Hi there, I have a strange issue that I cant seem to find an answer for anywhere. Yesterday I bought Pago Pago from FTX ( I already own: Global,Vector, Open LC Europe, England,Wales, Scotland, NZ, OZ and the pilots mesh that's compatible with FTX...) and during testing it out I fired it up at night (during the day its perfect and looks great) but at night the runway lighting is very very dim - in fact from a distance there does not appear to be any, only while on the ground can you see any lighting and to be fair it may just be the lights themselves and how they show up as an object. Ive never had any problems with P3D 2.5. My Beats head phones stop working so I bought a new run of the mill USB head set. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SP-037-RA&groupid=702&catid=1058 Had to stop using Realtek HD audio manger and used the software to set headphone up. All working fine. Hi everyone Has anyone had any problems trying to install any of the Aerosoft Airports into P3D I have a brand new vanilla installation of P3D v2.2 and then tried installing an airport As soon as I started the sim before it loaded the sim crashed with an error ...... The app error was BEX Thank goodness I created a restore point before installing the airport P3D is now working again If anyone knows of a fix or a workaround I'd appreciate it I am using the Migration Tool Also I am pretty sure the airports loaded in fine with V2.1 Thanks in advance :rolleyes:

I flew into KLAX yesterday landing on 25L and noticed there were no Papi lights. First time I have seen this at a major airport. I Googled the issue and found a few posts that also state that there are no Papi lights on those two runways. Has anyone else noticed this. All my other airports have working Papi lights so this is not a video card driver issue. This is also the P3D default scenery for KLAX

Hello my best friends in the world :rolleyes: I'm having some problems tuning the radio in the GTN 750 to hear the voices, this is happening in all my GTN Compatible aircraft, i tune the radio to the correct frequency but i don't hear anything, I have my proper Com 1 channel on and its not in stand by. I have played around with all the buttons but still nothing. I always have to hit the SCR LK button on my keyboard to bring up the Air Traffic control "big blue window" i then chose the one i want with my mouse and it works perfect i can hear the nice man and woman talk to me. Got Flight 1 GTN, but for world terrain coverage that comes with map on cd, you use up too much VAS So hoping gauges using P3d ground radar would be better perf cheers

Love my JustFlight Bae 146 and never bought quality Wings cause the JustFlight version has CABIN VIEWS!!!. ILL buy a flying white elephant if its got CABIN VIEWS!!!. for that I only tolerate PMDG due to systems. Unfortunately as well as installing all versions of simconnect in p3d->redist folder, nothing could be done to get JustFLFight 146 working for me in p3dv2.5, installed using latest version of migration tool. Anybody got JusTFlight 146 or Eaglesoft Citation working in P3D v2.5 please let me know cheers

ALL my Saitek products have been working just fine in all my previous versions of P3D but suddenly my Multi Instruments has stopped working and there is no "led text/lights" in my other panels. I run the Multi/Switch-panels through SPAD and it works just fine. Have NOT tried it via FSUIPC. Also my yoke/throttle quadrant/pedals work fine. Yes I took a copy of my exe.eml before I updated from 2.3 to 2.4. Yes I have checked that it points to the right Saitek driver libraries. Yes I have updated to the latest Saitek drivers. Yes I have watched the Frooglesim video on YouTube. Any ideeas? Jack the Swede in Spain

Hello I'm a user of both P3D V2 and X-Plane 10 . One of the many things that I liked about X-Plane 10 that I didn't find in FSX or P3D , is the way that the reverse throttles work . By default if you press Shift+ / , your throttle axis will be converted to a reverse axis . so you first Idle down , and then Shift+/ . then you'll have full control of the reversers . And that's kind of cool . I wonder if by using FSUIPC or any other ways , we can do something similar in P3D

Knowing the importance of having a well balanced system would a 4770k @ 4.5 GHz be enough to match an overclocked 980 Ti in PP3Dv2 or would the CPU hold the GPU back?

wouldn't it be very usefull if LM created an easy way of auto-save to avoid OOM's? For example the user gets a message saying that they are close to getting an OOM and the user can have an option to close the message or click save....now the saving part is important because everything needs to be reloaded they way it was before so addon developers need to update their aircraft so everything loads correctly (AEROSOFT have managed to do this with their A/C), after the flight is auto-saved the sim restarts....then prompts the user on wether they want to open the scenario menu or resume the flight, if the flight is resumed everything is loaded just like it is left. Hi! Im not really sure if i have a problem or not. But when i open the control panel the flight config, system and weight & balance works fine. But when im going to flight controls and engine controls the windows keeps flashing and its really annoying to look at. Why? And am i suppose to move my yoke, throttle or whatever and get a response in the panel? Because im getting none.. i can only change the values manually.

Hello guys, I have an i7 2600k for a few years now. In the beginning I started to overclock it and I thought I had it stable at 4,5ghz. So now and then I got a BSOD, maybe 1 per month or so. In the beginning not thinking about a faulty overclock because it worked before. This was all with FSX But the last time I get more and more BSOD's so I decided to set all the settings back to default. (Yes I made a backup) So now running P3D I do not get any BSOD's anymore. I tried my own overclock settings, even the POWERBOOST option in the BIOS so that it goes automatically. But still BSOD's with this. Before I went overclocking a few years ago I spent many hours re…

Hello to you all! I have recently purchased some FTX regions and have all the patches etc, I have also installed the latest libraries so everything should be up to date. I don't think the airfield grass is working properly, it just shows up as boxes but If i change the external camera angle slightly I can get the grass to be visible. These boxes are visible from quite high up too and it's pretty annoying. There is no difference when switching between regions, it's the same for all airfields in Na Blue / Gold and EU England. Help required regarding No Runway lights on default airports. Well im aware of the usual Nvidia driver issue that caused disappearance of these default and addon runway lights but this is something different. I upgraded to Nvidia 353 and the issue was fixed until recently when the lights disappeared again . I dont really remember what i did different that caused it , maybe adding rex 4 runway lights or anything , cant recall any drastic step nonetheless. Anyway ive literally tried everything but i am not getting the lights back...... All airports are suffering from the issue except the big ones from Aerosoft , Flytampa and Taxi2Gate. I'm considering buying it, but with its high price, i'd like to know some experiences everyone else has had with it. One thing that concerns me is how old it is, as its over 3 years, but i also know there's been updates to it. I very much enjoy the visual graphics of an add-on, but i also would like it accurate (knowing PMDG it shouldn't be a problem). I'm looking for a step up from the Aerosoft A320, and move into something more complex and I'm hoping this is it. Hello Everyone, I am talking about the migration tool, it seems like some people say yes it's safe to use and some people say no it's not a good idea. I have many many sceneries and I have been installing only those with P3D v 2.5 installers and leaving the others alone. I once had all my sceneries loaded by moving folders into the addon scenery folder but I had numerous crashes to desktop so I reinstalled P3D and all is working fine with just P3D v 2.5 installers. I realize that I have lots of scenery with no P3D v 2.5 installers and I wonder if I do ahead and use the migration manager will I have crashes to desktop?. A brief history - Around June 20th my computer froze up and I got the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with a Bad_Header_Pool crash. So I took it on to my computer guy. He cleaned things up, updated drivers etc and got the BSOD to clear. He did find that my hard drive was on its last legs, so I had him order one which was 3 days out. During the 3 days waiting for the new HD, I put about 10 HRS of flight time in with no problems…smooth ride…no crashes, freezing etc. I took my computer back to him and had the new HD installed.
