This is my first time at using FS2002. The problem I am having is that I cannot bank to the left or the right. Using the keyboard does not work nor does using the joystick. Do I need to do something in the "Settings Menu"? The rudder and elevator work fine.

I am continually amazed at what I find out about flight sim. I wrote and complemented RCS panels on their B-25J. I mentioned that I didn't have any oil pressure on the gauge and they replied that I had to have FSUIPC installed. They were right. I simply love Steven Grant's dhc2ampv2 Beavers. My only complaint was that it only had a 2D panels in the airplane. No VC or side panels. I took Fred Banting's Beaver 7 download and installed his 2D panel which included side panels and interior views. anyone get Chanan Epstein's Ben Gurion to work?Run install and followed instruction to the T but only default blocky buildings. Runways seem to be in wrong place and AI aircraft all over the place but no scenery. Not even an insert in the scenery.cfg file. XP OS.Alan

I've been on the lookout for a good FS2k2 model of the Dornier 328 jet. I live in a city where there is a startup airline that exclusively uses this for all its routes (not many right now, about 10 or so I believe). Reason is I may try to do a repaint. I'd prefer one done in GMax, but I also realize beggars can't be choosers... :-)The airlines is based out of Tulsa and flies routes to Albuquerque, OKC, Nashville and Colorado Springs.If anyone knows a place I can find one, please let me know. Hi allThis is naot a rant or I want to know now post.I would like to know, If AFCAD is no longer supported in FSACOF, then how the hell will people like SimFlyers, Flytampa, get their scenery to work. I mean I thought AFCAD was the heart of Scenery, and without it the plane will just Taxi everywhere. How hard will it be for them?.Jason

The combination of the Richard Probst Boeing 727 panel and Charles Fox' set of FDE's makes, in my view, for a fabulous flying experience in all respects.I tried to take it one step further by incorporating the GNS 530 gauge from Reality-XP and bumped into the following problem: the NAV1 HSI needle exhibits an uncontrollable jitter when slaved to the GNS 530 in GPS coupled mode. It looks as if the aircraft autopilot competed with the GNS 530.Has anybody seen this or can anyone shed some light on this issue?I did check the forums including the one for Reality-XP.I realize the 727 pilots knew how to navigate without GPS at the time, but the ones still flying today probably u…

Hi guys. Have joined the forum for some help hopefully. Whilst flying in FS2002 my computer crashes with a blue screen and then restarts. The Microsoft error reply was device driver problem.Spec of my machine is:Athlon XP2400+MSI K7N2G-ILSR nForce2 motherboard512mb memory128mb nVidia nForce2 graphics.Windows XPI have been to the nVidia website and downloaded the latest driver and updated DirectX.Anybody got any ideas ?

When I toggle the sound on and off in FS2002 my frame rates change significantly. I lose about 5-10 fps with the sound on. Is this normal or do I have a glitch? Also, what are considered to be good frame rates? On average in a heavily detailed area I get around 18-24fps, with the sliders up and 65% AI. Hi, all.What should be the cache size for the scenery library? I had it at 100.The reason I'm asking is because I was flying in the DC area (going to DCA), but every few seconds (even at the airport), I get the message that SCENERY LIBRARY NOT FOUND. I checked BALTIMORE in the Scenery Library, but I still get the message. Do I also need to restart the sim?Thanks.Steven

N/M I seemed to have overlooked how to program the keys in the manual, anywho I got it to work...

the new load manager is great for the senaca V from FSD it tells me the hours the engins have been running how much fuel is costing me in Australian dollers ...But one thing puzzles me it tells me how much money im useing to keep this bird in the air but is there a funtiion on it that allowes for paying these virtual costs :)..also in the plane it self it has a fuse box... if you handle your plane rough do they pop out :)..couldnt find this info in FSD's support forum so im just wondering if any FSD senaca owners can answer these :)

Due to some autopilot non-disconnect problems with the original Debonair I decided to download the latest version. I followed the installation instructions to the letter but the plane still will not show up in FS2002. It does show up in the FS directory twice. It is under the FS2002 main directory and is repeated identically under Aircraft. I have tried deleting one of them to try to get a fix and every other old indian trick I can think of. I even deleted and re-downloaded the plane but to no avail. Been working on this for two days and just can't figure it out. I have installed other planes with no problems, however, sometimes other plane will do the same thing. …
