Hangar Chat
This forum is for the discussion of things you might discuss when going into an airport hangar. Please make sure that your topic isn't covered in another forum before posting here. Please refrain from controversial topics...politics, religion, conspiracy theories, climate change, COVID etc. Topics that elicit or are deemed by staff likely to elicit heated argument, contention, or otherwise objectionable banter will be removed from view. So two months ago he posted a video where some opportunity had arisen and he was putting his 310 up for sale along with the lease on his hangar at KARR. I see he continues to post videos and have seen nothing else about the "opportunity" or pending sales. Anyone seen any updated information?

Ebenezer… Lennox… Scroggie ................A Meal Man............... On a tombstone in a Scottish kirkyard. Scroggie had been a corn merchant (meal man). Dickens misread the name and occupation. He read it as "Ebenezer Lennox Scrooge" and "A Mean Man". Dickens was shocked that any person could be so selfish and stingy that people would carve something so pejorative on his tombstone.

We're getting close to the end of 2023, and many things happened this year flight simulation wise, so, I decided to ask myself what were the best options I did, and also what options I now think weren't the best ... Being positive, and trying not to mention the negatives, I would place two items in 1st and 2nd among the "Flight Simulation Best Buys 2023" for me: 1st place goes to ==> MFS 2020 expansion for Premium Deluxe, since I owned only the Standard version, and the access it gave me to all of the default fleet, plus some special prices for tittles like the ATR72; 2nd place goes to ==> FSHUD, the best ATC robot I remember having used, so far, sinc…

So I just wanted to call out some of the developers who I've had incredible support from in some interactions. No agenda, I just think it is nice to call people out for the good as well as what is often seen here, the not so good because most people only post if they are having issues! 1. Stefan Brunner Yokes Man, it is incredible to know that if you invest in an expensive piece of hardware the support is going to be as good as the product. 2. Dave March (PF3 developer) Another one who will personally jump right into and issue and engage 1:1 to troubleshoot 3. @Kaiii3 from AIG. I mean this isn't even a paid product and the support is better than …

Namely Jimmy Stewart who tells fellow passenger Marlene Dietrich that the tail is very likely to soon fall off the plane. That she should go to the men's room and sit on the floor and put her head down. Perhaps that way to survive long enough that God willing a ship happens by to come pick her up. The thing is there's not a single reason the airliner crew can see to imagine that this seemingly normal flight is in any sort of trouble. The crew starts to worry about Stewart's sanity and that he is beginning to alarm other passengers. No Highway in the Sky.

Remember Trevor Jacob? The YouTuber who parachuted out of his Taylor Craft airplane after claiming he had an engine problem? Well, he recently plead guilty to obstruction of a federal investigation and will have to serve up to two years in prison for his ill-thought-out stunt! Needless to say, he has already lost his pilot license. There may well be other charges as different agencies weigh their options... His friend with the helicopter who carried the wreckage back to his airport may well wind up being charged in the coverup as well.

Hi, Recently, I've made a new set up with an Nvidia 3060ti graphics card. In my first several flights all the figures in MFD or ND was readable (as sharp as it can). However, somehow (i don't know the reason), they became unreadable or at least blurry suddenly. My question is how can I get a "sharp" view in MFD and ND. (a readable Baro, minimums, altitude, ias, etc) Thanks in advance, Br,

So Buggati charge him £40K per year to service his Veyron. He asked them to look at a switch for the mirror. They quoted him £9,700. So he took it to someone he knew, and the switches came in packs of 5. Cost was 95p. Took the guy 25 mins to fit. Such things should be illegal.
