so I was in a mood to fly my favourite pmdg 777, so I reinstalled fsx steam.. everything is great except that I am unable to important my presets from my saved folder... I keep trying to import but no use! it keeps failing.. any idea what to do! it just doesn't import...

Hello, After a while of being out of simming, I am coming back into p3d v5.2, and with the latest version of chaseplane, i noticed replay is no longer there. Is this a permanent removal? did i do something wrong? Thanks in advance

Hi there, After I installed P3Dv5 parallel to v4 (on a different drive) I get this error message whenever I try to start Chaseplane. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn't help. What can I do to resolve this? Thank!

Hi there brand new the Forum, For some reason when ever I want to move my camera in chaseplane sometimes it works and other times it freezes on me and cant use the camera, ill sometimes close the program and start it up again and sometimes starts with the same issue before closing where the camera freezes and 10 mins later is fine for another few mins before it does it again. has anybody else had the same issue or know of any issues that are similar? Hello, I've been wondering if there's a way to change the camera center in Prepar3d. I don't mean panning the camera left or right I mean shifting how much cockpit we see left or right by shifting the vanishing point position so that it's not centered in the monitor (kind of what would happen with a tilt shift lens on a camera). I place my camera such that in my 27" monitor I see the whole MCP and my PDF (FO seat). To achieve that, I have to move the camera to the left and that leaves me uncentered with my PFD/control column, like you would sit in the actual cockpit. Hello. There‘s an option on the preferences page where keys can be assigned to rotate the camera ( Roll left/right ). However, the rotation speed is much too fast for finetuning the view. Is there a way to reduce the speed of rotation and optimize it for finetuning? Best regards

Would anyone be able to share their QW 787 presets? I just bought chaseplane on Orbx and the 787 isn't in the mastered preset list, and I can't find anything that isn't linking to the old community site which isn't supported in this version of chaseplane. Thanks!

Hello, I am a big fan of Chaseplane, and only started having this issue after installing everything onto a new PC that I just bought. For some reason, the volume of multiple apps and addons is getting muted by Chaseplane, even when I am not in Cinematic mode. I have tested this by checking the volume mixer in a specific camera mode, vs cinematic mode, and I can reproduce it consistently. I am on P3Dv5.1.12. Any idea what may be causing this please? I have tried reinstalling Chaseplane, but that didn't help. Thanks for your time.

I have been unable to find the files that contain the "key assignments" associated with various interior and external views, e.g. ctrl+shift+1 for a Takeoff View. I would appreciate any ideas--Thanks,

Greetings, Using version 1.2.50 (though I've never seen this work in any build) of Chaseplane in P3Dv4.5 via Orbx. Assigning keys for hat switch panning works just fine for most aircraft, but it seems like the camera view goes to a fixed gimble position that is not pannable if using an aircraft that has a FLIR screen inside the VC. Two examples: Nemeth Designs Bell 407 Police/TV News version, and Nemeth Designs Mi-35 modernized Hind. The normal ND Bell 407 works fine, but when switching to the version with a FLIR camera, I can no longer pan around in the cockpit using the hat switch. Hello every one, I have Flightbeam Mariscal Sucre Quito International Airport (SEQM), and I have found an "error" when I use and open my Chasepanel I didn't get the airport or the runways under the static in the presets menu. And thats strange, because I have for a week ago install the new ORBX Sandefjord (ENTO) Norway and there was not the same problem? Can some help me every one stay safe Best Jammin16

If your thinking of purchasing Chaseplane and you are using P3Dv5 or later, .... Be aware that the 'Static feature will not work'. Unless I missed something, I was not told of this problem when purchasing Chaseplane, and found out the hard way when I submitted a ticket to Parallel42 .... only to be told that they were aware of this and that they are working on it !. I was particularly disappointed because that was one of the important features I purchased it for.

hi..im new ..i had to redownload chaseplane from my old computer to my new windows 10 computer..i started fsx and got the error .....please verify files from chaseplane ...my orbix chaseplane account page....i cant find ...verify files..... ther is nothing saying verify files any help is appreciated rgds ken hanson cyyc

Please could we have an explination of how we should exit Cinematics once it has auto-started mid flight, to allow us to resume work in cockpit with one of the saved camera views. Pressing the number keys to which I have assigned my various cockpit views, just cycles to the next Cinematics view. Thanks in anticipation Andrew

I see the normal straight looking image and when I look around it flickers and I still see the straight looking view and only as slightly transparent as I look around.I don't know how to describe it either.Do you have an idea? Hi is there a way to set Cinematics to be automatically active when I start Chaseplane along withthe sim (P3D) At the moment I have it set to run above 18,000ft, but I need to activate it first with the button on the top of the form. Can that button in effect remain active so that I dont have to select it before every flight please? Thanks in anticipation Andrew

Good morning forum. I have my hat switch set up using the black.red settings and it works fine in all aircraft except the 737ngx. In this aircraft the view scrolls too quickly and it is difficult to set it in one spot. Is there an adjustment for this? Using P3D V5.1 Thanks. Martin

Hello An avice request please. Love Cinematics - absolutely stunning!. I see the awesome camera panning movement with some internal and external views, but in some of the views ( the Internal and External ones I created in Chaseplane for myself) the Cinematics camera remains static. How do we get the same camera motion effect in my own views when they pop-up in the Cinematics sequence when I run it - what am I missing please? Andrew

Hello, I have just moved to ChasePlane from EZdoc and am delighted with the ease of use - it took me quite a while to master EZCA's user interface. One feature that I liked in EZdoc which I cant yet find in ChasePlane, is the ability to make an external view appear to float randomly when the aircraft is in flight. This motion,creates an excellent immersion effect, as it gave the appearance of looking at an aircraft while flying in another aircraft. In that situation, the aircraft that you are viewing moves in relation to you as their flight path and yours alter slightly. Hi there, For some reason as of the past couple days the cursor hasn't been disappearing and when you try to pan it feels really slow so it takes a while to move around. Any idea what is going on? (Yes I have the setting enabled)

So I have searched and found that the answer is this function is not supported. However the most recent topic I found was dated 2017. Has there been any progress on having the cockpit view on 1 monitor and an outside view on a 2nd monitor?

Hello everyone for a few days I have a very strange problem. I recently installed immersion v2 for aerosoft airbus pro and a few days earlier I also installed envshade. Now I can not understand the cause if it is one or the other but for a short time now the facades of the aprons are shaking like the lines that delimit taxiway and runway same thing. I have tried to raise the AA with no success. Deleted uninstalled shader envshade uninstalled chaseplane. Nothing the problem is there and remains there. Even when I use the hatswitch to move around the cockpit I see the edges of the apron walls sliding as if it were a reflex problem I just don't know what to do. I have r…
