Hi,Can anyone assist. When I arrive at an airport I save the flight.On return. I then do a flight plan but ATC refuses to acknowledgeand continues with the usual `progressive taxi etc`. The only wayATC wil change is if I go to airport and go back to where I am.Can anyone tell me why this occurs. John

Hi,All of a sudden about 2 months ago, I found I couldn't access the Captain Sim forum on their website (no probs accessing the actual site). Just get the 'page cannot be displayed' message. I just figured that it must have been a temporary problem with Captain Sim, but as time has gone by, I am still unable to access the forum. Added to which, now there are various links on the main website informing of various things, for instance the announcement of 8 new projects, all of which redirect the viewer to the forums, but I can't get there!REALLY annoying me, as everything was just fine until a couple of months ago, and then bang, unable to display page!Any help most appr…

Is FS2004 capable of importing a sectional or terminal area chart in JPEG or other digital format, so it appears in the moving map display and/or GPS?

Hi,I do not know if anyone has encountered this problem but after the FS2004 splashscreen loads and it goes to the "Create a Flight" page all that is left to view is the Cessna in the window and black all around it on the entire poge. I cannot press any buttons to select anything. I just upgraded to an LCD display and the program seems to respond in 800x600 resolution but that is all. I have tried to uninstall but that seems to hang up. Hello,Can someone just briefly explain where the takeoff and landing speedbug positions on the Dreamfleet 737 panel? I am familiar with PIC 767 procedures. For example, takeoff bugs would be, one white on V1, one white on VR, orange bug on V2, white bug on VREF +40, white bug on VREF +80.Just wondering if it's the same for 737? Also would flap retraction be the same?I.e. Flap 5 takeoff. I'm new to the forums, but not, by any means, new to FS or flying. And I read these forums regularly with great interest -- there's so much expertise floating around on here.I've noticed that a couple of otherwise very high-quality freeware aircraft simply do not slow down in flight. The iFDG A320 is one example. Even with speed brakes fully extended (past the flight detent), the aircraft will gain speed in a 2,000-fpm descent rate below 10,000' MSL. In level flight with the speed brakes deployed, the deceleration is negligible. I am looking into getting a GA twin prop, and I've noticed a lot of people writing good things about the new Aeroworx King Air. How does this plane compare to for example the Flight1 Conquest II? I have heard good things about their Meridian and figured that their Conquest might be as good built as their Meridian.Thoughts on this would be very welcome.-Mikkel

FFS, you guys have raised the bar two or three notches with this new KingAir. :-eek I take back what I said before, with the many new features you guys have brought to the table I'd gladly pay more than your asking price. I having trouble admitting this but $30.00 is more than a fare price (you actually deserve more). Hello everyone,i've just formatted my comp. and reeinstalled everything.before my format i could make screenshot's in the Full sreenmode (Alt-enter) with a program called Screenshooter V1.6 found here are Avsim.com. now after the instal i can only make shot's when in windowed mode, when i make screenshot's in the Full screenmode and i look back in my screenshot map (the map where the program saves all shot's) than the shot's i made in Full screen turn out all Black and the ones in windowed mode turn out fine...this problem only occures in FS (i'm using FS2004)i've also used several other programs like Sreengrab and FSsreen they also turned out black....mabey this probl…

I know the website is down right now due to the heavy traffic. When you do get a chance to purchase this aircraft, do it! This is a twin turboprop that is on the same level of quality and detail as the PMDG 737. (And believe me, that statement doesn't come lightly from me)Great job guys! I am looking for a weather add-on that will allow me to see the weather conditions at my departure and arrival airports before I take off so I can plan better. If it can give me enroute data as well that would be even better.What I am looking for is something that reads the downloaded real weather, not something that creates weather. Payware or freeware. I have been adding AI traffic to my FS2002, and the last time I added traffic to what I had, all the planes except for the GA aircraft just sit at the gates. Reinstalled a copy of my previous version of my traffic.bgl file, and everything worked fine again. Re-compiled my new traffic.bgl, aircraft went back to sitting at the gates. Anybody ever seen this before.

Hi, I am still using FS2002 and found that the default twin engined aircrafts has a left turn tendency when takeoff. I understand such thing is not correct since the 2 props should counter the yaw force (except thay turn in the same way). I'm wondering this fault still occurs in FS2004?

Well what can I say...My PC decided it wasnt going to accept the reg key for the new Super kIng Air. I loged on to Flight Factory Simulations Live chat and within miutes the sorted me out a new key, which wasnt the problem but my PC just dident like the I got.I thought i was in for a long email conversation, but they just handled all in such a nice manner, I almost want another problem just so I can chat to thease guys again. A lot of us have planes such as PMDG 737NG, PSS airbus, Flight1 Meridian. We have become accustomed to adding waypoints and such between airports.How do you do this in the flightplanning of the FS9 gps?
