JUST DOWNLOADED THE DEMO BUT WHEN I CLICK THE START TRIAL BUTTON I GET AN ERROR - "REMOTE SERVER RETURNED AN ERROR (500)". I DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED AGAIN AND ALSO THE LATEST UPDATE. STILL NO JOY. HELP. JIM Oops. Didn't mean to shout. Didn't realize the Caps lock was on. Jim

I may be asking a real newbie question here,done some googling but not quite sure? Will Pilot2ATC use sids and stars to control a pilot to an airport. If so where is Pilot2ATC getting this info from,and how are the cycles updated? Thank you

When I push the PTT box and ask "say altimeter" only text comes up in the communication area and no voice. Also, when I push the Active or Standby boxes, there is no voice output. It looks like they have a mute symbol but cannot unmute. My headset is correctly setup and I hear ATC radio in background. When I test the controllers voices in configuration menu they all sound fine for each portion of the flight. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi all, How well does this function using Xplane? I have tried it in FSX and it is great but did not get round to trying it on Xplane. How does it cope with traffic and airport taxiways?

After requesting VFR flight following on a brief flight from KAGC to KLBE center endlessly repeats "[callsign] Would you like to request a new altitude?". Center asked me to climb to 5,500 but that is in the clouds. My VFR flight plan is filed for 4000ft. Requesting a lower altitude fails with "Your requested altitude is below the minimum for your route" even though there are no obstructions anywhere near that high. Requesting *any* altitude does not stop the loop. The only way to stop the "would you like to request a new altitude" loop is to fly to the assigned altitude even though that puts me in the clouds on a VFR flight.

I would like to request to take off and do touch and gos in the pattern for practice. I don't see an option to request this in the grammar screen. Is it possible in the current version? Will it be added in a future version?

Hi Dave, I downloaded the 1.4.0.7 upgrade recently but now it´s not available anymore. Was there a heavy bug in this version? Regards, Anton

In both FSX & X-Plane 10-30 Pilot2ATC does not display maps. Doesn't matter if I'm connected to the sim or not. Not connected is supposed to render the world map. It doesn't, just a 404 error. Any advice is appreciated. Oops! Select Map Mode ans street view works, but not satellite.

Okay, I got Pilot2ATC installed, got my microphone and PTT button working. Have the following issues. 1. Ana is talking out of my speakers instead of my headset and she's difficult to understand. How do I get 'her' to talk through my headset. Tried various settings but, perhaps, not the right ones. 2. Sometimes it understands me the first time...sometimes I repeat it 10 times louder, slower, faster, steadier, and it doesn't do anything...doesn't acknowledge that it heard a sound. The PTT button turns green but nothing. So, it's pretty difficult at this point. Gregg

I am trying very hard with this product have not mastered it yet now getting the msg speech not recognised when I first tried it was recognising my speech now and again but now not at all checking my speech should be set to Microsoft speech recognizer 8 0 for windows (English)-US is this correct will keep trying I have a good USB headset

Can someone explain how to get VFR flight following with Pilot2ATC? I've gotten approach to respond to me but, they ask me what my "approach intentions" are and I have no idea how to respond to that. I would have expected a squawk and instructions to maintain VFR plus any restrictions. Gregg

Hi im networking pilot2atc and it works perfect via wideview. however when i try to register demo copy it will only let me have 1 license on my main pc does this mean if we want to network we have to buy more licences? thanks Mhazy ps no the ptt dont work on main pc, im using space bar until you sort it out on the 2nd pc, sound is plugged into speakers and mect to may main pc speakers so no problem, also headphones are plugged into 2nd pc, (just thought would add above for others who might want to try it)

Hi I am using VoxaTC right now and believe there are many features missing in that product and the navigation database including airspace structure, frequencies etc is getting more and more outdated as it relies on the default information from P3D or FSX. I am interested in a new ATC simulator that would feature up to date controlled (A,B,C,D,) and uncontrolled (E,F) airscpace with correct nav procedures, frequencies and preferably updated with AIRAC updates. Beeing a real World VFR pilot I am always on the look for realism in FSX and P3D. Is the manual available online for Pilot2ATC so I can see what your product is all about? is it similar in structure from Vox…

Hi all, I first trialled Pilot2ATC back in v1.1.0.0! I now have a 2 PC setup, 1 PC running Xplane and another running PSX. My Saitek controls are attached to the PSX PC. My headset is also attached to the PSX PC. Is there a way to get Pilot2ATC to recognise the PTT button over the network (maybe using Wideview)?

Dave, If my approach control for KATW is handled by KGRB, during the approach request for Vectors for ILS approach" for "Runway 03" I assume I need to also add the (optional) REQ of AT and (optional) REQ of ICAO code??? Flight plan into KATW was filed. I tried without the optional' s and she just kept telling me "radar contact" and then silence. I was just about to do the optionals when P2ATC crashed :mad: ....reason unknown...details within the error window very sketchy. Chuck

New user. The splash screen has no Cancel or Close option. Does the Flt Plan section use .fms plans? On the Radio section in the Range box clicking only increments the range. How to decrement it? Yes, I will read the manual. Great idea. Really want to get into this. Thanks,

Hi Dave, I wanted to add a ground control at an airport but after following the procedure with the editor, when I click OK the new entry is not saved. However I can edit a frequency already existing and to save it. What's wrong ? I have all the Windows privileges + P2Atc running like administrator. Thanks and Regards, Richard Portier

Hi I use prosim737 when entering a route into prosims fmc it displays it on my nd now if i enter the same route into pilot2atc, then check the map when flying it shows me around 5-10 miles of to one side ive tried this with other aircrafts fmc and have the same problem result is atc telling me im off course, at the moment ive altered the allowed heading variance for the error to stop, is there any reason for the discrepency Mhazy
