In your Warzone comment you were just complaining without having a slightest clue what you're talking about.

Can they fix the CTD's and make the sim more stable.?

You've got to be trolling at this point with this obnoxious thing you got going.

Nope MSFS and the Leonardo Maddog is the only programs on a desktop I use other than that. I find something else to do.

Well, if you know exactly what's going on, it certainly doesn't show. Or you're trolling. Keep LoL'ing as much as you want, but take into consideration that the joke might be on you.

Are you one of those saying: Flight models in MSFS are amazing, nothing to improve about? Even the devs acknowledged that there are still open issues especially when near ground, just before the landing, or in the wheel phyics, especially when cross wind is involved.

Well I not going to argue but I will ask you kindly are you going to use MSFS for a PPL or some other World training and be a Captain?. If you say yes than I have no other thing to say. MSFS is a entertainment product and shoud be treated that way. Its a Game that I actually love.

Every sim you buy off the shelf of gaming store is entertaining program - that includes X-plane, MSFS, P3D and etc. But you can use any sim as training aid for any rating. And if you know how to use, it will help you become PPL.

Jörg Neumann himself said it right from the beginning: They're striving for a level of realism that satisfies everyone, from entry level to the most abitious flight simmers. I'm pretty sure  at that time he didn't know yet what he'd gotten himself into with this promise, but even though things improve slowly at times, and the road ahead is quite long, the team is open to learn and it still looks like they're planning on achieving that goal.

If you proclaim this goal, you can expect simmers to measure you against it. And it's clear that MS/Asobo have the ambition to get there, albeit they lack the experience in some areas.

And at times, they still seem to have problems understanding what's needed for good flight modelling, and why experienced 3rd party aircraft developers take issue with the flight model. I'm sure this is going to improve a lot with someone like Andrey on the team, with more than 20 years of experience in the area.

I think he did, just Asobo didn't 😄

Laminar Research customer -- Asobo/MS customer -- not an X-Aviation customer - or am I? 😉

So what you think MSFS is going to spend millions of dollars on a FM that is not certified for FAA regulations that is clearly a piece of software that is targeted at casual users. Keep Dreaming.

Nobody said that. Must've appeared in your dreams. We're speaking of ONE newly filled job position.

Edit: Are you even trying to have a conversation? I just see snarky comments...

What casual users will be using the new full featured G1000 they invested in?

This sim is made for everyone

This FAA certification being thrown as the ultimate "Your sim sucks more than mine" is tiresome., if you like Xplane so much, Go play it.  If P3D is used for training, I am pretty sure MSFS could also be used in the same commercial fashion is MS wanted too.

Petrovich os well known also for his Nice "aerobatics flown in il2" videos...

Sorry to be a bit picky jcomm but that was Han, the project manager who made that video.

But don't worry Petrovich makes videos too!

Ummm....From what I read, the guy is really good at developing accurate flight models. A good FM is good for warbirds, jets, tubeliners, bi-planes, turboprops.....I think you get my point.

Yes. Especially right at the edges of the flight envelope. I still vividly remember the first time I mushed a plane into the ground.

It will also be good for Asobo to get access to his experience with forced induction aircraft as well. Not many modern pistons use turbo or super chargers (you'd just go to a turbine if you really need that) but before jets and turbines came around, forced induction was huge in piston engines.

Seb has been doing a lot of the FM work I think and he's the CEO. Good they have a dedicated developer now to manage/do the work. Big plus for MSFS...
