Hi Whenever I update I end up having to reassign my custom keyboard commands, buttons and whatnot. What do I need to backup so that I can get everything back? I have intentionally stripped P3D of most of the default commands and use a Logitech G13 keypad to control views. It is kind of a pain to redo everything.

In case you didn't notice this one, High Res textures for the P3DV4 version of the iFly 737 NG are now available. Hopefully this means the 747-8 update to the 747-400 is not too far off now, since that is supposedly being released in the next six weeks or so, and apart from the other private project the developers are working on, they did say that their 747-8 was the one they'd push out right after they'd got this souped up texture set out for the 737. After that, they'll be working on their 737 MAX, but don't hold your breath for that one, it's scheduled for a 2020 release. Hello, I have a weird problem with Taxi2Gate EDDM in Prepar3D v4.4 For whatever reason, the Buildings of the Default Airport seems to overlap with the Addon. The Airport is at the Top of the Scenery Addons, in the following order. 1. EDDM-LC-ELV 2. EDDM 3. EDDM-TERRAIN I've already re-installed the Airport and ran the FTX Vector Elevation correction Tool. However, the issue persists. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks!

Do any of you folks with both x-plane and P3d have any comments? Or has anyone tried it? I'm also wondering if this integrates with ASP4 and ASCA and how it compares with Envtex. And... much more. Evening All, I've just completed a fresh re-install of P3D after re-installing my OS. However, after loading into P3D I have discovered I cannot see the Virtual Cockpit option or any outside views such as Sport view. I haven't changed any settings in the CFG yet. I've tried numerous aircraft with the same result. I've also tried deleting the CFG, but to no avail. Any ideas apart from re-installing again which I would like to avoid? Hi, I trying to store a simple value in a local variable in the following Lua code. the code: !Lua -- get the L:var value local val = varget("L:myVar","Number") val = val + 1 -- store value in L:var varset("L:myVar","Number",val) This code is used for material scripting (P3D v4.2) but it's seems doesn't work. Is it possible to store a new value in a local variable and re-read it at each execution of this code? Thanks by advance.

Anybody running the Imaginesim KATL Atlanta airport scenery...?? I've toyed with the idea of getting it for a while, but because of the sheer size of the airport and it's environs I fear it's a gruesome performance hog. I'd be curious to hear from anyone who has it installed, your system specs, and what kind of performance you get. Thanks in advance.

After a reinstall of P3D.v4 my Hotas 4 joystick throttle slider is a) reversed, b) innactive. Any ideas?

I've noticed since V4 that I can not hear any radio communication in the aircraft until the wheels leave the ground. It doesn't matter what A/C or what Airport I use, I can not hear, for instance, ASOS WX, until the exact second that the wheels leave the runway, then I hear the radio loud and clear.

I just landed in jacksonhole, but none of the scenery textures loaded, just a blurry mess, i need to reload my position to get the scenery back to normal, any fixes?

Hi I would be grateful for help / suggestions. Cross-posted in flightsimlabs forum. I was suffering from NTDLL.dll and Terrain.dll crashes all of a sudden and read the Crash to Desktop guide. I updated my drivers through Driver Booster and now I can only changed speed manually in the FSLabs A3XX in units of four eg by +/- 4 knots, 400 or 4000 feet. I re-installed the P3D V4.4 client and the aircraft but the problem remains. No obvious changes in Win 10 or P3D setup either. Any ideas? Many thanks Stewart

Hello, My previous version was V4.3. It worked fine I was very pleased with the photoscenery rendition (Megascenery). I've upgraded to V4.4 using the client installer. Now I am getting awful textures with photoscenery and with default scenery. Everything looks awfully whitish. I have not changed any settings. It is a disaster. Any idea? THX

Hi simmers, Last night I updated to Windows 10 Fall Creator Update 1709 (from an up-to-date 1703) and ever since my FPS in P3Dv4.1 are 50% lower than what they were on Windows 1703. I tried to solve the issue by removing the current Nvidia drivers (385.28) using DDU in safe mode, and installing the latest available version (388.13) but the result is the same. I even tried a fresh re-install of drivers 385.28 and still no improvement. Doing a google search reveals a few posts outside the Avsim forums talking about that problem with other games, but none that offers any real solution (apart from suggesting to update the video drivers). Yesterday my P3D installation messed up in the way it is stuck in very low FPS, we are talking about as low as 0.6 frames per second. No matter what I have done to remedy the issue it is stuck in crappy frames and I've tried everything. It lags on the ground but as soon as I pause the sim my fps returns to normal. It also lags as soon as I take off and start flying.This started after I installed the FSLabs A319 latest version for P3D v4, I was doing preflight when all of the sudden my framerate dropped to 3-4. I tried to wait it out but then it kept going, then I restarted my sim but it still lagged now it was down between 1-2 frames now. With this framerate it is unplaya…

Any idea which sceneries by Mr. Ansari are working fine in v4? I saw Fort Wayne and Richmond were for P3D, just don't see whether they're for v4 or not?

Hello all, I'm really enjoying this aircraft, but have yet to figure out how to make the co-pilot feature work. I have the interphone on and am in a cold and dark state. When I hit Shift F7 I see the Checklists window pop up that should activate Ernie. I turn on Copilot Help and Captain Voice, but when I "click here to start" I don't hear anything. Anyone run across this problem yet? I'm not finding much on any forum/support site. Does it have something to do with my plane not loading cold and dark? I can't figure out how to do this also. I do not see hot air jet of the motor like X-Plane 11. And no third party programs. Is this difficult for realizing ? it's really beautiful effect !

Hello team! I've been eyeballing streaming lately and have set out to attempt to start a channel of my own, but I need some help regarding StreamLabs OBS. I've done a few test streams and it appears that my in-sim FPS are high (usually 40's-60's), but the stream on the other end drops to 2-9FPS every so often. At times the streams is at the high FPS I have in my sim, but then it'll drop under 10FPS. After some investigation I saw the FPS drop whenever my GPU usage goes above 90%, I assume that's the issue right there. When starting P3D v4.4 after updating v4.4 from 4.3 Client and content, I get the following Message: "Vehicle initialization has failed for: F-22 Raptor-525th Fighter Squadron. Hi Guys Im looking for some advice on what would be the best way in graphic cards for P3DV4 I have recently built a new computer having my old one being a bit dated so im using the Aorus X470 motherboard with the Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7GHZ Processor 750 watt power supply with patriot signature 16gb DDR4 ram and my graphics card being the NVIDIA Geforce GTX1060 3GB. Im using my Oculus rift CV1 for my flying along with flyinside and the oculus tray tool. My question is this I am thinking of purchasing a Nvidia GTX1070 8gb so in a couple of months I can buy another one to run alongside it or would I be better just buying a GTX1080ti ?

For as long as I can remember, rightly or wrongly, I have been flying with HT on with an AM setting of 85. I had no reason to turn it off, because everyone says running with HT on will utilise all cores and be more efficient and that has always been my understanding. Since installing v4.4 client I have never been very happy with things, particularly in the area of smoothness.
