Yuppers. Seems like my video card does not like to run MSFS2002 with anti-aliasing on at all WHILE mainting regular looking screen text. If I check to allow the program to decide what, if any, anti-aliasing to use, or I manual choose to keep anti-aliasing off whenever the card is running regardless, the screen text (atc menu, virtual cockpit mode text, etc) appears smooth. But, if I choose any anti-aliasing at all, the text on screen then looks like it has been cut out of a magazine for use in a ransom note (small, thin lines to the right and bottom of each letter).While anti-aliasing is on, particularly using it in the 4xS mode, the graphics are smoother looking than a b…

You MUST turn OFF FSAA from within the Display Settings in FS2K2 and enable FSAA from the driver instead.

I've just replaced my default lights with the gold set of replacement lights created by Chris from FSW. I recently installed a scenery mesh that covered all of my homecountry area in FS2002 which is Portugal.Unfortunately something went really wrong and ruined my Scenery ground textures on the locality. I've deleted that scenerymesh,I've tried to restore my SCENEDB data but the problem is still there.Is there a way to fix this without having to reinstall FS2002 all over again?? Hi All,I was wonder if anyone could help me out with something...A while go when I was suffering from severe boredome I decided to do a flight at a random airport somewhere just for the fun of it. I selected canada and picked an airport in the N.Ts. When the scenery was done loading I found a nice surprise...There where auroras! But it really didnt matter to me than so I just flew around. Now im looking for them again and am having a hard time. I was wondering if anyone else has seen them too and where I can find them? Thanks for the help!

Fine-looking plane but instrument panel in Russian as well as what I believe is intended to be a doc/help file. I'm unable to start engine and am hoping to find a help-file in English. Ctrl-E is the only tool I know of at this point and it turns the engine over but it won't quite catch for me.John Schulstad

For me, it must be when the former 767 PIC team will be releasing their new product and what it will be. Has anybody used this yet? It was described by Adam as Fs2k2 scenery, but all the readme files refer to FS5.1 and 98, and they were written by Gary Summons.There is no contact detail for Adam ?, hence my query. After installing, it seems to work OK with lots of detail, but if you select from the menu 'go to active runway', the aircraft is positioned some hundred metres or so off the centre line on the grass.This position is confirmed by Afcad.Is there a way to correct this? What is the main difference between 'old' scenery and FS2k2?David

When I show the frame rate value, another value shows alongside which constantly jumps between 0.9 and 1.0. What is this. Also, as this jumps about, gauge values jump as well. This also ties in with the vertical speed value constantly going positive and negative on all aircraft. It's as though FS2002 has gone a little unstable. How can I get the stability back.Thanks for all help.Nick.

I was thinking about what has transpired in the last ten years with MSFS and the hardware we use. It would be fun to dream a bit about what MSFS will be like in 10 more years. Here is a few things that we might have....Extremely dense photo realistic scenery and very accurate geography including accurate buildings, highways and houses.Trees that sway in the wind.Ocean Waves that realistically change with the weather. Dynamic scenery with people, cars, ships, trains, and cows.Real weather that changes dynamicaly moment to moment with very smooth transitions. These days everys doing airbuses, other aircraft are being neglected... These days called aviograsf(www.aviograsf.com) are making an A340 addon. PSS did one, so did Eurowings, Wilco are doing one (which I am looking very foward too :-) ) and so are www.anticyclone.be. Thats alot of airbuses.
