Hi there! I set up a set of views for the Aerosoft Airbus, and I deactivated the internal view system of the Airbus. Everything works fine, and I can zoom in and out on every inside and outside view, except for the 1st one, which is the pilot view. I tried reconfiguring this view a few times, but it just doesn't work. Might there be a problem with the cameradefinition within the aircraft.cfg, or the camera.cfg? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, I own several Elite simulation modules... They are certainly not cheap...however i do feel like the poor man when it comes to driver updates....they are sooooo slow...and to rub salt in the wound do not answer e mails... Anybody else have this issue or got their hardware woorking in v3? Dave xx

since p3d v3 has improved vas usage does that mean I no longer have to disable orbx and photoscenery areas that are not in use?

Real Environment Extreme (REX) released an update about 2 months ago. I am finally going to download the 7GB lump but how do I go about actually updating it? Do I just run the installer? Do I have to delete the old one? I don't want to face any licensing issues. Thank you

The title of this thread is the message that I am now getting regarding Ultimate Traffic 2 every time that I run P3D v3.1. I still get the "Ultimate Traffic 2 initialised" audio message just before this appears, but UT2 is no longer working. What could have caused this to happen? It was running perfectly before. It seems to have happened since I installed the JustFlight Canberra PR9, but since I installed this before running P3D this afternoon, it could just be a coincidence. I have performed a System Restore to before this product was installed, but the same message keeps appearing. Any ideas?

I have been reading about steps needed to get my hardware working in P3D. I have a Jetmax 737TQ, PFC Yoke and rudder pedals. Wanting to set it all up from within fsuipc and from what I read it says to delete all the assignments/axis's for those from within P3D controls menu. So I go into that menu and see the 3 aforementioned hardware pieces and a mouse look and mouse yoke. That's it. I see no keyboard in the drop down menu even though my wireless keyboard works just fine with the various keyboard shortcuts. So I delete all the assignments and axis's as instructed. I noticed that when I delete an assignment for one, it deletes it from all the hardware, not just that one w…

Anybody had an issue with GSX where it fails to initialise audio device? I've got no sound from GSX. When I go into the sound settings my USB headphones aren't listed on the drop down menu. Instead it says "has failed to initialise audio device". I've installed the Realtek sound drivers from the motherboard disk and headphone drivers but still no luck. The USB headphones in question are the Sennheiser PC323D headphones. They work with other applications fine such as TeamSpeak so Windows is recognising them as a device. I can also hear the sound of the sim through my headphones fine. I've gone into the P3D sound settings and set the correct playback and recording devic…

I have an issue with jetways from Drzewiecki Design. I contacted the company, and I was asked what version of SODE I have. 1) How do I check what version I have? In any case, it seems I am supposed to have the latest version, so I nonetheless tried to install a new one. I am told I have to uninstall the old version, but, 2) How do I uninstall my current version of SODE? I don't have it in my program files, and in the P3D directory, I see a SODE folder, but no uninstall .exe files. I still went on some website to at least download SODE (http://sode.12bpilot.ch/) but when I download the file, windows is preventing me from running the installer because it's unverified (I…

I have looked around the forums and with P3D it seems there is not a consensus for running with frames limited or unlimited. I have a 60hz TV that cannot be reduced to 30hz. I currently have internal frames locked at 30 with vsync off. I have only added TextureMaxLoad=30 and changed TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=160 (from the default of 30). I have an i7 6700k and a 980Ti 6gb card. From what I am gathering, I only need vsnyc if I am running unlimited frames? I am also under the impression that the TextureMaxLoad=30 entry only works when frames are limited. As well I understand it that with my TV at 60hz, unless I can get frames consistently above 60 then it's not worth running u…

Hello, I have a question regarding this Pilot's FS Global 2010, recently I have installed this along with FTX Gobal, Vector and LC Europe, but I don´t know why it is also installed in folder temp of my user account, this is very annoying because if you think this program is then installed "twice" taking a lot of SSD disk space. thanks in advance !!!

