alex

I have both a CH 3 lever yoke and the Pro pedals, all connected through a USB 4-port bus. The Yoke works fine but the pedals deflect slightly to one side. I have tried to dampt this out by re-calibrating and using FSUIPC, but I am concerned as to why this is happenning. Does anyone haev any suggesttions? Is it likely to be a problem with the Hardware or the software? Thanks in advanceM

For those of us who are blessed with minimal system specs, in my case a P3/600, is there any key combination, or utility that can enable and load new scenery textures "on the fly" so to speak? What I mean is say at any given airport, to get a smooth taxi, in both cockpit and spot views, I have to have the sliders pretty well on a quarter or less, with minimal AI, etc, but once airborne, in cockpit an spot view, even I can wind up the scenery settings to a decent eye candy level, but it means going into the options boxes and changing them manaully, so hence my question about a utility or key combination that may be able to do it for you. Hi,Everything is fine till exiting runway after landing. Contact ground then try to choose taxi to gate but there are only choise for VFR even though I have just landed after IFR flight. What happened to ground control??Appreciate your help.Yuki

I am currently using a Geforce2 GTS 32mb AGP card. The features of this card and the performance of it have always been great for most sims. What it is lacking in is local video memory.What I now want is a 128mb card with as good (or better) performance as the Geforce2 GTS (note, GTS not MX).What would be the cheapest card with 128mb without going overboard on other useless features which would not be used on flight sims, or does getting a card with 128mb mean you have to get the latest and greatest in other areas. Also, how much would such a card cost ?I don't mind an MX card (such as a GF4 if one exists) as long as it won't be a bottleneck in terms of bandwidth for flig…

Hi all, I downloaded Hector Molina's A340 panel from flightsim.com (hma34pnl.zip), installed it according to the read me file, but when I try to load the A/C (SB A346) using that panel FS2k2 crashes. Anyone have the same problem and know why is this happening? I have the latest FSUIPC if that helps. Thanks.

Hi all,Perhaps I was not paying attention, however, with a Ti4600 I believe you can run two monitors . . .if that is so, can I perhaps get one to handle flight sim as usual and the second perhaps to run GPS window or some other window in FS? He is obviously highly motivated and it looks like this program is developing into something really useful.Is anyone out there using it consistently?
