Hi,does anyone know if there is a way we can disable the alt-enter command to switch from full screen to windowed mode at all.I fly in windowed most of the time, but when taking screen shots I fly in full screen, but I was wondering if we can change the assignment from alt-enter to something else as it interferes with my screen capture program,I have tried a different setting for the screen capt prog, but it doesn't work right, but I want to stick with it because I think it's great,I appreciate any suggestions.thanks,

Hello, You might have noticed that I have been posting lots of questions about FS, Well i have been simming for a while now but havnt really done any mods to the flight sim, So my sim experience is pretty blah compared to many users on here. I was just wondering if there is a download(freeware) that will improve the default atc, or speed it up a little for a more realistic sound etc???Thanks all

I did a little experiment and was taxiing Flight One's ATR with no winds and it was very steady. My taxi direction was 320.I added about 10 knots of wind comming from 295 and I noticed the ATR would careen and require constant correction.My question is since this A/C weighs over 45,000 pounds with passengers and fuel, how in the world can a 10 knot wind from any direction cause any taxi correction?? Or is the CH Products rudders that are out of callibration? Can some one with the Flight One ATR and the CH Products Rudders try this experiment?Can we assume the the wind physics of FS 2004 are out of wack?Thanks!Barry

I'm sure this has been said before but I just wish to express it again. Yesterday I purchased Flight 1 Flight Environment. Absolutely fabulous piece of work and worth every penny. The sky and water now look amazing and what's even funnier is that my frame rates went up.

I am just curious as to whether many people here use Multiplayer in FS9. I started flying online way back in the FS98 days and then it was really unstable and a major hassle to fly. Today, with Multiplayer and TeamSpeak it is very easy to do and in my opinion is a really good choice for people that want to fly light aircraft in a VFR setting where Vatsim would not really be necessary. I do find, however, that the number of people that participate in MP seems to be extremely low. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this activity seems to be so unpopular?

I just got another computer and found out my FS disc 4 is unreadable. What kind of problems can be created if I just move the entire folder over a network to my new computer? This would also allow me to keep the add-ons that I have lost the .exes for (PMDG in particular). Anyone tried this?

I fly the Flight One ATR as my primary aircraft. I was just wondering if someone can comment on all three products:(1) FS Passengers Vs(2) FS2Crew (ATR to be released) Vs(3) FS HotSeat.Primarily how they compare in features. It appears there is some overlap in features ie Co Pilot calls interaction. What is realistic about the products and what is not? ie The pilot making the decision to serve drinks and food to the passengers is not real, flight attendants do that. It seems that FS Pax crosses over to running the airline while flying.Thanks!Barry

Hi,I have a problem with loading simflyers EDDF with any level of AI Traffic and i am not sure why.When i try to load it with AI Traffic loads normally until it gets to 98%traffic loaded then after 2-3 mins will crash with no error message,it just goes back to the desktop.I am not sure if it is an AI Traffic problem or not as occasionally i will have no problem with it(even with 100% traffic)but the majority of the time it crashes(95% of the time).If i set 0% AI it loads OK.This also happens most of the time with Simmersky,s Tokyo Narita scenery but with no other scenery(Heathrow Pro has lots more AI traffic yet it loads OK every time with 100% AI Traffic)and i don,t have…

After installing Wideview and then unistalling Wideview MSFS loads straight to aircraft on taxi and not to option page like it originally did. How do I fix this as I am A 50 yr old newbie.

Hi Everyone!Thanks again Milton for another wonderful contribution to our hobby!I probably should know this (shame on me), but I can't resolve a steering problem I am having. I use the CH pro pedals and the only way I can steer is using differential braking, whether the tail wheel is locked or not. Moving the pedals and turning the yoke does not work either. What am I doing wrong?What is the proper way to start the engines?Thanks for your help!Airbus

Has Anyone had a problem with Runwy Texture Bleed Through? (IE. Ground bleeding through the Ruways) Is there a fix for this? Sim Flyers doesnt seem to answer there customers in the support forum. I just downloaded and installed your new Palm Springs scenery and it is beautiful! But I want to fix the AFCAD alittle bit (add and fix a few airline codes and resize some gates) How do I do that without changing the scenery? I tried to do all that stuff, but then when I saved the AFCAD as KPSPMAIN.zip it messed up the scenery. (all the default buildings showed up) If I save the new spaces as a AFCAD file wouldn't I have 2?

Couple of questions regarding the Flight1 C172. Is it possible to use this airplane with the built-in FS9 tutorials instead of using the default Microsoft C172?Secondly, I noticed that the instrument panel blocks a lot of the front view. In order to see over the panel I end up raising the seat (shift-backspace)or I will press W to just have the basic instruments on the screen. By raising the simulated seat am I downgrading the realism of what a real C172 is supposed to look like from the cockpit?Thank you.

I just reinstalled FS2004. I did it the same as always, a full and complete install to the HD. I haven't ever had ANY problems with this program, it's been bulletproof. Til now, at least. Let's see... OK, P4/3.6g 1Gb memory Radeon All-In-Wonder 9600 video. Always worked smoothly, acceptable fluid frames with everything 90% of WFO. I only run in fullscreen mode, that is, Alt-enter with no menu at top of screen. It works just fine windowed, all screens, I rul entirely the VC modes, almost never the 2D cockpits, and I love that fullscreen.
