I can get MCE working OK on FS PC (P3Dv3) and PF3 working OK installed on a client PC, but MCE only sees the native ATC. How do I get MCE to see my PF3ATC? Regards.

I hope someone can help, I fly 70% offline and the remainder online with Vatsim, using Vpilot as connection software. How is it best to setup the PTT to cater for offline and online use with MCE while keeping the key press's the same, if that's possible. Regards Rob

Morning everyone, I downloaded the new version of MCE yesturday and I have just installed it. When I try and run it from the desktop icon all i get is the trial period has ended. I haven't even loaded it up to sim yet lol. Could someone give me and idea of how best to correct this please Regards Rob

Hello Gents Pleased to announce that starting from version 2.6.64, MCE fully supports Captain Sim L1011 Tristar. It's important to note that while David has done a very professional job with crew SOPs, you do not have to follow that. This is a fully interactive crew simulation, not a timer based one that dictates "when" you say something and "what" to say You could simply ignore your crew at times, ask FO to set a specific thing at other times. get the flight engineer to set the panel to a specific state with a single custom command etc... Hi all, I'm quite new to mce, I'm really impressed with it so far and looking forward to widen my experience with it. My favourite airliner has always been the Lockheed constellation, and I was hoping to get mce "connected" to the connie, although I'm not sure how that can be achieved.. I'm currently flying around with a freeware connie, as I've found the only payware version I could find, I think it's from just flight, rather disappointing.. Good Morning everyone I would like to ask a question on the flows and checkslists if I may! I generally fly the MJC400 and always start if from its normal turn around state, so basicly not from cold and dark. I have been reading through the manual that FS++ kindly posted a link too. I have been using FS2C and that lets me start the flows from the preflight checklists, which is the standard turn around condition. Is it also possible to do that with the MJC400 flows and check lists under MCE or do you have to always start the flow with the plane in C&D for it all to work correctly? P3dv3.1 - Windows10 - i7 - GTX970 - 16G After installing 2659, I've noticed some strange things. The observations listed below are evident on both Aerosoft A320X and Carenado C90GTX. MCE is loaded and Real Cockpit Crew Coordination - Talk To ATC Controllers - Sim User Interface Voice Control are the only three features set under the General tab. I just installed MCE into Win10 and clicking on the MCE start menu item expands a massive list of about 82 MCE items, flows, docs, commands, programs etc all mixed up in the one list. Shouldn't there be some sub-folder organisation here? Thanks, gb.

Hi, I have both FSX and FS9 co-existing happily on the same machine, and MCE is installed for FSX. Is there anyway to be able to install it to and use it with FS9 on the same box? I suspect not, but I'd be interested in a definitive answer. I don't believe it would breach the license terms since there would only be one instance in use at a time. Cheers, Andy

I'm looking for alternatives for VoxATC and want to use voice for aircraft control (like FS2C) and ATC. Just wondering, has anyone got MCE to work with RC4 and the Majesticsoftware Dash-8 ? MCE-RC4 connection works with any other Addon but not with the Dash-8. With other Addons I initially get greeted by the ramp coordinator, so GSX gets recognised as well. PTT works, I hear the noise. Everything gets recognized regarding RC4 phraseology. Not with the Dash-8. No ramp coordinator voice on startup of MCE. PTT button, no noise. No speech gets recognised at all. Voice commands like Option 1 and so on work normally. I can open the GSX menu manually. So it's just the GSX and ATC speech connection not working. If I change the frequency in the Dash-8 initially e.g. to…

Hey everyone. I'm new to Multicrew and was considering buying it. I like the looks of it, I'm interested in planes like the Coolsky DC-9 that FS2Crew isn't likely to do in the near future. I've used FS2Crew a ton, but like I said, I want voice control for planes that don't have the FS2Crew treatment. One thing that makes me hesitant about MCE is how despite using voicepacks, it still seems kind of unnatural and robotic. Is there a way I could have my friend record individual voice lines for events "Gear down, three green, etc", instead of the word-by-word way that MCE seems to do it? Thanks, -Mac

Hello again guys, Recently, i dealed another issue with MCE. Started normally and loaded also FS passengers.All the procedures and flight were normal. When i finished flight and tried to repair the aircraft via fs passengers menu fsx crashed. Tried 2nd time without MCE.On repair of aircraft fsx crashed once more. I uninstalled MCE to be sure that this is the problem and tried again. When i finished flight and proceed to repair the aircraft all working well. Kindly Assist, Regards, Dionysios

After loading a PMDG 737 aircraft I activate the MCE.. it seems to work fine with initial anouncements and then the start window comes up and I am able to start a check list.. However up in the top left hand corner in red I see the following Mce is currently looking a changes in the aircraft please wait. After patiently waiting for a extended amount of time I began to think that the program was freezing up but when I called for a checklist co pilot responded immediately.. the screen is locked so I can't change views or access menu line of FSX. Hello everybody, I face an issue when i hand over Native ATC communication to FO.Everytime when he tries to reply fsx crashes. Even if radio comms are on me and i say to FO reply to ATC again FSX crashes (atc.dll error) If i do the talking with ATC without involving FO everything is working smoothly. Another issue i face is with the PTT.Even if i press it and try to talk i do not receive any priority on ATC, so, AI planes can talk together with me at the same time,resulting in great loss of time.I can't acknowledge, i can't report anything e.g. i want to say "Athens Center Aegean one zero niner with you leaving 4000 climbing to 13000 " until i finish that…

I am looking for a voice command program in preparation for moving to Oculus Rift. I fly primarily helicopter and GA aircraft. I need a program that will allow voice control of the radios, navs, cockpit switches and knobs, and, the GPS. From reviewing the MCE website and the information on this forum it appears that MCE doesn't support helicopters and GA very much, particularly, when asking the Co-pilot to fly the aircraft. Using the Co-pilot to fly is of no interest to me, so, no problem. However, as stated above, I do need voice control over the cockpit functions. Hi, I installed the service pack SP1C for PMDG 777-300 ER today. I have noticed and issue, when I request engine start 1 and two (in sequence ofcourse...). FO will answer engine 1 failed to start, but indications are for normal start, and then when I request start for engine 2, he advises the engine is already started/running.... Just noticed it today after installing the service pack.... Are others encountering this issue as well ? or have I not setup currectly or flipped a switch ??? . I requested all the preflight, before start procedures etc..... Thanks Hari

I reinstall my windows,Radar contact and MCE, but I could not start the RC by saying open radar contact , as I used to I did activate the RC in the MCE and also checked the mce.ini, it is (UseRadarContact=1), and I try to run RC first after that MCE still does not work can anyone tell me to fix this problem .

RealAir installs the new Duke Turbine V2 outside of the main P3DV3 folders. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with this, but I get an error message when trying to run MCE with the Duke, that MCE cannot find any details concerning this aircraft and to contact the developer (or something to that effect). I'm hoping the solution has already been found... My environment: Windows 10 P3DV3.1 MCE 2.6.5.6 RealAir Duke Turbine V2 (latest for P3DV3)

Hi, I have MCE's copilot responding very accurately, but I've now resolved a sound problem with my networked PATC, and the voices of PATC's controllers and ATC chatter are causing my copilot to complain, and sometimes carry out procedures I haven't requested. After a period he goes off in a huff, and ignores all my commands. This is obviously caused by the stream of noise coming into my headset from PATC, not a problem within MCE, but I wondered if any one else had experienced this, and found a solution? Thanks, Jim
