I have the paid version of fsuipc 5 along with the thrustmaster warthog hotas throttle. For whatever reason, I can only get the engine to recognize one engine when pushing the lever forward. In order to get both, I need to push the axis on my t.1600 stick. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this, it was never an issue in v3. I'm not too savoy in fsuipc so any solid details would be appreciated. Thanks

When I load P3D in night setting my airplane is hopping up en down and forward. In daytime no problem. I use the latest version P3D 4.5.13.32097. Anyone knowing a solution?

Greetings. I have notice that launching modules like Virtual Avionics VA Interface to use their iPad FMC and MCP /EFIC panels, and JetMax COMM/NAV and XPNDR panels causing issues, specifically when I start P3D and these two modules my computer mouse freezes up badly and the sim become completely unusable. If I terminate those two modules then everything reverts back to normal. I thought that the latest hotfix could cause issues but the developers said it was unlikely. Does anybody use any of these modules and also having such issue like PC mouse freezes up? I cannot figure what is going on. Thanks

Hello! I have been flying airliners for years and now I decided to try some GA / business flying. I found out that I need a payware GPS because default GPS and Universal FMS in Carenado planes are very basic and I need a reliable GPS for flying on IVAO network. I am in a flight school and I need a GPS because RNAV is required in Europe for IFR flying. There are two companies that are selling GPS addons - RealityXP and Flight 1. I have no idea how this GPS integration works with simulator because I am used to airliners FMS. For example, Carenado's Cessna Citation S550 has a Flight 1 GTN 750 integration. So I've been experimenting with using a target frame rate in P3D. And found some interesting results. I've running Vsync @ 30 Hz for a smooth 30 fps meaning no mattter the target frame rate I'll always be @ 30 fps. With the target framerate set to 30 core zero use hovers @ the 90 to 100% mark, mostly it is mid to high 90s. If I increase the target frame rate by 1 i.e. 31 fps, core zero use drops to 50 to 60% use. Frame rate is still a smooth 30 due to the use of Vsync, in fact it's smoother as with the target set to 30 there tended to be the occasional drop slightly below the vsync rate whihc causes a jarring. I have the Milviz Talon but after a bit of toying around, I realized that I should be looking for something a bit slower. I am just starting out with it and want to take it slow to begin. For some other reasons I checked my Program Data dll.xml and realized that the REX EF entry is gone. Is it possible that the latest update of REX EF did remove its own dll.xml entry?

I have been having an issue for some time now with p3dv4.5, when i depart Heathrow i have a solid 25 -30 fps and the scenery looks good. By the time i pass 10,000ft the autogen is gone and the same problem when i land, no buildings or trees. I have ny fps locked at 30 and all my autogen sliders set to max, i have tried different levels in the sliders with no effect. Can anyone recommend a setting to use with my current setup. So my hardware is i7 4790 3.60ghz 16gb Ram Gtx 1070 Installed on external hard drive 3.0

Hello guys. I'm using p3d v4 above and some addons. Also using fs2crew ugcx v1.2, gsx v2 and Saitek rudder. When i'm taxiing after using ugcx, the rudder rotates in one direction. For example, the pushback turns to the left side (cockpit direction is right,tail direction is left). When I raise my throttle, the aircraft rotates to the right side. So, I kick the rudder to the left side constantly. The procedure of engine start and after engine start is no proble. Because I learned the B737 procedure from a real captain. I tested taxiing without using ugcx. But there is no problem. Also tested gsx v2, no problem. I …

What gains are to be expected in going from 8gb to 11gb VRAM 1080 card? Will texture loading improve? What about stutters when to Vram is maxed and the sim has to swap to system ram and CPU cycles? Does general FPS increase with high texture settings and LOD? What have you all found? Looking to upgrade my GPU on next price drop! Thanks! .

I guess I've never thought to do this before.... I mainly fly PMDG 777/747 and QW787. I want to be able to save it so when I start a flight, the aircraft has the apu running, engines shutdown, nav lights on, etc etc etc. How can I make this happen?

How big is your P3d folder? I was amazed to find out the mine is 368 gigabytes! With a 500 GB Solid State drive, I'm getting a little nervous. I have to admit I have a large airplane stable, and I should delete some of those that I don't use. How big is yours? Stan

Hello all! I am assuming all three of these products should work in harmony. Does anyone have any experience using them together and if so, does it make much of a difference than just using Envshade as the shader manipulator.

Well, this is interesting. I have downloaded and installed P3D v4.5 content and client and, when having started the program, I get the initial "front page" from LM with Prepar3D displayed on it then everything retreats into the background showing as 30% CPU! Cannot figure that I have done anything wrong.

Hi, I think I saw this mentioned many moons ago but I can not find it now. Is there a setting I can set in a configuration file somewhere that will display the rate of climb / descent in the information bar that shows heading, position speed etc at the top of the screen (Shift-Z) from the VSI. I am trying to improve my landings by analysing replays in an external view and would like to see the VSI information in this external view just before I touch down. Thanks.

I really dislike the "over abundance" of orange and yellow trees (Autumn) when I fly these days in P3d. Are there any programs that improve the trees to be more realistic throughout all seasons? Stan

Today I hopped back over to Minute Man 6B6 and noticed I have double windsocks and the SODE hanger doors are already open, rather than opening as I taxi close to them. picture attached with areas of concern highlighted. I reinstalled SODE and 6B6 with no effect.