Do you really want to install some add-on hubs on top of the existing ones in SCA? I'm just wondering why? ORBX SCA is very detailed and very heavy on FPS already on any machine. Up until recently, I had no issues with textures. Now, all of a sudden, I am getting them. I asked about it on the ORBX forum, and they advised to "remove jobscheduler affinity mask" in the p3d.cfg file. Can anyone tell me what this jobscheduler affinity mask do? how is it vital to my simulator, and what is going to happen if I remove it? How do I remove it anyway (change a value, delete the line altogether?) It seems relevant to say that I have an i7 hyperthreaded quad core CPU. Thanks you all!

i haven't touched my p3d, fsx se, xp10, dcs, etc. in almost a year and thousands of dollars worth of addons all collecting dust. Yesterday i downloaded/installed p3dv3 plus some FlyTampa/Flight1 goodies and it blew my mind. Runs great, looks great, smells great and tastes great :smile: Keep it up LM

Hey guys, so I have finally switched the sim to P3D V3.2 and updated my EVGA 670GTX 2GB to an EVGA 980Ti Hybrid Gaming Watercooled unit 6GB. The switch from FSX to P3D alone was pretty awesome, now this card makes it even better. My question is though, I am attaining atleast 30FPS all the time but still get a microstutter, skip, or short pause, sometimes in rapid succession. The Sim is on an SSD, the CPU is a Core i7 at 4.7Ghz, I am running 3 projectors via Nthusim blending, total resolution 3840X1024. I have tried, Vsync On, Triple buffering, Vsync Off, FPS unlimited, FPS 30-35, Different setups in NVI or NVCP, and P3D.cfg and shader rebuild, can anyone point me in t…

Hello A recent convert to P3D v3.2. So Far so good, quite impressive. One small problem with the AS airbus, the preset panel views F9,F10,F11 and F12 are not zoomable as in FSX. No idea why this should be. It seems Aerosoft are as well as I have not had a reply. Yes, there are plenty of other views that are zoomable but they are not as convenient.

When taking off from 16R @ KVNY using the freeware pack airport scenery, I get a 2-3 second freeze mid-field, every time. It happened in P3D 2.5, 3.1 and now 3.2. Settings all to the left make no difference. 34L and R have no problem. I don't have this issue at any other locations that I've been to, several hundred airports at least in the U.S. Anyone else notice this?

Im finally to the point where i think i might consider getting an SSD drive that will hold all the addons/scenery/program files for p3d (i have all that on a dedicated 7200 rpm drive now).. I run the OS on another 7200 rpm drive.. What i'm wondering is if anyone has any hard stats on the change going from 7200 standard to ssd.. Did you go SSD on both the OS and the P3D drive (2 ssd's?).. Ideally looking for info on those running the OS on a standard drive and the p3d on an SSD. Case example.. just off hand.. say in one scenerio with everything checked in Scenery.cfg.. it may take 8 minutes to load.. would simply replacing that P3D drive with an SSD (thinki…

So, I' coming from FSX. My old rig died and upgraded to a new computer and chose to go with P3D v 3.2. My new computer which I am still installing scenery, etc... in has the following spec's: Intel Core i7 6700K Quad Core CPU (4.6GHz Overclock), ASRock Z170 OC Formula, 64GB DDR4 SDRAM 2666MHz, single drive 2TB Samsung 850 Pro SSD and a 6GB Nvidia GTX 980Ti (by the way those guys at Jetline Systems are the best). Hi Everyone, I am about to re-populate my P3D3 with all of my ORBX/FTX products but as I have just performed that exact task with FSX Steam product, I'm noticing a few instances of old FTX Central installations, appearing on my desktop. FTX Central 2 appears, as well. Does this activity affect the accuracy of the installation in any way? Yes, I am aware I should install the latest version and have done so.
