Hello Gang!My EHAM airport shows taxiway signs to runway 1L, 1C, and 1R instead of 36L, 36C, and 36R. Has anyone figured this out yet? It appears that this is another airport that may have changed runway numbers recently and the scenery in 2004 has not been updated (taxiway signs, that is), to reflect the change.Any help is appreciated.Sincerely,Dennis D. Sometimes I don't hear the ATC voice from the ATC at certain occasions. But I do hear my own calls. Instead of ATC I get noice or silence. But I can answer the calls. This happens for example with the add on payware Diamond Katana (and ABACUS Super Cub) at Save, but not if I replaced it with SF260. How can this be solved?

I've been considering buying either the PSS Airbus Pro (to use with IFDG's great planes) or the PMDG 737NG. As an undecisive person when it comes to buying games (I know, simming's not a game!), I've been weighing the pros and cons of both: PSS's product requires a joystick (don't own one and don't necessarily want to buy one now) while PMDG does not. Using FS2004. I have ILS set up on a runway, both ends, same frequency at each end, runway runs east-west (90-270). Coming in from the west onto 9 end,at 3k feet, set AP on and APR on,Radio tuned in on Nav1, the aircraft comes in bang in the centre, perfect touchdown, but coming in from the east on 270, setup as norm AP on APR on, the aircraft either jaunts along past the airfield into the wild blue yonder, or it suddenly turns 180degs. and heads out at 90. Both ends backcourse is not ticked,(disabled) and no obstruction on east approach. Glide slope and beam width set at default.Am I doing something wrong??What is the correct procedure for setting up ILS ??

Hi guys,I was doing an IFR from Kuantan (WMKD) to Kuala Lumpur (WMKK) in Malaysia. Half way through the flight, my fs9 crashed and exited! (NOT PC crashed). I tried again on the same sector twice and the same thing happended!! I just wonder what could be the cause of the problem . (Note that I had rebooted my PC to has a clean start of fs9 game after the first crash).This is funny to me because I had flown the reverse sector which is from WMKK to WMKD using the same vector point but it had never carshed!!) I have no such problem flying other sectors around the world since day one! Any guys could explain what is the possible problem or this is an isolated/coincidence case?…

hello all: I saw lots of screeshot of a plane park in an airport and u can see the reflection of the plane on the ground with water, how can i see that? what weather do i need to set? I have a FX5600, support DX9. THANKS

I was looking at a real world flight planning programme by Jepperson.The amount of data available is phenominal.There are rivers, coastlines, railways contours etc and it made me wonder whether the methods used for scenery in FS are the best.I know little about scenery construction but why cant all the jeppeson data be used including contour lines for mountains?Peter

I've installed both the base and the update but when I run it I get an exception with process id=0x5f0 (1520), Thread id=0x394 (916). There's close to 900 downloads of this app and no other posts with user problems so it's clearly something on my comp but wondering if anyone has any ideas? I have .net 1.1 installed. Thx.billg

I just wanted to know how Ariane's Classic sounds are. I am currently using Mr. Cantu's sounds, and I like them. The reason I ask, is because Ariane's description sounds awesome, but do they really live up to it? 23.30USD is a lot to spend for 1 sound set!Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi,Just received CH yoke and pedals. Sure easier than the mouse/keyboard.I have a question, though. When adjusting sensivities, does moving the slider to the right increase or decrease sensitivity? My pedals are too sensitive and the elevator is not sensitive enough. I guess adjusting the "null" is important too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.Tom:)

Can anyone tell me exactly what Weather Maker Enhanced Edition is?Is it another program like ActiveSky?Apparently there is a new version (1.2) but the website site doesn't really say what it is or what it does. Cant wait for flight simulator to have scenery like this!!!! Check out that water animation. MS Flight Simulators water looks like blue bathroom tiles compared to this!(The screenshot is from Far Cry,and if youre into FPS's..get it!)

I've just installed Megascenery Southern California.After an uneventful installation, I started FS2004 & got themessage: scenery.cfg error. Local & remote scenery paths in area 0.46. Removeone or other.As a consequence of this, I have lost, Long Beach East scenery.The default shows in its place. Long Beach does not show in the Scenery Library. I have a second (now redundant) computer (P4-1.6G, currently running Win98SE) which is networked through a LAN to this one (XP) and a DSL internet connection. Do any of you use a 2nd computer for FS9? I'd be interested in any applications of a spare PC for FS.This spare PC shares a monitor with my primary PC (A/B switching into a flat screen), although it has it's own keyboard and mouse.Thanks,Bruce.

I've just downloaded the hot air balloon and I can't get the burners to light. The readme says that M+ starts them, but it's not working for me. Hello,somebody out there is using Ariane`s new VCe ?And if yes ,can you guys tell me how to use the pushback feature ??I read carefully the pdf docs but the key action don`twork for me.Pushing "Shift+P" is working for straight push back.But if i pushing "Shift+> or Shift+< no turns or holding onthe Pushback as stated at the docs.Some solution for that ???Any help ( if there gives one )would be nice.....cheerspmpilot
