Hi guys Is this normal behaviour? When I pan around the light source changes from light to dark. I use Ezdok but the video demonstrates the same change of light in the Locked Spot view as well. At first I thought it was a configuration issue with PTA but I have reverted back to default setup in this regard but the problem persists. The time in the sim is about 19:30GMT if that makes any difference. I've not done extensive testing during different parts of the day to see if I can isolate the issue yet. Any ideas? Cheers

Hi Folks, I am trying to find the Repaints of the Xtreme Bizjet GLJ Learjet 25D, by Warbirds, I have searched throughout the internet and Simulator sites to No avail. Hi guys, Somehow my installed sceneries aren't really prioritized correctly, when trying to change this with the ingame scenery list, it wont let me(xml addons?). So my solution was to use the freee addon organizer tool. This works fine when launching the game the first time, after that, it's back to old state. Some sceneries such as FlyTampa EHAM or FSDT JFK have wrong priorities. Perhaps I have to adjust these manually somewhere? Any ideas?

I am looking to buy a 38 inch widescreen monitor on which to run my P3D v4.1. There are so many out there to choose from and I am wondering whether anyone who has one of these monitors which they can recommend to me. I have a GTX 1080 graphics card. It seems like an update to 4.4 (from 4.3) needs to finally be done, and I'm wondering if anyone sees any red flags or if you know of special procedures that are needed with the following addons: UTL ASP4 ProATCX PMDG Stuff QW Stuff ORBX Stuff - no vector, but regions and scenery PTA (I know there is an update for this) Addon Organizer REX Sky Force Envdir FSUIPC SODE Lots of popular scenery (yes, I know, very vague but FSDT, FT, IS, FB and lots of other stuff) Thanks!

So I have been thinking about installing some freeware airports. I am trying to install an airport for Shenzen but I don't even see an entry for the airport in default P3D V4. Am I missing something or does that airport not exist in the game. I have some ai flightplans for the airlines that fly there but they never land, they just fly around and around. Again, not a problem but something I am curious about.

Hi all, I'm at my wits end with an issue - have searched everywhere to no avail, so I figure someone here can help: When I am flying in P3D, my internet stops working. After about 10 seconds in an aircraft in-game the internet completely cuts out on all apps - Google Chrome, IE, and any add-on within the game. Everything. However, as soon as I go into any P3D menu (aircraft, options, whatever) that takes me out of the in-game environment, the internet comes back within about 3 seconds. Just boom, back. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that a new version of Live ATC Chatter is coming soon. If you like to listen to ATC Chatter via the browser, this utility allows you to create a few streams and use the radio to access the streams while in flight by typing the chosen frequency. You can certainly do this with your browser, but this method saves time and is more efficient.

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has tried the new ENVTEX clouds released in SP2? I have been using ASCA clouds for awhile now, and am wondering if it is worth trying the new ENVTEX clouds? If so, is there a particular set with ASCA integration that you would recommend?

Is there any way to change the color/colour of the progressive taxi arrows to red from yellow. The yellow blends into the snow and is hard for this old man to see. Jim

My PC equipped with Windows 10 Pro, Intell 32GB Optane and a 2TB drive had P3D v4.3 installed in a separate partition together with a lot of extras. A few days ago my Windows 10 Pro got corrupted and I was forced to do a clean reinstall ofWin 10. My question is: P3D was on a separate partition so it's still complete, can I salvage any of that installation, or do I have to reinstall it all again? I guess, if I do, I might as well go for the ver 4.4. and reinstall all of the ORBX and other add-ons and start from scratch. I know it will take a long time to reinstall everything, that's why I'm asking if anything can be salvaged from the previous install. I also had FSX-…

So, I was planning a flight to PACSIM Manila on P3Dv4. I manually installed all the airlines flying to and from Manila and when I was set to start, I loaded up the scenery and I noticed that I had NO AI traffic on ground and just ONE airplane flying. At first, I thought it might be a problem with the traffic files, so I loaded up another scenery, Melbourne, but everything worked, even the airlines flying to Manila. Then I tried another scenery in the Philippines and, to my surprise, NO Traffic again. Hello I recently bought the quality wings 787 for p3d v4.4 I do everything I’m supposed to and enter in the flight plan. During the flight no TOD shows up of the ND and I have to decent manually any fixes to the TOD show up ?

I'm moving right along with my repaint education. I'm starting out with smaller aircraft and will work my way up. Anyway, I hang out a lot at KSEA and over at the South ramp, there's always several Embraer 175s using the Compass airline. I cannot find a Compass airline anywhere in UTL to assign an Alaska/Horizon repaint to. I've even looked behind the refrigerator. I recently joined iRacing and have found that if I try to use P3Dv4.4 after I use iRacing's software, I end up with a black screen after the scenario loads. I do a computer reset in between using iRacing and P3Dv4.4 The first time this happened I went in and deleted my Shaders under my APP DATA folders and P3Dv4.4 loaded from a black screen within 15 seconds when the scenario loaded. The next time I tried to use P3Dv4 after iRacing I deleted my shaders and did a computer reboot before launching P3Dv4. This time I had a black screen again after the sce…

Hello, I found out how to get the MCP-747 run under a 64 bit sytem with P3D V4. You cannot install the USB driver for the MCP under 64 bit system. If you will install a seriell RS232 card with 9 pin connector and plug in the MCP with a 9 pin cable, then the MCP works very fine.

So I found this thread and I still cannot get FSUIPC to show me my landing rate. I even added this [LuaFiles] 1=ipcReady Do my FSUIPC.ini file I don't get it

Recently purchased the qualitywings 787. Great bird, however I'm unable to get the MCP text and glareshield to illuminate. Tried spinning the glareshield knobs with the master light button on, no luck. All the other cockpit lights work fine. Any ideas? I'm using v1.1.2a, and P3Dv4.2. Thanks
