Actually I like the civil planes but sometimes I change (when I get boring) for speeder planes (as F14, Eurotypoon and so on) and for my surprise when I get some turns or loops, not so much at all, the monitor message comes "overstressed" and the flight get finished. Does anybody knows how the best overstressed setting in FS2002 for fighters? and how to get find out it in the program (the right path)! Thanks in advanced

I've spent a lot of effort downloading planes and flightplans of AI flights - thanks Project AI, Aardvark and World AI.However, I now have a very large number of installed aircraft, most of which are not intended to be flown by hand. This slows down the "Select Aircraft" process significantly - FS2002 takes maybe 30 seconds to load the list every time it's used.I think I remember someone saying that aircraft purely intended for AI can be hidden in the "select aircraft" list, thus speeding the process up, but still allowing them to appear in AI traffic.Can anyone tell me how to do this? Kinda new to FS2002 just got it a little while ago. I have a guestion. When in window mode (non accelerated) I can see the stars in the night sky however in the Full Screen mode - no stars. I D/L'd and installed the maximum stars pack still no stars. I'm thinking it's the resolution I'm running in 1280x1024 mode and down to 1024x600 in window mode. As an addemdom does the star intesitity setting have anything to do with visibility - if I increase or decrease it will it effect the 'size' and thereby resolution of the stars making them visiable againg or does it just effect the number of stars visable. Hello, I have a scenery upgrade called 'GB Airports 2002' which is more detailed scenery of Great Britains main aiports. However Im having a problem with the progressive taxying feature on ATC. When I select it, the purple line goes to the right place, but the rout is all over the grass and terminals, presumbly the routes for the original scenery. Also when I select a gate to start at the aircraft can somtimes be in the middle of an airbridge etc, etc. I beleive I need a AFCAD file to cure the problem but Im not sure which one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know where I can download a Project AI Boeing 767-300. The paintkit did esixt at one point on the PAI site but currently, the link gets you to a page saying it is not available yet. They maybe working on a new version. However, I was wondering if there were any files out there that contained the texture as well as the currently released model and air files for the B763.Thanks,Mark

Hi all,Something quite strange happened.FS crashed yesterday...for no apparent reasons.After many attempts to find the problem,i finally reinstalled after a scandisk and defragment.I deleted everything from the previous installation.I had quite a problem deleting the PAI folder...I reinstalled,then tried it,and it seemed to work fine.So i installed Ultimate traffic,that i just bought.Tried to start FS...got the message that there was a compatibility problem with a 3rd party software...the software is traffic.dll...I got that message before too...after trying to reinstall FS 4 times..Any ideas what the problem is?ThanksRichard

Just wondering if FS2k4 has a percent reliablilty setting like in 98 or is that 2000 where you could set you releabilty to so %98 or less and get some surprises...I kinda miss that in FS2k2

To anyone with a FS2004 copy, does the weather system allow for moving weather fronts (like cold fronts in the winter with a strong line of thunderstorms that we get in Florida each year) and squall lines? Thanks!

First of all I'd like to say a big thank you for this great add-on! But unfortunately there seem to be a few small problems....1. As reported by some others, I found there were problems with the spot view feature. On the first attempt it didn't work. I quickly realised I had to turn off the gradual transitions. But after setting it to off in options it immediately turned itself on again! This made it impossible to use the spot mode feature. However, on the next FS2002 session it worked properly and it was great to be able to use the mouse to adjust the spot view. But I noticed one interesting thing. Hello,I have aproblem when I slew in FS2002, it never happened before and started all of a sudden. If I select SLEW to move my aircraft, when I press the Y key to get out of SLEW mode my aircraft takes off like a bat out of hell. Right now its impossible to use slew mode to back out of a parking space. My rudder seems to go full throw every time I go out of slew as well and I have to press the number five key to reset it every time. Anyone have any ideas, I already re-calibrated my flight yoke numerous time and this has not helped. I am using PFC's USB jet style flight yoke.Thanks

Hello Gang!Now that MS has apparently enhanced the ATC engine in FS2004, there is one thing that FS has always lacked - - - - a Co-pilot. We need this and we need this bad for those long-haul flights and not have to cancel IFR to have the A/P follow the flight plan, while we go to sleep on those 13 hour long hauls.Currently, Radar Contact handles this function, but if the FS2004 ATC is good enough, I plan to use it rather than RC's - we'll see. In this case, I need a co-pilot addon. Maybe an idea for the third party developers.Has anyone thought of this?Sincerely,Dennis D. Mullert

I have FS 2000 Pro, and I have downloaded some of the aircraft from Avsim. I used the aircraft and adventure converter that FS 2000, and when I convert the .air file, a message comes up saying "Converting aircraft .air Aircraft already in 6.1 (FS98) or later format - skipped" What is going on, and how do I fix it?Thank you!Tim

I know it was already discussed that they were closing down their forums, but I am wondering if there is more than that. Their site has gone without an update for over a month. I don't care when the A319/320/321 will be released, but I do wonder if it will be released. Did the "are we there yet crowd" really kill the project?If not, it wouldn't be a bad idea to post an update on the site--whether it be one or two new screenshots, or ideas and thoughts on a next project. Great camera.I need to delete this problem.All files have been deleted as listed in the manual.In FS2002 virtual window, I still have the last virtual windowscene prior to deleting.
