Hello ,I bought creative inspire 4400 4.1 speakers and they are greatmy question is does fs2k2 support surround ? i mean right now i can only hear the sound from my two front speakers ? is there any option to change it to 4 speakers?Another thing , i didnt get any programs with the speakers ? does anyone know a 3rd party tuner which allows me to configure each speaker ? (except from the default sound manager thing)Thanks ,Ben.

Hi All.anyone know of a program that lets you set the r/w freq in comm1 instead of using servinfo or having to go into sb2 and selecting the atc directory all the time please, thank you.PS, I use all PSS aircraft but I can get the ATIS from the com1, so it does work,PPS, I tried a little prog called rw channel switcher but I couldent get it to work right for some reason,(probably my fault I admit)thank you for you're help.Steve.PPPS, I'm looking forward to the new version of flight sim, and the new SB3 when it's out.happy landings all,

Hi,It is quite time consuming to set smoke to each of our aircraft. It would be nice if everyone could share their entry in the aircraft.cfg in order to add smoke, contrails, low speed vortices and condensation...or even fire effects...For instance for FFX/SGA 727 and 737 and so on....Greetings Minos

Hi ALl,I have always loved the pilot assistant tools to calculate various things. There only have been two aircrafts impossible for me to add: Dreamfleet 737 and PSS 747.I do not have the knowledge regarding the details of flightperformance etc to enter in the pilot assistant tool. Has anybody being able to add these to the Excel Sheets?I would love to have the copy of that. As said I do not have enough knowledge about these aircrafts to enter all the data. Thanks in advance if anybody could help me!

I am running into a problem...I have deleted some aircraft from my list but they keep showing up in Traffic Mover. Am I right that I have to decompile my AI then load it into Traffic mover? :-doh

I just put together a new comp and I bought a XFX GeForce4 MX440se 64MB SDR video card to go with it. My friend is telling me that FS2002 has a lot of issues with the MX series of this video card.What exactly are these issues, how critical are these issues, and are there any fixes (i.e. driver updates) that will solve the problems?Also, will the new FS (Century of Flight) have these same issues?Here are my system specs:P4, 2.4ghz (400mhz FSB)512mb DDR SDRAMWindows 98, Windows 2000Thank youShawn

During climbs with autothrottles engaged, engine power is often close to max possible power. When the aircraft turns, the autothrottle system always reduces the power, even if the current airspeed is lower than the requested airspeed !!This is very annoying because a loss of speed occurs, and it can induce a stall. Anyway, the aircraft often has a lot of difficulties to reach a correct airspeed after that.Is there a way to avoid this?Is it possible to configure FS2002 or the aircraft to prevent this "slowing" effect?Thanks,Eric

Am I correct in my thinking that the original Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback joystick does not work in Windows XP home or am I wrong? I have one, but have not been able to get it to work. If I look in the Control Panel under Gaming Devices the stick is being recognised, but when I go into MS2K2 it does not work. It seems to work fine in Falcon 4.0. Thanks for any help. Thanks, Ron

Hello all... Well here's a dumb question but one with hopefully an easy answer....on the Ariane BBJs, how do you extend (and conversly retract) the landing lights located on the BBJs belly? If you are one of many who have dowloaded my default replacement for the Seattle Tacoma Inter, Cargo area and have come to find that there is billboarding where trees should be a last fix will soon be available in the What New Section in the library.If you have since unistalled the scenery I ask that you please reinstall it and and enjoy it in it's full glory.If you know how to do AFCAD and would like to redo the AFCAD for SEA so the aircraft park in the cargo areas correctly you have my permmision to do so as long as you share the update with the rest of us.Once again thanks for your patients.Regards

Is it just me or is everyone else getting horrid frame rates with the version 2 of KDEN scenery? I have a 2gig P-4 chip and a G4 128 vid card with 512 on the ram and still get less than 3FPS with this updated version.

Ok, all you die hard flightsim fans out there, here's a question for you...If you had access to a full sized flight simulator that was of a commercial aircraft, say a B737-700, that was accurate in every detail (real flight yokes, throttle quadrant, seats, etc...) except it didn't have motion and it would run FS2004. You would also have access to the internet and VATSIM for weather updates and online flying with access to a flight planning center and pilots lounge. With all of the above listed (and of course all the legalities of doing such a thing were overcome), how much would you be willing to pay per hour of flight time on the simulator (Remember, you would be sharing…

Great little plane! Does this craft come with autopilot or is the original plane not equipped with it. Or how could i implement a auto pilot gauge into this?.....I like the 3 choices of panel configurations, but i didnt see an autopilot anywhere, or maybe i am reading cockpit and gauges incorrectly...hehe

Okay folks, I have been using some new airport overlays I downloaded from Av Sim and they are really nice. But I have a question, how do you add jetways to the airside terminals? I live near MCO (Orlando International) and fly in and out of there all the time. I would love my virtual MCO to have jetways just like the real thing... How can I do this?Cheers... Ron

I recently purchased the ATI 9800 PRO card, and I would like to have this card really show its stuff. If there are any settings that will get the best quality image from this card, please share your thoughts. I have the SOYO KT400 Ultra Platinum MB, and if AGP settings are key to getting the best image, please share those as well.Having been an Nvidia graphics card user for the last two years, I am venturing into the ATI world for the first time.
