Is it possible to have these two running happily with one another? I would like to use the Orbx AI traffic for the Oceanic region and use mytraffic for others. Is it possible to disable mytraffic AI for Australia + New Zealand? Thank you.

For those that already own EGLL or EGCC like me, Gary has updated the installers so that they can install in P3Dv4. I recommend that you head over to the UK2000 Forum and see if what you own is updated. He will not sell V4 until all sceneries are converted. I only found out because I went out and checked. I have loaded EGLL and EGCC not all of his usual features are there but it works and I find it good enough until the next upgrade cycle.

Hey, everytime I turn on the autosave interval for 5 mins it starts freezing and sometimes even the fsuipc closes and I guess something happens to simconnect. I am using P3D v4 , if anyone knows how to solve this please do assist me. I don't want to fly long flights then get CTD and start over again. Thanks

Please take note that recent buyers of RealATC special edit for Pro-ATC/X are still waiting for receiving the files links for the downloads, after having paid 9.95 US$ trough PayPal to its author Ralph Zimmerman. This is happening since mid-June 2017 I believe. All the e-mails sent to the address indicated by the seller return back with messages about the inbox being full. Additionally the indicated phone number in the US no longer works and apparently there's no other way to communicate with Mr. Zimmerman. Does anyone have any experience with setting up the Warthog correctly with the 717? I have the registered version of FSUIPC 5 for v4 and I think I deactivated all of the P3D axis controls. However, when I try to set it up in FSUIPC, when I get back to the sim, the throttle seems to activate revers thrust first and then when I advance the throttles more, throttle 1 and throttle 2 don't advance in synch even though they are linked on the throttle itself. Can anyone point me in the right direction with some steps to fix this? Thanks!1

Hi, I sometimes need to mute or increase/decrease my sound Volume and was hoping that FSUIPC or simular could do the trick ? A hotkey or ? Maybe Windows 10 allready is on for this? Thanks Michael Moe

In this forum post below it is listed as unreleased for P3D v4. However, I have seen other sources saying that it's released, it works, and I've seen a youtube video showing this. I'm proceeding cautiously only installing known good/certified/tested add-ons for P3D v4. I'm curious if maybe the thread below hasn't been updated for TAXI2GATE KSEA. Thank you in advance.

Was just Great but now after the "Ultimate traffic...initialized" message there are two error messages: "Error loading aircraft assignments, Index was out of range must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection Parameter name- Index" then: "Error loading Aircraft Assignments. Invalid Argument= Value of '0' is not valid for "selected index" Parameter name: SelectedIndex " Anyone know how I can fix this? Neal Howard

When i install Ut2 Live my Gsx Bar disappers. And whe i remove it the gsx Bar comes back. Somone no whats rong?

Being new to P3Dv4 (a refugee from FSX), I'm looking to make my sim look and feel as realistic as possible. I've scoured these forums looking for reviews, and have found them quite helpful. But there's a lot of forums and a lot of opinions. So I pose this question: Assume your system is up to spec, and you have money to burn. Besides aircraft, what add-ons would you get (scenery, weather, ATC, and AI mainly but I won't hate you if you give me other ideas) to optimize the look and feel of your sim? Looking for results over value. Thanks in advance!!

I have Flightbeam KMSP and still have default RW signs present. I have posted on their forum but have gotten no help. Is there a way to turn off the default RW signs bgl files in p3d V4?

Does anyone know why some of my airport runway textures look like the attached photo. I only see it on some of the default scenery. Is this a result of Rex 4 or Airport HD?

Hey, Quick question, anyone know if it's possible to completely disable the 3D preview of the planes when setting up a scenario? I find it unnecessary but main issue is when using ReShade, it's treated as a sim window, thus you need to wait for the shaders to load each time it's presented to you. That window is also the reason why you can't use the MagicBloom shader, as it'll crash. So I was just wondering if there's a method of disabling it?

Hi everyone, I just upgraded from a GTX 1060 to 1080 and I'm surprised that performance is just slightly better in v4. I was wondering if anyone else in here made a similar switch with similar results. I DON'T WANT THIS TO BE ABOUT TWEAKING or turning off settings. Rather, I just am curious to know if making the upgrade was worth it, by people who have made a similar move. I'm using the 382.33 drivers (.53 didn't seem to agree with my system so much), and you can see my specs in the signature. I have sliders almost to the right, which I had with the 1060 as well, and performance wasn't that bad except at KATL and DFW. I thought for sure I could eek out a few mo…

Quite a number of my Carenado/Alabeo P3D v3 aircraft came from the FSS. There have been 2 sets of v4 from Carenado & 3 sets from Alabeo so far. I D/loaded several of these aircraft from FSS tonight & got the Seneca going, with the AP a bit wonky, but the Waco had a fractured cockpit in an interior view. My query is - has anyone got Carenado/Alabeo V4 files from FSS that work? & if so, which aircraft? Thanks T45

Hi all, just wanting a santiy check here. Specs 6700k @4.5 GTX980ti 16GB ddr4 ram, SSD. Now we're all talking about how much dynamic lights destroys FPS which I can relate to, partiucularly in the 747. Not so bad in the 777 but what I have noticed is that for example, uk2000 egll, dynamic lighting on at night: The fps decreases 10-30% but there is a notable 'lag' introduced, even at 35fps there is a hang time between moving my virtual head around using Chaseplane for example so I don't think it is a just an FPS problem but something deeper. Thoughts ?

I have FTX Global + NA OpenlC + HD Trees installed through FTX Central for my P3D v4. However the library does not seem to have these listed, or maybe it does and I don't recognize it. The sim does look like it is loaded. I am trying to track some performance issues and I want to make sure that the scenery order is correct. Thanks for any help.

Hi all, I just completed an I9-7900x build and was able to get it running last night. So far I haven't done all the benchmarks, tests, tweaking etc, but have managed to install P3dv4 with PMDG 777/747 along with FTX Global, openLC NA/Europe and several of the regions (NC,SC, PNW etc), just to see how this thing initially performs. Since this is the first time I am using P3dv4 (I did use P3dv3 prior), I am not sure what seems to be a "good" frame rate you all are getting with v4. So far in the limited flying, on all sliders to the right, no road or air traffic at all, I am getting almost 60 fps on the PMDG 777 in the default airport, high 30's to low 40's in SFO …

Have been away from the sim for 6 months and Im still on central v2. how do I get v3 ? Also I manually downloaded the latest library but I dont see "install from my manually downloaded zip" option. thanks

I watch with interest the diferent variations in Prepar3D over the last years. As someone who is stuck in FSX - and doesn't have the cash to update - perhaps someone could indicate the cost of each update and the total amount that you have paid since Prepar3d came along. Cheers Malcolm Wright
