Is it possible to increase the roll response? Edit some numbers? I do not have FSUIPC. I have it at full sensitivity and zero null zone and still too slow. PFC Yoke.

Have used downloads from Logitech but none will work in p3dv4 any help please.

Captains, Just informing the P3D V4 world that RAAS is now available for P3D v4. RAAS was re-compiled as a 64 bit app and it now supports P3D v4 at a native level. Important: If you own a non-P3D V4 version of RAAS (namely, the old 32 bit version), do NOT try to install it into P3D v4. It will not work, and it will cause P3D v4 not to load. I'm sure someone is going to try installing the 32 bit version of RAAS into P3D V4, so just letting you know now what you can expect! More info on RAAS 64 bits can be found in the FS2Crew forum. Hello guys, Over the course of a few week I bought a certain amount of addons for my P3D V4 setup. A lot of those are airport sceneries and a few high fidelity airplane addons, like PMDG 747 and 777. I also looked into the affinitymask setting, after testing around I noticed performance issues with a certain AM. I am aware this settings works out differently on every system. For some it may work, for others it does not. What I noticed is that using AM=252 my sim CTD's after 2 hours flight, without an error. Hi: Now that a new version of the SODE module (v1.5.2) has been released, and according to the changes included in this version, SODE is now installing following the LM suggested procedure for installing addons in P3Dv3.4 and P3Dv4. Taking this into account: 1. Which is the detailed correct procedure for updating a existing SODE installation to v1.5.2 in P3Dv3.4?. I fear the SODE manual is not covering this procedure in detail (it only refers to running the .msi installer and then register it into the simulator version). I'm scratching my head about this. I have both V3 & V4 installed on this system I have MT6 in it's own location and I've installed it in both V3 & V4 - settings are the same - about 25% Start V3 my default flight at KBUR - about 6 Southwest 737 AI at the gates next to me. Shut down V3 Start V4 - same default - same time - anywhere from 0 -2 Southwest 737 next to me. I'm seeing AI in v4 just not as many as in v3 with the same settings Any thoughts? Vic

But it would be cool, for instance you get cleared to taxi, say yssy rwy 34L via golf alpha 34L Now say you have gsx and you had the option to type this in and you have the guidence line to follow. Hi all, be gentle now! I'm new to p3d and the QOTS but have been FSX'ing for what seems like century's. I have an i7 6400 running at 4.5 and 32gb of Memory. Graphics is an MSI 980ti. running 382.53 WHQL Software running is P3dv4 and I have the ORBX suite of Global and LC as well as all the regions. I also have Pilots Global ultimate next gen mesh. Sitting on the tarmac at EGKK all looks good out of the window and as you can see from the first screen shot all looks good from outside as well and I have a reasonable frame rate with no stutters. After about 15 - 20 minutes of flying however the view out of the window becomes less pleasing (2nd screenshot) wit…

I went ahead and bought the Feelthere Ejets V2 after reading that people successfully installed it into P3D v3. The issue is, my panel looks like the attached image. The FAQ at Feelthere says it's a faulty install of SP1/2 in FSX, but obviously that's not helpful for me. Is there some installation trick that I don't know about to get it to work? I've read many times on the forum that people have got it to work just fine. The installer initially pointed to the normal FSX default folder so I tried pointing it to P3D and that didn't work.

I'm new to P3D v4. Can I use Navigraph AIRAC to update navigation database for default airplanes or other GA airplanes. As far as I know, Boeing and Airbus aircraft use their own navigation equipment (databases) which isn't related to P3D nav data. thanks

I have been away from flightsimming for a couple of years, but I am planning to return shortly. My own experience is from the FSX days. I never tried Prepar3d, but I would really like to kickstart my old hobby again, reading all the good stories about version 4. In FSX I had a lot of addons to try and make my simming experience as real as possible. I used FS Global for mesh, ultimate terrain for realistic scenery, REX for weather, and ofcourse the whole PMDG line as my favourite airplanes. Installed V4, ran it, looks great. Ran the brand new A2A C172 P3DV4 installer, launched sim, aircraft wasn't there. Discovered on A2A forum that I need to edit the add-on.cfg file found at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 add-on.cfg does not exist in that folder. What now? Thanks.

I'm currently having a great time trying out the fully new and improved P3DV4. I did my first full flight start to finish from SFO to MSP in the PMDG 747 using flightbeams airports and FTX global scenery. The experience is the best I've ever had, no blurries, no stutters and no dings. But my 6700k CPU usage sat around 70% or more and my TXp GPU sat around the same although it had peaked at 100% at some point. CPU Core 1 seems to cop it the most where as core 2 gets very little use. Im not going to tweak anything because I think LM's got everything running pretty sweet in V4. But I do wonder how long my computer is going survive this torture??? Especially w…

Hello all. I did not find a lot of up to date info via a search, so wanted to start a new thread. Personally, the only thing I am now missing from my sim is AI traffic. And it does not seem any of the developers of AI traffic software are in much of a hurry to get this issues addressed. For me, flying in an empty world is not all that great. Doable? Sure. But when you land at KATL and you are the only aircraft on the field, it reminds me why I am not heavily invested in XP11. So what's the latest scoop? Hi all, I do not know if you noticed. But P3D V4 is annoyingly resetting the cloud draw distance to a fixed max of 100nmi. I have ASP4 and have set CDD to 250 nm. However, P3D V4 overrides this! Is there a solution to stop this resetting?

I'm not sure if this is needed in 64-bit P3D v4 anymore. After performing a flight in heavies such as the PMDG 747/777, is it necessary to shutdown the sim entirely and relaunch it before starting a new flight? Or can I simply just start a new flight?

I am trying to decide in buying a GTX 1080 (8GB) or a GTX 1080 Ti (11GB) video card. Since I don't plan on using a 4K TV, my question is: will the extra 3GB of the GTX 1080 Ti video card benefit performance with P3D V4? If so, it is a no-brainer to spend the extra money on the Ti board. Thank You.

Hi Gents, and Ladies, I feel like it's almost time to make the move to the 64bit Prepared, but I'm having a hard time turning loose of $200 for the base sim, especially since it seems/looks (to me, and I know I know nothing) like only a beefed up FSX. So, if any of you would be so patient and kind as to point me toward a good, trustworthy review or thread that proves that it's worth the expense, I would really, really appreciate it.
