I just had 2 questions can some1 plz help me........1.If any of u are from the JFK area and have spotted there i could u se some tips.2.i have this small little island iwt not evena place on the gps's and i was wonder if there was a way to add a navaid to the island and have it show on the gps

Is anyone else having this problem? Some of my aircraft struggle to turn while on the ground while others on take-off veer at the slightest pressure on the joystick. Anyway to control this? Thanks.

I have some aircraft that, after it has picked up a nav station and has been identified by the code, I try to turn the morse ident off and nothing happens -- the morse code sounds continue.Any ideas please?Thanks Barry

Hi Everyone,First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for their wonderful support of the ActiveSky add-on.We seem to have gotten most of the bugs out with only some minor annoyances that will be fixed. As many of you may have noticed by the posts on this forum, we went from v1.0 with a few bugs and limited features to v1.3 stable with useful features in only a few days. I've found a ferry for fs98, but it sinks. Hi guys...I've two problems, Can you help me to solve them? 1. When I press the key's combination to opening door (example SHIFT+E) I can open only the main doors. If I press the combination SHIFT+E+2 I don't open the doors..I open a sub panel of the aircraft's panel...I can't control the door...why?2. When I switch to the Osservator View Fs2002 reload the aircraft's texture every time...And with some aircraft this takes many seconds...How can I solve this problem? I have a GeForce4 Ti4200 with 128 MB Ram (latest driver detonator 40) on a pentium 4 at 2.0 Ghz with 512 MB DDR Ram...Thank you guys...Bye!Mark

When taking off, the aircraft doesn't stay centered but veers off to the right and I can't center it.Appreciate any help.

Hi,Been using FS for years and have hit a key or something that has made a change thast I can't understand or reverse. Simply put - in full screen mode I can no longer hit the Alt key to get the Flights - Aircraft - World - Options - etc menu. When I now hit this key it cuts sound and sometimes makes my mouse pointer disappear. I have to hit the Alt and Enter to get a window so that I can make any changes. Anyone out there have any idea what I've done? It used to be so easy in full screen mode just to hit the Alt key and get a menu up!KD

Would love to have an option to disable Active Cam when so many feet above the ground. This would be an option to enable/disable and allow the user to put the feet above ground. This way when on the ground, on short final and during initial take off the user would not get all disoriented making it harder/ugly while maneuvering the plane.Kilstorm

Greetings,I've been playing with Chris Alevritis' FS2000 CRJ bitmap, and after extensive revisions and new additions, I think it fairly well compliments the new POSKY CRJ (and maintains compatibility with the CRJ VC). Also included are Eric Marciano and Jorge Salas' incredible radar gauge, Ike Slack's very 'slick' Honeywell repackaging of the default GPS, a few files from the good folks at FPDA, and the signs2k gauge by Christian Koegler. This panel uses primarily default gauges (I believe the standard version of 2002 includes the necessary gauges - but since I'm using the pro version, I'm not quite sure). I am wondering, is this required on the sceneries that have it? I have over 100 downloaded scenery areas installed, and then I combined them, and now I am getting some errors every once and a while. Clear skies

I saw a post a while back about the same problem I'm having but since I can't find it, I'll repeat it.A window pops up stating "Sceney Library object not found. This may cause some scenery, such as some buildings, to not display". ID: 0x47BC6DED0x11D2F98A0x1000849C0x2AE60C5AI just started using FSSE and attempting to add some scenery objects when this window popped up. I choose my object and see the white line in front of the AC but don't see the object.Any help here?Thanks,Mike

This is in no way meant to offend the decent VC-loving folks out there :).What is the big deal with virtual cockpits? I'm just curious as to why people like them so much and are always requesting that a VC be added to their favorite plane. I really am not a VC man myself, since I fly the heavies and I associate the VCs more with the GA planes. So, do you personally enjoy a good VC? Just curious as to what all the rage is with the virtual cockpit :).

There up to 30 min holds just on the taxiways. They got a racetrack pattern going right now on the taxiways due to a rwy change. Arrivals have to wait at least 30 min to even get to the gates. They just told this Delta aircraft they are number 32 for takeoff!! What a mess.

Does anyone know if a paint kit for the default King Air exists? I know that there is one for the Baron, but a search of Avsim yielded nothing for the KA. Any help would be appreciated.ThanksTim13

Hello Damian. Found another pressure problem at CYXY, altimeter sets to 00.00 when b button pressed. If you adjust altimeter, it then moves you to 99,999 feet. Strange thing is, Activesky worked here fine before...

Available soon, I have just uploaded two sets of Bush Flying Unlimited textures for Fred Choate's Beech-18's.One set is for his older model float version and the other set is for his newer float/wheeled, cargo/passenger Beech-18 package.Each download also contains two sets of textures. One is in a DXT1 format and the other is in 32 bit 888-8 format. The 32 bit is a higher resolution and I have had no problem running them with my lower-end system of a PII 800mhz, with MX400 64 meg video card.I received permission to do these repaints from both Fred and Greg Pepper at about the same time.
