I spent hours researching this program, watched numerous youtube videos and decided to download the demo. I successfully installed it, took the voice training twice, and linked it to P3D. Started the sim, started the demo, started with a default plane and it said some features were disabled. I chose the ATC window option 2, it worked, but it would not set flaps or anything else, tried another default plane, nothing, selected PMDG 737 NGX, as it started loading MCE shut down, I tried to reopen it and it said my trial time has been used up (It was three minutes used, not three days, and I only opened it once before it expired. Hello, I updated MCE tonight (uninstalled old version, then installed new one), and now receive the following error on MCE startup: "The program can't start because SimConnect.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." MCE then appears to start, and the MCE first officer will respond to commands, but he won't actually do anything. Example, I command flaps 5, he responds "flaps 5 selected" but the flap handle never gets moved. I know for certain that my SimConnect.dll is not missing. I can see it in the Windows "Add/remove programs" list, and other addons that use it are working correctly (ASN, head tracking sof…

Good evening, After using MCE for a couple of years with little trouble, it's suddenly refusing to start ! Having started FSX, selecting the various options and "Fly Now", when I try to start MCE, I get the message "Preparing to install". It then goes on to say it hasn't found the program. I've uninstalled and then reinstalled it but to no avail. Please help me regain my favourite add-on!

I have one question re viewing checklist dropdown. When expanding the checklist on the [Checklist] tab, if the checklist is quite long the latter sections don't seem to be accessible, or am I missing somethinf? Is there a way to see the whole checklist sections? If not then perhaps this is something that could be considered for a future update. Thanks, Stuart

I started on the tarmac at my hometown and shut it down with my co-pilot using the Twotter checklist. Then with the checklist I went through the entire list from start up to shut down with the co pilot. There were many items he would not even respond to. Is there a flow I can download so I know what he is set up to do? I love it when they make snarky remarks, lol.

I love it tremendously, worth every penny and more. I do not use ATC in my sim, don't want it for now at all. Before MCE I never had an ATC window pop up, now they always do, I shut it and as soon as I change my view there is another. Thank you. That is my only concern.

Please help me. I was assured that support was fast with MCE, and pray it is as this is a very expensive program. I was locked out after three minutes in the demo the other night, and got the same error window as is attached here. I was scared to purchase after that but you have a great reputation but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the demo it is still locked so I cannot open it to put in the activation code. I do not want to have to follow checklists, I want to be able to start a flight on the active runway, and have the co-pilot set flaps, raise flaps, gear, help with autotpilot, arm spoiler, lower gear, set flaps, reverse thrust, etc... At my descretion, not following set checklists on each and every flight. I have to ask because the demo lasted 3 minutes for me, shut down and says my demo time has expired, and I do not want to spend $66 US dollars for a program if I can not use it simply to call out a few commands to the co-pilot. Hello, MCE-Fans, MCE was working great for about ten months without problems and it is a very nice program. Three days before win 10 had a big update. Since this day MCE doesn't work anymore. I have re-installed three times, all new voices are installed. I can start MCE, then it appears the screen ... co-pilot is boarding .., then a voice says: ..."in Dialog Mode" and the MCE-screen disappears. I must go to the taskbar and click on the sign of MCE, then the user-interface appears. The headline: "Recognition, in Dialog Mode". MCE is not able to recognize the airplane. If I click on "Checklist", it crashes. I have tried "restore factory settings" as described in the manual…

No matter what I say: Departure runway is X Runway X X Landing on X Nothing seems to stop him from repeatedly asking "do you have the active runway." If I respond with, for example, "runway 8", he will repeat "ok, runway 8" but this doesn't stop him from asking for the active runway again repeatedly, even after I land. Is there a setting to disable this question, or is there something specific I should be doing that I'm not doing? Thanks.

Hi I'm trying to increase the automation in the feelthere ERJ135. One of the flows I'm thinking is the fuel and weight planning. For that I would create google spreadsheet, and call it inside the flow. The run prog function can easily call a new chrome window, like: c:\program .....\chrome.exe But, I can't seem to manage to pass parameters like: c:\program .....\chrome.exe https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/.... I just wanted to see if anyone else has this happen to them. While running through checklists on various aircraft I get to the bit were I am confirming Flaps have been set, usually by saying "Set or confirmed", but my FO doesn't recognise my reply and keeps asking for confirmation. Well until he gets all narky and tells me what he/she was expecting to hear. I have tried altering the check list responses for Flaps to see if that alters anything, which it doesn't. Currently I have to just skip to the next item to avoid this happening. Has anyone else come across this? Rob

Hello, I'm trying to work with MCE and had a few questions for 737 users. I cannot find any docs showing commands for the EFIS control panel for the NG 737. I have looked thru all the command docs, but somehow I have missed it or it's not there. I would like to change the map scale by voice and also the EFIS mode control switch from MAP, VOR, APP etc. Also, I'm having problems finding the vertical speed commands as well. That is, the V/S button to go into vertical speed and what the commands are to select (+/- feet per minute). Every once in a while the FO does engage vertical speed, but I cant get him to select a vertical speed up or down. One more issue, is th…

So I have installed the software properly and followed the instructions on how to use it carefully, I have gone through the proccess of calibrating my microphone on the setup wizard. When i start the program while in game everything works fine but when i press my push to talk button to talk to ATC all i get is a loud beep for as long as i hold the button and i get no response from ATC i havent been able to find anything on the internet about this, any help please?

Has anyone had success in using MCE after upgrading to Windows 10 Pro? MCE was running fairly well under Windows 7 Pro with version 2.6.5.4. Now I can't get any success in getting past the warning about the FSinsider.dll. "Microsoft Flight Simulator X has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available Close program" FS++ crew has sent me a number of different FSinsider.dll files to try. 2.6.5.44, 2.6.5.45 the latest but still no luck. Hi, Can't seem to stop my copliot reacting to my communications with VOX ATC. I've read the posts on the subject and have tried to follow them without success, I've taken the sarkie comments from the copilot up to now but I think I need to do something about it. Hi Just installed the new version of Prepar3D (V3.4) and have MCE V2.6.7.84 loading on windows 10. If I enable fsinsider.dll in dll.xml and try to load P3D the scenario screen fails to load and it goes straight into the sim and default flight. When I disable fsinsider.dll then the scenario screen loads as normal. I have also tried removing all the entries from dll.xml and exe.xml except for fsinsider.dll entry and launched P3D from the desktop icon directly with a new prepar3D.cfg file and still I have no scenario screen until I disable fsinsider.dll entry. I have emailed Ben regarding this issue. Anyone else having this problem ? regards Tony

I ask this in order to give the correct number to the Atc for it gives me the right result. Hi! For those interested in FA announcements I found a few files that could be interesting. They need to be converted (from flac to wav) and edited (to remove the artificial silence).
