This is more of what i want for a payware package, but Embraers 170, 175, 190, and 195 series go "un-noticed" in fs... I think it would be great if we could implement one of these aircraft into a high quality payware package. Hi, recently I installed again MFS9 on my new pc. I downloaded from the web some airplanes and sceneries. I also put in the fs9.cfg file the string "Old_modules.dll=1", but still appear on the screen messages about wrong modules installed, i.e. "Error - gaugesound.dll" "SOARRec.dll" and similar.What do I have to do????. I am wondering how many folks are noticing that with their twin engine airplanes, the engine sounds are in stereo. For example if one engine only is running does it localize to that side? I have 5.1 speaker set up and it does not appear to localize to one side well under those circumstances, seems more always towards the center.Greg

I've not come acroos this problem before. Landing at EDDC Runway 04 on an ILS Frequency of 110.50mhz I found that the Localiser would not lock on, the Glideslope was 'spot on' - can anyone help help, please?KenSomerset, England

Went away fro a few days leaving FS fine - now I come back all the revoloving aircraft which usuually show on the 'Create Flight' startup screen have gone - just a black space. Anyone explain what might have happened and how to get the planes back in view? (Flights load OK otherwise).Thanks!

Within the last week when flying online after about 1.5 hrs frame rates start to deteriorate until eventually the sim freezes. Never had this problem before.Ok, what changed? I installed the FSGenesis update for the rockies and Southeastern US. Haven't had a chance to uninstall them but will and see if that solves the problem.Has anyone else suffered this malady after installing the above programs?

i know how to hand fly an ILS but never used the auto pilot when doing so. i think i have to enter the ILS freq. in Nav 1 and hit the approach button. i heard i need to intercept the glide slope from below. now, what exactly does that mean as far as height/altitude and distance? thanks, william

Hi Guys :-waveWhile I spend a lot of time in the L10, I did find an error with the DC10's.It seems that the center gear truck does not register as a contact point or something. Therefore it does not compress or show smoke on touchdown.I sent the folks at Aerosim a message and got this reply:Dear Sir,We thank you very much for your purchase of our add-on forFS2004. After searching the forums, I am seeing some mixed reports about the Ariane 737's. I know its expensive, but how is their new BBJ? Are there many bugs with it at the moment? I just got done reading a blog from one of the FS members about the moving car lights on the street at night. He explained why we dont have them. I found it interesting because I was under the impression that we dont have them anymore because people didnt like them and thought it looked stupid or something.So here is my question...How many people also remember from 2000 the static we would hear when at the frindges of getting an ATIS and as you got closer it got clearer? I could only think that was taken away for the ATC to work that was released starting 2002.I really thought that was a great feature and ever version keep requesting to bring it back. hi alldoes anyone know of a program where you can boost the sounds of the other traffic in the vatsim network, i mean when you are in vatsim you can hardly hear the other planes either taxiin taking off or landing, the environment doesnt sound that crash hot in the airport due to the sounds so subdued.

I am using Flight Environment with ASV, latest versions.I am noticing lately [happen to be flying around Portland and Seattle] that the clouds appear a bit stretched vertically. I have never encountered this before. Could it be a flight environment issue?I have heard this can occur when far north, but this is only Seattle.See the two screenshots.Any ideas Peter?Greg

Any quality ones out there for FS9??

I was just wondering if anyone knows of an addon application (preferably freeware) that allows one to query Navigation / ATIS information about airports while still viewing and not pausing the flight, without having to call up the FS9 Map view as this blanks the sim?I thought I had seen something at sometime but cannot recall where.Regards,Stuart Hyett
