I recently installed the Geof b33 and the FS9 update for it. The plane looks good and seems to fly correctly but I can not get the lights to work. I have landing lights and panel lights in 2D vision but nothing else. I have no panel lights in 3D vision and no nav. lights, no strobe or beacon. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to correct the problem? I E-Mailed James Eaden but never received an answer.Thanks Chuck

I just had to come and say thank you to Chris Arrington for his AEU Ver 6. I had to reinstall my FS9 becasue I built a new machine.And it just struck me after I installed it, just how good it makes your airports look. It's beautiful!! I did a flight from Seattle to KPDX Portland, and the difference is substantial!! This plane looks very nice and I'm considering buying it but would like a few opinions first.Please comment on the FMC, EICAS system etc. How well the VNAV and LNAV work etc. I didn't see a flightplan with waypoints actually displayed in the glass cockpit in the pics at Wilco. Hey,I have download the fantastic F/A 18E Super Hornet from TEAM FS KBT it's a beauty but i have two problems.The first is i can't find documentation about how to use this aircraft and how i can fly it in the correct way.It's not in the zipfile.Second,when i have in FS the panel i can't see the push butons for selecting landingsgear,engine and more butons,when i move the mouse i can see the "mousearrow" change in a "hand" but i don't no what buton it is. I searched the forums, can't find the answer to something I've tried to figure out for the last few days (I'm starting to feel a little stupid, actually, but here goes anyhow...). I'm sure this will be easy for someone to answer.Some of my panels (e.g. E. Marciano's Airbus panels) produce a chime sound when I click the Seat Belt or No Smoking switch. Other panels don't, but I'd like for them to. I've looked at the panel cfg files to see if I can't figure out a way to edit and make this happen. Alas, I don't see how to. :-hmmmMy question, then, is if this is possible (and how) or is this a gauge associated with the panel? Thanks in advance.Alex M.

I was an absolute "fan" and advocate of SkyWorld for FS2002. Are there plans to release it for FS9 or not? I'd like to know. I think the cloud formations were absolutely incredible and I enjoyed them very much. How about an update! Stan

It's currently 5:05 PDT, on TLC a show about the A380 hosted by John Travolta, is on later at 8 PDT, looks intresting. And the show is also available in High Definition :D

With this bird, I can cycle through my views with no problem on my primary monitor. When I originate options>views>new view>spot plane>undock view and move it to a secondary monitor, as soon the plane goes into motion the spot plane view goes to pieces. This is the only aircraft that I have seen this with.Any ideas?Thanks:RTH

Hi Folks,I've downloaded the Weather Maker Enhanced Edition and run the installer but it says that "the . Net framework is required". Did you get the same message ?

Under Options>Settings>Sound>Engines the engine volume slider has no effect on the sound volume of the engines, nor does removing the check mark by engines, or pressing Q to totally turn off sound in FS9. The engine sounds remain the same regardless of these settings. There are some other third party planes I have noticed this with as well. Anybody know a way to control it?Thanks:RTH

I can not get the wind sound to play at the correct speeds in the default 737 or with the PMDG 737.The speed settings in the sound.cfg file don't seem to relate to the speeds at which the sound plays.In general, the sound starts playing MUCH earlier than the minimum speed, and the volume maximizes well before the maximum speed setting. In fact, the "ramp up" seems to be very sharp and unrealistic.Never had this problem with FS2002. I have tried re-installing FS2004, on 2 different machines, and the problem persists.Is this a general bug with FS2004? Could it be something to do with FSUIPC?Has anyone noticed this, and do you have a fix?

Does anyone know if there are textures for Fedex for the default cessna 208?

I need some help in placing the OM and MM for the Kai Tak RWY 13. I have an approach chart which says that they are 3.6 NM appart and you should be at 1716 AGL at the OM. What I'm hoping is that someone knows at what coordinates they should be placed, if I can get the MM placed it's no problem placing the OM. So far I can sort of place the MM at 114 10E and 22 20N, but it's not really exact. So if anyone has some information I would very much appreciate it.Thanks-Mikkel

I purchased the Eaglesoft Citation X a couple of weeks ago and I liked it but I was very dissapointed with the texture mismatch in the nose and tail of that model. It looks to me like they went overboard enhancing the passenger cabin but it is dissapointing to see texture mismatch like this on a payware product.Kerke

Does anyone know how to get the autopilot in the SSW A310 to hold vertical speed settings that are entered into the autopilot. I have the new 1.4 version but I'm still unable to get the autopilot to hold 1800fpm up or down. It holds for all of 8 to 10 seconds and either disconnects or triggers the altitude hold option leveling me off well below my desired altitude. Everything else about this plane seems to have been ironed out, I would just like to know what's the secret to getting the autopilot to work correctly...Thanks... :-shy

does anyone know if user defined weather is alittle more framerate friendly than downloaded real world weather? if i'm not mistaken it seems to be. if i simulate the real weather in user defined weather it seems to fly smoother than if i download the weather. comparing downloaded conditions to user defined similar conditions. your opinions please. this will help in making my decision in my other post. thanks alot. william
