So I am pretty new to using Alphia India's flight plans. I tried to install using ttools to convert to FSX format and I am not sure where the traffic bgl created by the compiler should go. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi everyone I've just purchased GSX and it's an amazing product. However, when I press "Request Boarding" for the PMDG 777F it sends two smaller cargo loaders to the right cargo doors. In this instance, I want a larger cargo loader on the Main Deck Cargo door. I know GSX can only support two Cargo loaders and I've tried playing around with the config; this problem also occurs with the PMDG 747F too. I have selected a 90% payload which is apparently enough to enable the Main Cargo Door loader. Any replies I am grateful Thanks Jack

I currently have the boxed version of FSX and am looking to go to the Steam Edition. My questions are: 1. Is it worth doing? 2. How much hassle is it? I have a significant amount of Orbx scenery and a good amount of Carenado airplanes. No PMDG or complex airplanes. 3. Should I delete everything and start over or can I just install FSX:SE Would appreciate your input. I see a lot of people here are using FSX:SE so I assume it is well liked. My problem is I'm not all that great with computers and don't want to spend a week or two trying to get everything working again. Hi, a few weeks ago I discovered the HIGHMEMFIX=1 tweak in the cfg, for a couple of weeks it worked great and fixed all the high memory problems I had, e.g. Ghost airports and planes where everything dissapears, but now these problems are occurring again even though the tweak is in the same place it always was in my cfg. help is greatly appreciated as this is an annoying problem

I have looked around the forums somewhat, what's the best current method of reducing VAS usage? I have tweaked some of my orbix settings (vector) and checked my LOD radius setting (4.5). Anything else? Thanks in advance.

I have discs with Just Flight VFR scenery I used in FS9. I wanted to install these into FSX (boxed version), but of course the installer on the disc is looking for FS2004. Is there anyway I can "fool" the installer into installing into FSX or is there any other way of installing the products? Thanks in advance for any help. Regards John Earl

I wasn't sure where to put this but i have a quick question about the navigraph subscriptions.. If I subscribe to the monthly ultimate subscription, and i cancel my subscription after a month, will i still have access to the AIRAC cycle of that month, so can i still use it for my planes and for Simbrief? And do i get to keep the charts for that AIRAC cycle or do i lose them after cancelling my subscription? I'm asking because i just want to use simbrief for my 737 NGX but it's not possible because the airac cycles are not identical. Kind regards, Yoni

my fsx se with the pmdg 737 runs at 10-15 fps with default scenery and no other add-ons. my pc is an amd 8 core processor 4.2ghz and 16 gb of ram and a gtx 1060 3gb. can someone help me solve this issue.

1- On two addon A/C --ie-, Wardair and old, Aircanada GAGA, the VCpanel displays as if it were night. Only lite gauges are visible. Near total black every where else as viewed from the cockpit. 2- Also on these 2 addon A/C the equipment for loading and unloading the A/C show up as black only ---no texture. Hiya guys! I'm having a bit of a problem (on my behalf). When loading the data into the load manager, it asks for trip fuel and T/O fuel. (See images attached). The Trip fuel seems too low to me. First off, I apologise if this is posted in the wrong topic. I noticed that when I switch views, for example, from the cockpit to wing view, the plane is grey. After 10-15 seconds the textures fully load, showing the plane in all its glory. When I switch back from the plane view to the cockpit, again, the cockpit is fully grey and the textures don't load until 10-15 seconds later. It's really annoying and I'm wondering whether it's to do with my hard drive. If I was to invest in an SSD, would the textures load instantly, or is it a graphics card issue? Many thanks

Hello , I am just a new simulator player since july 2017. I have bought FSX steam edition recently and flying B 737-800 mostly. I am intending to update it with PMDG 737NGX but not sure I can do that. The download costs 70 USD and before invest I want to know if: 1 . is working the PMDG 737NGX with FSX steam edition as well? 2. When bought , how can I install it? 3. When installed , what is the best way to learn about full control of plane. 4. I read topics advising to invest rather to P3D. Does it have sence to update FSX-SE? thx for all kinds of help.

I just installed by adding the default FSX Cessna Radio Stack that includes the autopilot to my Porter PC-6C H2 (no autopilot). It show up nicely but unable to switch it on. What went wrong? What need to be done? Thanks Hash

I have built a portable cockpit flight simulator unit which I use for training Royal Air Force Air Cadets. I have the main screen out the window monitor and another small monitor which I use as the instrument panel. I load a mission, pause, then right click, open cockpit, select cockpit, then drag down the instrument panel down to the small monitor. My problem is that every time I reload a mission, I have to go through the whole process again. Is anyone aware of a way to lock it so the instruments always default to that monitor? So I am trying to figure out how to get my prop animation or Texture or effect whatever you want to call it to look a little more realistic instead of just blurry and slow I wanted to look more like the real thing when the prop is running at full speed I currently use the a2a simulations P-51D civilian Mustang so I was wondering how I go about doing that any advice?

hi, im using the pmdg 737 ngx i want to create an aircraft view with EZCA. but when i click on a blank space of aircraft view section, it appears a zoom out top-down view (i see earth). i change view with A or S key but i cant saved it. do anyone know what is happening? please help! sorry if my english is wrong.

Hi, I'm practicing circuits in the Mooney Bravo in FSX. I so far haven't found anyone speak to this, but in general, does one do circuits with the gear down or if not, when is the place to deploy them back (i.e early on downwind, later on downwind, on base, on final?). So far, I've been bringing the gear up for upwind and crosswind legs then bringing the gear down mid-way through the downwind leg. It helps a little for getting the speed down so I can deploy the flaps. So far, all the check lists I've looked at for the Mooney Bravo only mention gear down on final (good to check obviously).
