When MCE recognises the aircraft on loading from where does it read the various aircraft speeds to monitor (v1, vR, v2 etc). I'm currently flying the Dash6 Twin Otter, but the v-speeds shown by MCE are way to fast, and even if I change them in MCE, the next time they have reverted to what they were before. Cheers, Stuart

this has been a problem since I have had MCE (few years now),I have just ignored it because I had so many other inconsistences dealing with. Most of the kinks seem to be ironed out now so I thought I would turn here to sort this out. 90% of the time MCE will not recognize a request for a 'west' departure. I can see my phraseology is correct in the display at the top of my screen but I do not get the recognition flash in my atc window. Hello, I downloaded and installed MCE trial version. After a full intallation I cannot open P3D (I have a message : Loockheed Martin Prepar3D has stopped working. I reinstalled MCE without success. Now I have a message : Thank you for your interest in MCE. The trial period is over... What can I do ? Hello, The pauses between the flow commands are way too long. Normally a pause of 1-2 second should be made, but instead they are 5-10. I have already made some researches in the forum and read through http://forum.avsim.net/topic/410493-question-about-cpu-priority-of-mceexe this thread, but no fixes worked for me. I have the exact same problems as stated by "KingGhidora". I also tried to increase the CPU-usage slider in MCE, but it didn't change any thing. My software versions: MCE 2.5.7.2 FSX SP2 AXE 1.15 Hardware: 4 GB RAM Core2Duo P8700 Do you now any workaround for this problem?

Hello It would be very awesome if a real push to talk feature could be added to MCE. You cannot imagine what the co-pilot does and how he ruines a flight when i talk to teamspeak3 to my friends or talking with vatsim controllers. the num lock key function is very hard to use, since whenever i have to talk to ts3 or vatsim controllers i have to first push num lock, hold teamspeak/fsinn push to talk, speak, then push num lock again. Though it'd be so easy if there was a push to talk key for talking to your co-pilot, so he wouldn't go crazy when i talk in front of the computer. Cheers Hadi

I just bought the very latest version of MCE. I can't seem to do certain things, I am making a short list. - Can't seem to find the right command for the FO to check the cockpit, fire tests etc... - Can't talk to Ground or Mechanic at all. I push the button on joystick, I hear an ongoing beep, try to talk during that and my speech never gets captured during that time. - Cannot seem to intrerface with tower to get a takeoff clearance. Any help is hugely appreciated.

Is there anyway to control the volume of the copilot voice? I find it too loud for the levels that I have set for the normal cockpit. The FSX settings/sound/voice slider seems to have no effect on it. I haven't been able to locate an ini file that might control it. What happens is that the copilot seems to hear his own voice and tries to respond to himself. If I reduce the speaker volume overall, I have no problems. If there is no voice output setting, there should be.

Using VoiceScript is it possible to assign a specific .wav file to be played on certain actions rather than commands. For example, if I ask the Co-pilot to "turn off seat belt sign" or I manually turn the sign off, is there a way for a VoiceScript to recognise the action and play a specific wav file? Or is that something one can use Voxkey for, to define a specific action to trigger a script? Another question, within a script I notice under OPTIONS the followings: [OPTIONS] Suspend=0 Verbose=1 RequireConfirmation=0 Could explain the meaning of these options and how they effect the script? Using MCE with the PMDG 747-400 for FSX for the first time, I created a preflight voxscript since none existed for this plane. All went well except couldn't find valid commands for a couple of items (More on that below) It was setting up the bleed airs but when it went to turn on "Air Bleed four on" (1 2 and 3 there was no problem) instead of turning it on it opened up the MS FSInsider webpage, on my firefox browser. Thinking the problem was in the script, I tried just using a voice command to turn it on, same thing happened. Is it just a coincidence you use fsinsider.dll and .ini files? Hi everyone, After watching the demo with the FSX CS727 I really wanted to give MCE a go. But it gave me quite a scare - FS9 (still stuck with it) would crash to desktop during start up with no error message. I had that happening once and could never solve it except by reinstalling everything, so it was quite a scare. Fortunately uninstalling MCE and removing the FSinsider.mdl file solved it. Now that panic has subsided *s* I'd like to try and solve this. Also, I wanted to try it with CLS 747 - it is a rather simple model, I suppose it would work easily with MCE? Hi all, Any help gratefully received! I too had the demo expired problem then on the strength of all the good review went ahead and dropped 60 euros on this! I've used Voxatc no problem so thought this would be a doddle...no! I've run and reset the wizard multiple time, done the training adjust and tried both a headset and usb mike, I basically get no recognition of anything I say! I can occasionally get the flaps lowered after says "flaps etc " a couple of hundred times! I'm not exactly a BBC announcer but I dictate letters using the headset occasionally and as I said I use VoxAtc with no issues so I don't think I slur too much! A warning to …

Hi, I downloaded the demo last night, went through the voice training, loaded a flight, started MCE and then got a window that I exceeded the (demo) limit, and needed the license/registration keys. Since this was my first try with the demo, is there a solution? I really wanted to demo this software, since if all works well, I will purchase it. Is there a time limit for simon to respond to my request? What is happening, is everything seems to start ok. But if I get delayed for whatever reason, then when I finally get around to calling Jim in my case, he doesn't respond. Do I need to contact ground services right away? At times, I get a responce from Jim, but nothing happens. It seems like the omly fix for this is to restore default settings from the tool folder. Then with FSX not running, I re-configure MCE. So then when I go back into FSX, and start up MCE, everything works just fine. Thanks for any help you can give. S. Sumner

The Muti-Crew -Experience people have been so kind to let me download the Demo again. The first time i ran out of demo start ups trying to get it to run. This is the problem, I can't seem to get past the application wizard, in particularly the part about setting up the microphone/headset. I think it is the second window that comes up. I choose my usb headset for sound in and sound out, then click next and the wizard shuts down.....any ideas...I have only done this once with my second demo..don't want to run out of demo chances

Any feedback from those who have tried both would be appreciated. Having some problems on both platforms and would like to know where to throw my hard earned dollars too. ;-) Thanks, Michael

Does anyone else have trouble responding to traffic alerts? No matter what I do, when ATC warns me of traffic I can't seem to get a reaction when reporting traffic in sight or don't have the traffic, etc.

Ok, a few minor gripes to start. I downloaded the demo over the weekend, and installed it, spent some time setting it up, and then was told I had no demo time left, even though it was never run, and only installed that day. looking in here, I realized I was not the only one with that particular problem, and since I had some money to blow, and this product seems to have a good rep, and active dev support, I purchased MCE this morning. when trying to register my serial number, I was informed that I needed to have an outlook profile, which I don't, and so the auto process failed, and now I have emailed my reg file so I can use it. I am making various script files with music (wav) files in them. I am finding that my copilot will not do.other chores while the music is playing. Is there a way to stop the sound file before it finishes with a command. I use "music" to launch the script. Thank you in advance.

Hi MCE. Trying to assign a button for ATC in MCE with FSX and only my GoFlight GF-TQ6 throttle "button 3" is available. I have a Thrustmaster Warthog joystick/throttle and a GF-LGT also connected. Pressing any of the Warthog buttons when at the MCE ATC change assignment box does nothing. I have all of my controls assigned through FSUIPC except for the POV hat. All virtual buttons for the GF-TQ6 have been deleted from FSX. Any ideas? Thanks, gb.
