I try to make a script for this aircraft which is not supported by MCE ( hopefully will be supported in the future) even thought the checklist of the Aerosoft DHC 6 300 works just fine, being spoiled by MCE give a command without touching the keyboard so that's why I try it i , but unfortunately only a few commands is recognized by MCE Vox Script I heard that A lot of people are now fluent with script for MCE, any help will much appreciated, thanks for reading this topics so this is what I have made so far, please note this is my first script so I do not have any experience what so ever with the script, as so far I use the script which is provided by M…

UPDATE: I found the spot to configure my PTT button under the ATC tab in the main Control Panel. Still not sure why the App Wizard stops when it gets to the spot mentioned below. Hello! HI I have the delete key set to talk to atc but after the initial request, atc does not hear me when the del key is pressed. I also tried assigning the delete key in the fsx controls menu but no luck. What should I do thx Lee

Hello I intend to get MCE especially for this aircraft. Of course I will try MCE and the C17 with the demo version but I do not have the sparetime at the moment This aircraft uses default FSX command as for autopilot and so on. Hi Guys, I remember reading somewhere that MCE is capable of reading the V speeds, flap positions, trans alititude etc. that is set in the FMC of the PMDG 737NGX. I dont have the NGX, but fly mostly the PMDG 777-300ER. But I find that I have to manually set the information again in the MCE monitor screen. It would be good if the feature similar to NGX can be implemented for the 777. Also I dont get altitude call outs by FO during descent, I am sure its a setting somewhere but I cant find it. My other option is to enable the PMDG altitude call outs if MCE doesnt work. Thanks Hari

I am a great believer in a company giving good customer service and if they fail to provide then you should complain, however all being even if I believe that then I should equally praise any company that gives good customer service and even more so for outstanding customer service. It is with this that I write this post. I must admit, I had my reservations when I purchased this software, the trial version had not gone well but jumped in all the same. Hi, I was wondering if there was any specific commands for the PMDG 777, specifically if the MCE co-pilot can control their CDU to change pages, or if they can use the weather radar, even if it was just on and off. Are there anymore specific commands for the PMDG 777?

All, Due to the age of my computer (6+ years), I still do a lot of airliner flying in FS9. I have the venerable PMDG 737NG package and would like to know if MCE works with it. I saw in the manual that I should copy the .ini file into the PMDG folder, but my co-pilot doesn't seem to be able to read the instruments. Am I missing something or is this just a fact of life using FS9 and PMDG 737NG with MCE? Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks, Joshua

Wonder if someone can help me. After pushbuck using GSX, the ground pushback chap waves at me and wishes me a good flight and then wanders off, but then as soon as I start my taxi, I hear a voice the ground mechanics voice and then my co-pilot saying I've killed the ground mechanic. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Guys, What is the correct syntax to engage the mechanic ?. I cant seem to get him to respond. Also, I fly on VATSIM with vPilot, I use a PTT button on the joystick, but I find my FO, responding to my conversation with ATC on VATSIM. Is there anyway to make the FO ignore if the PTT button is pushed/held down ?. Thanks Hari

Starting a new post, When i install MCE and run FSX i get a fatal error message. I am running Win 7. So after upgrading to Windows 8 and after refreshing windows 8, I have been slowly re installing FSX and it's addons. However with MCE I have run into a few issues. My first problem was with disabling UAC, despite disabling it and restarting MCE installer still said to disable UAC. I solved this by running the installer in Windows XP compatibility. This issue cropped up again during first launch of MCE, fixed same way. My second issue was I had to download the US english pack, 155mb at a paint drying 25kb/s later it was installed. No other problems. However when I try and launch FSX after installing, FSX gives a fatal error and stops working. Deleting the…

So this is new and might have started with installing the current version (2.6.2.1 for me). When MCE starts, it seems like it's muted and only toggling the global mute symbol (green mic symbol in the MCE window bar) then makes it hear my voice. Would there be a parameter in the ini causing this? I don't see any "mute" indication and only arrived at the global mute toggling workaround after running all the checks on my voice recog software and hardware. I've tried altering NumLockKeyMutesReco but no change. I did so because my Logitech MX5500 keyboard uses a uique way of handling the NUM lock status and I thought that this might cause trouble. As of late my copilot will do crazy things while completing a task. An example is while doing the flight control checks, they will start moving flaps, changing radios, changing the sim rate, etc. Another one is while on descent and final approach to Helsinki last evening she changed the sim rate 3 times. I am using the PMDG 747-400 in fs2004 and the latest update to MCE. I have used MCE for over a year and love it except when the copilot goes bonkers and starts doing uncommanded tasks. I have started to mute my headset mic and that seems to help with some things, but the above has me puzzled as to why it would even happen. Thanks, Paul

Just installed Aerosoft's newest baby the A318/319 :rolleyes: . As already expected the locked version for the AXE is not running. So, are there any plans to again issue a locked version for Aerosoft Airbus? Or does your full version already support the new A318/319? I am missing Dieter so much best regards from LOWW Manfred

Hi, I use MCE a lot and getting better everyday. My problem: I request takeoff & Tower clears me for takeoff fine. When I go to acknowledge clearance the ATC menu clears as if it got my transmission, but will ask me to acknowledge again, and again. Can anybody give me a takeoff clearance acknowledgement that will work. I have the JC Baily guide next to me. Thank you in advance

Hi, I have just downloaded the demo version and wanted to check before I buy the license. I have a question on the installation. Can MCE be installed on a separate PC, a second laptop that I use to run Aivlasoft EFB, and soon to be moving FSCopilot for VATSIM. I currently have fs2crew for level-d, so if Multi crew can be moved to a second pc, i can then discontinue the fs2crew. I am idaelly trying to have FSX on the desktop pc, and move the voice, vatsim and EFB to a laptop. I own a licensed copy of FSUIPC, but do not currently own WideFS. Appreciate your feedback. Afternoon, I have been looking at getting this software, reviews are very positive and I am impressed by the level of service offered by the devs. However, there is one major question I need answering before parting with my cash. Does MCE support or allow the use of custom recorded responses to the checklists? For example, can I record the phrase "Flaps 28 Set" and include it as a custom checklist response? Thanks, Tom

FS++ First, OUTSTANDING PRODUCT. I'm continually mystified why some people choose to pay $40 for each iteration of the same product versus paying $60 to cover your entire fleet. On to my question...is there a way I can disable the copilot interaction during the checklist phase. Specifically, I want him/her to check for the setting, but I don't want him/her to set it. For example, if the copilot says "Taxi lights" I want him/her to check for the setting vice setting it to the desired state. In short, I just want him/her to check the setting and wait until its set to the correct state versus setting it him/herself.

I've been using MCE with the PMDG 747 for a couple of weeks now and I am very impressed. But my co-pilot keeps asking which runway is in use, both when taxiing for take off and on approach. I keep telling him the active runway but he seems to have the attention of a goldfish and asks again! How can I satisfy him or, preferably, stop him asking in the first place? Many thanks.
