Hi- Had this plane for about a week. I am really getting the hang of it, and can do a flight startup to shutdown with out too much trouble. However, I have noticed that flying at any level, when the autopilot is on, the plane tilts or lists to the left. This is more of a case of OCD ( :-) ) than anything, but can anyone tell me why this is? I imagine its a weight imbalance but I havent a clue.

Hi people, I'm wondering why my FSX locates my aircraft on the wrong place. Often, the aircraft stands far too left or right. I use GSX - might that be a source of the error? This is really annoying and the pushbacks aren't working correctly either. How can I solve this problem, I really have no idea. I also have an issue with Aerosoft's Barcelona scenery. There are all taxiway signs on middle of the taxiways and runways. I tried to deactivate some AFCAD files, but it hasn't worked out. I assume this issue might be caused by GSX, however I have no clue what exactly it is.

Hi everyone, i was thinking to purchase ORBX AU SP4 as i have few bucks to spend! It's a shame I did not get on time to the sale, but my room needed new paint! I mostly do GA flying, but at some point i'd like to try the light airliners (dash8) so i thought that a huge region will be the best. I am not sure where to put this in the forums, so I will put it here for now. I downloaded the add on scenery for Coast Guard station Clearwater. I am wondering if there is anyway to have the Seahawk coast guard helicopters like at the real air station. I saw the Flight1 Helo Traffic 2009. I am not sure if this will do that or not. I have the CS C130 Coast Guard aircraft and I don't see any of those either. I turned my traffic up and there are the default AWACS. Maybe it is a limitation of FSX. I am not sure. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Hi everyone, I'm looking into getting an MD-80. After a bit of searching the best two i can find are the coolsky and Leonardo. I haven't heard much about the coolsky MD-80, but from what i can gather the Leonardo MD-80 is very good on systems but lacking a bit the visual department. What do you guys think ?

When I used FSX:MS, I was able to use LHSimulations and FSDT products just fine together. However, for some reason, I'm running into an issue with FSX:SE. I installed all the FSDT products that I own in addition to LHS Budapest when I first got the sim, but did not get a chance to check out Budapest until a few days ago. I found that all the buildings were missing, and following the recommendations on their website I downloaded FSXML from Flight1 and moved the LHS entry to the top, then saved the new XML (no entires were deleted at all). I tried the LJ24 on a friends computer, enjoyed it thoroughly, and bought it for myself. Unfortunately, I seem to be having a couple issues with it. For one thing, the 2d panel elements (Though not the background bitmap) are very "fuzzy." They're readable, but they don't look smooth, and I can't figure out why. The gauges in the VC look fine, and according to my panel.cfg are the same ones as in the 2d panel. Another issue is with the clickspots. In the 2d panel, they only partially work, and the mouse often doesn't change to a hand, making it hard to find the spots. I've been using FSX:SE mostly as a visuals generator, and not for the sim itself. I actually still have a single add-on aircraft aircraft in my FSX instal ( PMDG 777 200 and 300 ), but I do not plan to install anything else... The use I give to FSX for the visuals, with the cockpit view without instruments ( full screen view ) gives me good FPS, but since I am running FSX:SE and my base sim on the same rig, and it's not a modern one, and I really want my ride to be the smoothest possible, I installed ORBX FTX Global, am in DX9 mode and set autogen and scenery complexity to their lowest value ( full left ), unless I have already landed and am taxiing across the airport…

Hi, I use Rex essentials and I load the real world weather weather manually, by clicking fly now once I've loaded the aircraft and everything and it says loading real world weather and then it comes up with a message saying "couldn't load textures (or something like that) please check they exist and try again" and then the whole screen goes sky coulour where all I can see it the cockpit, Can't use the Rex forums either because they are a blocked site on the network I use

Hello Together! I've got a huge Problem for a few weeks. Every Aircraft-Addon I install doesn't seem to work. I can't even find them in the Addon bar and it's not asking for permission when I startup FSX:SE. I think it's a SDK or SimConnect issue because the Aircraft isn't initializing at all, as you can see in this picture: I already reinstalled it and cleaned the registry, even using the normal FSX:MS, it doesn't work anymore. I also installed the SDK for FSX:SE on FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces. I really don't know any solution anymore. Could you help me? Best Regards! Robert

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to merge an aircraft's force feedback into another plane. I don't use a joystick, and I've really gotten used to the the 737's "feel" on the keyboard. I tried replacing my A321's force feedback for my 737 by copying and pasting it, but it didn't work. Is there any way I can do that? Thanks.

Does anyone know of who I might be able to contact to get help with support. I purchased REX and have my License key but when I purchased it, almost three years ago, I had a different email so I dont have all the info they need. I put in for help on the form and have not had a response by anyone. Ultimately I am just trying to download the the REX Soft Cloud file that allows me to put them into REX Essentials after I purchased the soft clouds last week. Back to basics, I'm afraid. After flying the big stuff, I have reverted for the time being to flying the GA fleet, in this particular case, the A2A Cessna 172. I didn't want to go crazy right away, since I haven't been in a small plane for awhile, and wanted things to go slowly. Anyway... For some reason, I cannot complete an ILS approach to (in this case) KRDG 13. And I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong. Hi gents, I have just been watching frooglesims video on youtube on how to configure your cfg file to make fsx look & run better. In the video he says delete your cfg completely as when fsx restarts it will make a new cfg file on startup, to which you can tweak fsx until you get it to run as you want. Kostas guide to tweaking says the same,regarding deleting this cfg file So following frooglesims & kostas guide,I have just deleted my cfg file,but when i look for it after startup where i deleted it from,its not there,the file hasn`t been rebuilt. Can someone please advise me what i am doing wrong.

Hi all, I have considering upgrading my system which is below. It currently runs FSX quite well but I want it to run even smoother - suggestions please. Note - I have not listed my hard drives as I am not too worried about upgrading to an SSD to improve loading times - as far as I understand an SSD will not make it actually run faster. I think about buying the B-17 with A2A Accusim. And my question is if anyone knows if it is possible to add the Flight1 GTN750 as a 2D panel? I DONT want to start a discussion here if it is "good" or "better" or whatever to fly the Fortress with its original instruments, I know that and I think so too :-) But sometimes I want to imagine that I fly this bird TODAY, and in this case I would add a GPS here and change an autopilot there... The old one did...a light. I think it activated when you brought throttles to idle. I went to idle today but didn't see it. Maybe it activates under different circumstances?

Hi Folks; I am looking for a good texture software for FSX mainly for the default buildings, taxiway and runway. All of my flights originate in NY so i have FSDreamTeam KJFK V2 and DRZEWIECKI DESIGN for KLGA installed for full airport scenery. Runway texture for FSDreamTeam v2 could be better but, that's another discussion :smile: For the other default airports I fly into I am looking to spice up the appearance.
