I can't seem to get 1600x1200x32 to work in FS2002. It does not show up as a selection in the Display Settings menu.My Specs:Dell Dimension 8250Pentium 4 3.06Ghz512MB PC1066 RDRAMRadeon 9700TX 128MB running 3.2 CatalystsDell P992 MonitorI'm also running DX9In every other program or game and my desktop I can run 1600x1200x32. Battlefield 1942 lets me and CFS3 lets me run 1600x1200x32. FS2002 does however let me run 1600x1200x16. Hope I can sort this out. Thanks!

I'm looking for a utility that, like active camera pro, will allow me to watch external fly-bys but that won't make the tower view inaccessible. also, the more control over the flybys the better. also also, something that will allow me to set the starting point for the spot plane (so that it will travel a long distance before coming alongside my plane)anybody know of any programs that will do some or all of these things?thanks in advance.-andy

Good day, I used to be heavy into FS98, and just got a new computer so I am back!... I am wondering if any of you could recommend good aircraft models with extremely realistic performances for the 737-200 and particularly the 737-700. Also if any of you know of a great 737 Next Generation Panel I would be gratefull, I know this however is hard to come by... Thanks!!! Kevin

I have uploaded a 7 overlays AFCAD for Heathrow yesterday, but there are still problems I want to fix.1.: Why doesn't landing aircrafts tayi to THEIR overlays, but to the cargo or other ones?2.: Why can land 5 aircrafts the same time and crash?Thanks

I've seen that too....It seems related to the dynamic texture "blurries", in the sense that it comes and goes on my system... Tends to happen more often in faster and/or complex aircraft, or after slewing for me... But I've seen this issue, so you're not alone...

Try this. Get the instrument panel properly aligned, save the Flight, and make this new Flight the default. Exit from FS2002, then restart FS2002, letting you saved Flight load. The instrument panel should be aligned on this saved Flight. Now try your other planes. R-

I fail to see the problem.....Perhaps a close up shot of the problem would help.

Not permanently, I believe. To change the rotating view, click on the aircraft image and you can control it with the mouse. To zoom in/out ("resize"), use the + and - keys. Other keys on the numpad will also do things like change rotation speed, view angle, etc.Edit: It's rendered dynamically and not a bitmap you can locate anywhere.Peter

That usually means you hit the deck pretty hard and the game got confused. I'm surprised you didnt break the plane :-lol .

Tell me, in some aircraft I get, if you put the flaps down full, you can't pull up the aircraft, the nose keeps pitching down, and that is a nightmare when trying to land. Any fixes?Thanks,Aer Solas MOSAer [email protected]

What is the difference in FS2002 ATC, between requesting a visual approach, and maintaining your course until you are established on the localizer (not sure have I spelled that right)? Also, which is better? I normally request visual approach.Thanks,

I sure have been waiting for this baby. I fired her up and waited for it to load. I love Lago scenery. And I love the real-life F-16. It's awesome to see at air shows. The Porsche of the skies.I hate to be a negative Nelly, but Lago's F-16 is a bit of a letdown folks.First off is the 2D panel. This is the same bitmap we've all seen in countless freeware panels since FS2000. I think it comes from Falcon 4 and Lago licensed the graphics. I've always thought it was a good bitmap, but it's a bit of a letdown to see this same old bitmap in a payware package. The alternate panels are very nice. Very crisp. Good stuff. I found this file on avsim, and it looks simply incredible. Apparently version 3 is compatible with FS2002, but I cannot seem to install it correctly.Can anyone help?

This is my set up:(all analog)CH PedalsCH Flightsim YokeCH Pro ThrottleI also have FSUIPC (latest version)What I want to is find a way to use the throttle lever on the yoke to control my spoilers. I want to have the ability to precisely set the spoilers during descent (right now I only have the option of full open or all the way down.) I went into the FS2002 control menu and tried to assign an axis to the spoilers but its not working. Any help would be appreciated, THANKS!!!

I'm considering purchasing thisa aircraft as the 727 is one of my favorite aircraft. Not to mention you get the -100 models as well :)Basically, how is the model??Is its external model accurate??How is the FDE?The VC??I am particularly interested in how accurate the visual model is since I do A LOT of flying "outside" the aircraft.How does the CS 727 "Shape" compare to the excellent model by FFX/SGA??? Hey Bro, CFS2 will only allow for 90 someodd planes in the aircraft folder. I fly one of these every other weekend at KBJC, going for my IR. Rob- if you get to read this, this a/c is something to behold! Thanks for all your good work. I'm currently using FS for my IR panel manouvers, and it really does feel good to have it behave much more like the real thing than the stock FS version.Bruce.
