I just tried the panel for the first time, and it is very very nice. I have a question about the Current selected thrust mode and maximum N1 setting allowable.For example I have selected CLB from thrust rating panel and Thurst mode show 93 CLB 93. My engine fan speed has that blue T (maximum N1 setting allowable) and when I set my thrust as high as it goes (to the blue T) my N1 85%.What am I doing wrong, if I understand the system correctly the maximum thrust available should be 93, but I can't get the thrust to go past 85%.Thanks to Bill for a great panel,Harri

As I plow thru my around the world flight (currently in Warsaw heading East) I use TTools to edit the flight plans and airport traffic at the next few destinations. But as I head East into Russia and then South into the Middle East, India and the Far East, I find it very difficult to insert a Dash 8, FS Painter Saab 340, or Beech 1900 in airline livery specific to the areas. Can't find any. How do you all do it?So, does anybody know of a site that has some regional airlines, or even some major airlines specific to the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East that are available for download as AI traffic. I've only found FS Painter's nice site for Japanese based aircraft. But…

Any clues as to why this is happening and how to fix it. For some reason I get a fatal error ( cause: VISUALFX.dll) while loading a flight, any flight, any aircraft. Haven't put anything screwy in FS lately, but thought maybe the dll was corrupted so I pulled the one off the CD amd replaced it, same problem.I am running an Athlon 1.4, 1 GIG of 2100 DDR, G4 Ti 4600 with XP prothe only thing i have installed lately is EOD (easy object designer), but that was last night and it has been fine all day until an hour ago. thanks for any help!Michaelhttp://www.geocities.com/res052cd/cmhbanner.gif

I just received my FS2002 copy as I was a FS2000 owner... I have noticed really bad stuttering that I have NEVER got before with any addon product... the simple visual arrival to Honolulu visual 8L reduce my system to a grinding hault at times.Anyone else experience this?Thanks,Chris

There appears to be a problem with the posky forum right now so for the time being i guess this will be ok here..... I posted this on the scenery site but so far there have no takers. I would like to try some simple airport upgrading, such as adding taxi signs, buildings and maybe after practice animation. Hi, I have a Asus PIII 800 with a Geforce2 mx400, Sondblaster PCI card. 655Mb Ram. All hardware has the very latest drivers possible and I have tried Directx8 and 8.1. Now my problem is with a clean new fresh install of FS2002 I have a very bad popping and crackling sound in the cockpit view. This only seems to happen in full screen mode and it seems to be when the wav files are looping. I have tried everything (even switching sound cards) I can so I leave it up to the experts...YOU! I am leaning to the Geforce2 mx400 card? any help would be very much appreciated.Thanks in advance.Phil

Need help in increasing the taxi speed for the AI aircraft.I installed the taxi speed exe file in my C drive. I believe I should have installed it in my FS2002 folder which is in my D drive. I opened up the file in C drive and it indicated that the taxispeed had been changed successfully, but when I checked FS2002 taxi speed remained the same approx. 5 knots.I then copied the taxispeed file into fs2002 folder but instead of getting successful, I receive runtime 76 Error path not found. It appears I am missing a file which is likely in my Win. system folder. Any help would be appreciated.Kenny G.

I have recently started receiving these pop-up messages sporadically while online. I have run the lates version of Ad-Ware and they still show up. Any ideas? Some of them are X-rated (not that that bothers me too much) but Im concerned about security.Thanks for any info.MarkPS Could this come from Trillian?

Hi!Does anybody know if there's available some ( preferably freeware ;-) ) general-type add-ons, that is connected to aircraft's ground radar and could read (vocally) altitudes while landing the plane? Im using for example following aircraft: ERJ-145 (Grabowski's) and would like to have some additional / more detailed help to those "hard landings"... To help flaring, i would like having copilot to give me some vocal altitude readings: "100 hundred ft", "50", "40","30","20","10"... Any low-budget add-ons for implementing more co-operative autopilot, or maybe i should have more faith and just wait for FS2004?

My problem is that if I download a cargo aircraft, it will go to the cargo terminal. However if I do a retexture of an airliner, the aircraft will still go to the passenger terminal. I can not find what to change in the aircraft.cfg file to designate the aircraft as cargo and not passenger.
