About six months ago I downloaded an exceptionally nice CASA panel, but didn't hang on to it...didn't have a CASA in my hangar. Now there's a nice CASA over at flightsim.com but my searches haven't turned up that panel. (It's not the one by Rusli.) Can anyone point me to it? Thanks.John

I just got MegaScenery Volume 5: MID ATLANTIC. The level of photo-realistic detail in the Baltimore-Washington area is nothing short of astounding. This FS2004 add-on leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination. I have been flying Flight Simulator for 12 years now and this is hands down the best add-on I have ever bought. I highly recommend this scenery program.I do have one technical question. When I first installed MegaScenery on my newest computer which has an Nvidia 6600 graphics card there was no way to set the filter to Anisotropic. I'm looking for a commercially designed and developed Commercial Jet (i.e. GulfStream or LearJet) of the quality of the PMDG folks. In other words, exceptional detail and realism. Could someone point me in the right direction?Thanks,

I recently reinstalled FS9 to weed out the cobwebs. I use FSGenesis LC and a good bit of my airport grass polygons have landclass in between runways and taxiways now. If I disable the landclass it goes away and returns to normal. I know there was a fix for this a while back that had something to do with the terrain cfg I believe and maskmaps. I overlooked backing that up I guess, too hard to remember all the stuff I have done to this sim over the last two years! Anyone have any ideas what fixes that? I know I was using FSG's landclass successfully with my last install so it can be done.ThanksHornit

Im interested in getting either Active Camera 2004 or Walk & Follow, but can't make my mind up on which to get. Both have good and bad points. I've searched the forum for advice, but i'm still no closer to making a choice.I mainly fly the PMDG 747 and the Eaglesoft Cirrus. I would require a program that would allow me to walk around the cabin, and view the cockpit and offer external walk arounds. Not too interested in flybys and landing/approach views. Would AC allow me to set up the wing view angle in the 747?Cheers for anymore input :-)

Hey everyone, I am wondering as to why after updating my windows system from microsoft.com, now FS9 is not performing as well at all. I checked, and all of my settings are the same in windows and FS9. How can doing something we are supposed to do for our machines health make things worse. I just reformatted and it took 3 weeks to get everything installed again. My machine was performing better than ever. The only reason I did the update was my ERJ-145 would not work unless I did. This is on Win2000pro. I should have left it alone I guess. Any suggestions? Best regards, Jeff

After reading Bill Ball's latest column on frugalsworld about flying some MAC/AMC charters in his 'day' job, I've taken on on the task in FS with the PMDG 744.From what I can see, the primary jump off points to Europe and the middle east are BWI, BGR, and WRI to EGPK (Prestwick) EINN (Shannon) and ETAR (Ramstien AFB) and EDFH (Hahn). Flown generally by World Airways and Contenental with some by ATA. There are alos cargo flights on Polar, Atlas and Evergreen that I'm not including, but it is a sim world!I'm looking for some other routes- I've seen stuff like Elmendorf to Osan, Elmendorf to Kadena.Any other routes that civil lift flies? Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to 'bind' the autopilot Pitch control to either keyboard or joystick, for the Captain Sim 707? The mouse hotspots are so small and 'fiddly' that it's quite tricky to hit the right spot and get a reaction! Often it will just clip the left or right directional movement and kick-out thte heading hold too!I use the Saitek X52 controller and still have a free 4-way hat which would be perfect, but unless I'm just being thick here, I can't find a setting from the FS9 control assignments menus to use!Thanks... :)

Hope this is the right section to post this...I've installed LAGO EHAM2002 in my fs9 directory...as .pdf instructions from LAGO...Added some texture and scenery...All fine untill now...BUT when I get FS9 started I've a msg telling that there is this file VimCore.dll not compatible...and ends...The strange thing is that I,vec:MOdulesVimcore.dllandc:Programsfs9modulesVimacore.dllGuess it's this that cause the problem...What can I do???In the same folder c:FS9modules there also is VIMACORE2004.dllthanxxxxxPAco

Firstly I am relatively new to these forums so hope this is posted in the right area.Having downloaded my files I then carefully read through the Readme file before proceeding to install. Most of the aircraft I install work absolutely fine. However, I have had one or two problems lately that I cannot work out. Yesterday I tried to install a Moach Boeing 737-700 (737exp11.zip). Having read through the Readme file with care I then unzipped the files into the FS9 main aircraft folder and then moved all 3 .fx files into the main effects folder. I didn't get as far as to deal with the gauges as I first wanted to see that the aircraft was visible in FS9. I started the game and …

Hi there.I would like to know from users of MyTraffic 2006 and earlier versions regarding the whole AI traffic in USA if it is really worth spending some 41 EUR on this add-on. It's a very demanding job of downloading separate freeware ACFT and flight plans and then compiling it to FS2004. Plus editing lots of AFCAD's files. I would just like to know if americans here are somewhat satisfied with the traffic within USA regarding the big jets and also general aviation. Other thing. When I click on the "Print flightplan" for a strange reason FS opens Word and loads the flightplan there. Thing is the flightplan is all messed up like not being correctly placed the borders …
