Allen,Sorry for the post here but can't get you any other way. For some reason Simforums doens't like me. I was reviewing my FS9 config and noticed:TERRAIN_DEFAULT_RADIUS=0.000000TERRAIN_EXTENDED_RADIUS=0.000000TERRAIN_EXTENDED_LEVELS=1307992It seems that the radius and extended radius should be set to something other than 0 and that is why my textures are rather bland and render very close to the aircraft postion as I fly. What should be the proper numerical setting?

Does anyone know what specific events and presentations are planned for the convention in August? I went to the VATSIM convention web site and there was only limited info and no schedule of events. I am considering attending, but before I send in my registration I would like to see more information.Thanks!Airbus

Im looking for self made fictional airplanes for FS9.Like a giant freighter with 10 engis...or an ultralarge sailplane and stuff like that.thanks

I have enjoyed the performance boost that FSAutostart gives before starting up FS9. Now that I have purchased ASV with Active Environment I can't figure out how to reconfigure FSAutostart. FSautostart automatically launches FS9 and then launches ASV, however, after ASV with active environment goes through its process of choosing textures it says that FS9 needs to restart to load the textures. Restarting FS9 causes FSAutostart to go through its shut down process. Isn't there a way to Start FSAutostart, start ASV and choose your texture sets and then start FS9 so those texture sets are loaded into FS9? Its not a problem but I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing and if a fix is out there.The colour of the water changes *dramatically* when I fiddle with the clouds. Lets say I have a cumulus layer at 10,000ft, the water is a nice turquoise colour. Hi!By a mistake I somehow must have deleteted BGL-files that contained a few Italian airports. For example, the LIRF Fiumicino disappeared. Does anybody know which files in the EURW scenery-catalogues that refers to italian airports? By knowing this, I might get them back by copy the files from backup.

HiI am new to the site, my problem is that I like flying the Airbus, but as I have got a Saitek X45 joystick and throttle it is not very realistic sitting in the left seat. So am looking for a Co-Pilots panel. Have looked at the A340 by just flight but does not say if it has Co-Pilots panel. Does anyone know where I can get a payware or freeware panel, hopefully with pedestal and overhead panel too.

I have found out that if I now try to start FSAutostart (has worked before) I get a message telling me that the feature I try to access is on a CD and that I should insert the FSAutostart CD. After pressing cancel I get a message telling me installation package cannot be found and fatal installation error.I know I have installed ASV and F1 FE and Misty Fjords since FSAutostart worked last time. I posted this in the hardware forum but only got one response, so I'm trying it here.I Just got my son his first computer, it came with a GeForce FX5700LE card in it. I know thats not the greatest card but I got a good deal on the PC. Anyone figured out which driver works the best on this card for FS9. I put the newest Nvidia drivers in it but was not pleased with how it looked in FS9. Thanks in advanceB. Bjorkman

Hello everyone, I have a question which I dont even know if it can be answered, Im wondering what am I able to disable using Fsautostart without disabling something that the pc needs to run? Can I disable all in the list and go play FS or do I have to be careful as to what I disable?
